      I bought a meta occulus quest and one of the controllers was damaged. I went through there website to request a replacement. There was a charge for the replacement controller and i was required to send damaged controller to them which i did. When they received it they went to charge my credit card but i since lost that card and it was canceled. They informed on this on Oct 31. Since then they cannot figure out how to run the new card and my order has been in limbo. It has been over a month and countless attempts on my end to resolve the issue with no success. There is no phone number to call and i am only able to do online chats with what are clearly no humans. I have start the whole process of over everytime i attempt this and keep getting told they are working on the issue. I just need them to run a new credit card number that is all.

      I received a message from meta business (facebook) that it had been reported that my business page "lake and land properties of *****" had violated their community standards for trademarking. I researched my account and found nothing of the kind. The message had a link in it which I did not click because the message looked like spam due to the sender of the name being a personal name. I received another message saying the same thing and this time I clicked the link and requested a review which was one of the options. On 12/13/23 I received the attached message saying they had reviewed my account and found no evidence of misuse and apologized for the inconvenience. The next day both my personal and business accounts have been disabled. I spent hours researching how to get this disputed and every form I fill out in an attempt says that I violated community standards and the decision cannot be undone. I believe this was a mistake due to the message I had received the day prior. They have given me no evidence telling me what I had done wrong because there is no such violation on any of my pages. I have spent countless hours building my real estate page not to mention my personal page that also supports my business and FB cant delete my account for no reason?

      My Facebook account was disabled in October and its name was changed to "Meta Copyright Infringement." When trying to access my account, ******************** notes that I "violated community standards." However, Facebook has yet to show me which of my posts supposedly violated these standards and I have been unable to reach an actual human to review my case. During the same week that this occurred, my email account was hacked and used to change the passwords and gain access to other accounts, including my bank account, Spotify and ********************. Fortunately, I was able to regain control of all the accounts that I believe were compromised before serious damage occurred. However, despite following all the official channels of Facebook appeal that I could find, I have not been able to recover my Facebook account. This is very upsetting as I use my Facebook account almost daily to maintain contact with relatives and friends across the country; I feel violated not only by the hacker but by Facebooks lack of professionalism and fairness. Even more upsetting is the likelihood that I was targeted because of my political beliefs. Please help me re-access my account. I love ******************** and have been very depressed since this happened. I opened my Facebook account about 20 years ago and it contained a rich collection of memories photos, posts, and meaningful conversions, including with people who are now deceased. I reconnected with dozens of childhood friends and distant relatives through Facebook and made hundreds of new friends who shared common interests. Before my account was disabled, I posted on my wall, in groups and pages, and communicated via Facebook Messenger almost daily but now all of these conversations, posts, and photos, as well as the means to contact most of the people on my friend list, are gone disabled at the discretion of an algorithm. Or, worse, due to the malicious actions of a group that wants to suppress my freedom of speech.

      Hello My number is registered with WhatsApp, but I've been blocked three times this week without any explanation. Please help me understand why my account is getting blocked. This is the only way for me to communicate with my customers. Please do not interrupt my business.

      I bought an item on Facebook Marketplace and paid using my credit card directly through Facebook. They have a guaranteed buyer protection which is the reason why I bought the item from Facebook in the first place. The seller scammed me along with many others and never sent the item. They provided Facebook with fake tracking numbers of packages that delivered elsewhere. When I reported this to Facebook, the website mentions a response within 2 business days. I have waited over 30 days and I haven't received a response related to my case.

      My account was hacked and I reported it. I would like to resolve this issue. Please let me get my account back, theirs too many memories on their. This is the first time hacking happened to me. I know who did it and have their picture. The person is on Comedian DC Youngfly fan page. My friends and family calling and texting me about the person trying to get their information. The person is a scammer. These scammers need to be prosecuted. They made me miss wishing my daughter a happy birthday on December 1st. The other day I received several messages about Facebook code. I was told my I.p. address was open to public and it shouldnt be. Make it private please. Please change that. Please report this person and let me know where I can report them too. On IG I inboxed MarkZuckerberg about my account. My IG is **********. Also, how you all missed giving me $398 from lawsuit. I been with Facebook since 2009. *** spent sooo much money on yall games. Why havent I received any money? Trust me Ive spent more $398 on these passed years. Attached is a picture of me with the glitter was. The scammer is *************************. ***** claim they were giving away money for Christmas. I told ***** I have Cancer and dont need no scammer scamming me.       I was advised to open a Facebook account on 2009 by a **************** organization in ***** after my countless attempts to tell my stories of trauma and discrimination consequently excluded from social interactions due to the color of my skin. It's was every body right to exclude me including churches. I learned to open groups to create further dialogs as well as help where I can. As my dreams were always to reconnect to a ***************** to overcome impediments of identity, my account held that piece of me as I exchanged in groups I started and made connections as well as help verbally where I could. This sudden unexplained suspension of my account didn't treat me as a person and promoted discrimination by anyone who ma have discovered my method of survival and wished to make me inferior as they did before among them, robbing me of freedom of speech and expression so they could make me nobody without identity as they promote their popular elect according to their bias. It is an act of discrimination and Facebook is promoting it. This type of censureship started in the groups where certain people started posting Profanity which I deleted when I came across them. I inhibited free posting in the group that was growing fast since about 3 months. At this point Facebook started removing anything somebody posted that caught others attention. People couldn't beheld anymore, connect, nor ask for help. Voices were being silenced, and I realized Facebook didn't discriminate against complaints. They accepted whatever oppressors would complain about as fact and remove to the point of now suspending me from the account that has provided me healing people who knew me since I was a child, and open journal of my journey to freedom from a sneaky system of social discrimination against the blackest women of the society that weaned me.

      I recently opened a Facebook business ad account to run ads for my wife, as her account was restricted and she's unable to advertise. She has already filed a claim with the BBB regarding her account issues. Following Meta's advice, I opened this account to assist her and also for any future advertising needs for my own business.However, we're encountering a significant issue: all creatives submitted for her business are being incorrectly flagged by the ** as adult content. Despite adhering to Facebook's guidelines, our attempts to resolve this through the review process have been unsuccessful, with each appeal being denied.This situation is incredibly frustrating, as we seem to be caught in a loop with no direct way to communicate with Meta. It's concerning that my account now also appears to be restricted. We're seeking a resolution that allows us to advertise legitimately and in compliance with Facebook's policies, but the lack of communication options is proving to be a major obstacle. We need your guidance to have Meta contact us to solve this issue.

      My Facebook business account has been mistakenly flagged for adult content, leading to a frustrating cycle of violations and appeals. Every post I make, even innocuous ones like food pictures, gets flagged as adult content. Each time I request a human review, the ad is approved, but the issue recurs with any budget increase, description change, or new creative attempt.This repeated flagging has resulted in my account being viewed as having multiple violations, leading to its restriction. Despite my efforts to appeal and even outsource the ad management, any content associated with my account or my name continues to be banned. It seems to be an issue with the *** Despite numerous conversations with Meta staff who acknowledge the error and agree that my ads are appropriate (I'm a doctor discussing gut health), my account remains restricted due to a 'final' decision.This situation has caused significant emotional distress, as I feel unjustly treated and left without options for appeal or effective communication. I urgently need assistance to reach out to Facebook and submit a formal claim. My goal isn't compensation; I simply want my account reinstated so I can promote my business and support my family. I can provide all necessary call logs and advertisement images to support my case. Your help in this matter would be immensely valuable.

      I have an issue with the Facebook and Meta for some reason they have restricted my account for something I have no clue on i can't comment on anything they won't let me share nothing on my page they won't let me comment on any of my groups because they claim that I'm violating there standards when they themselves are involation of the freedom of speech act and they are allowing sexual perverse content on there own platform and they don't like any one sharing God holy word or any my church stuff that I go to and they won't let me share any Gifs what I want is for Facebook and Meta to allow me to post my stuff and share and comment on the groups that I have and keep these hackers and scammers and sexual perverse content off Facebook and Meta please help with this ASAP they are doing this to a lot of Facebook and Meta users
