      Facebook hosts ads. Some are for companies. Some of those companies are fraudulent. When reporting fraudulent companies, Facebook does nothing, claiming that fraud doesn't go "against community standards," giving you no way to hold fraudulent companies liable. You lose money to a fraudulent company and Facebook keeps their ad revenue.

      I purchased am Meta Quest 3 VR headset. The headset seems to work fine but **** refuses to fix any account issues. The app won't let me make any purchases for the console and won't let me add any payment methods. When contacting the support via chat which is the only option. They give you the runaround. I've done some research and it appears to be a common issue. Meta is a large tech company but seems not to car about its customers. They essentially sold me a $600 paperweight because they refuse to resolve the issue

      Since 12/10/23 my Facebook page has been hacked and I have tried to communicate with Facebook in regards to this matter there is no customer service support or number to call for this billion dollar company. I have reported it my friends and coworkers have reported it over and over. The people that have hacked my page have been harassing my friends, coworkers and strangers on my page and posting fake sales of items like cars, lawn mowers and washer and dryers stealing money from people and sending them to my house to collect the items. I am disgusted by this behavior and scared someone is going to show up to my house irate. Facebook will not deactivate or delete my page. People are calling me telling me they have sent money to the cash app provided. All of this fraudulent and disgusting behavior should not be tolerated by this company. No one has contacted me in regards to this at all.

      I am writing to request your assistance in restoring my Instagram account on ********************* which has been wrongfully disabled. My account username is naileadovora and my email associated with the account is [email protected] have been an active user of Instagram for several years, using the platform to connect with friends, family, and colleagues, as well as to promote my small business. However, on November 21, 2023, my account was suddenly disabled wrongfully by mistake. I have made several attempts to contact Instagram's support team to resolve the issue, but to no avail. I have not received any response I have no idea how to proceed from here. Given the impact that this has had on my personal and professional life, I am reaching out to you for assistance. As the Attorney General, I believe that you have the authority to investigate and take action against companies that engage in unfair and deceptive practices, such as disabling accounts without proper cause. I respectfully request that you look into this matter and take any necessary steps to help me regain access to my Instagram account. I believe that I have followed all of the platform's terms of service and community guidelines, and I am confident that there has been some mistake or misunderstanding that led to my account being disabled. My account is under the Fan page category on the platform and it is common for accounts such as these to be disabled automatically without proper review from a human. These kinds of accounts are accounts that are decided to Artists/ Creators that are operated by fellow fans and connects other fans in the community.

      I sold several items on fb marketplace to a single customer. Since she placed several orders fb took it upon themselves to cancel the orders but not before I printed and shipped 3 items. They even refunded the money for each item that I never got paid for. 3 items were delivered by **** today and I have the emails and tracking numbers. I contacted support and they say I have to deal with the customer. They created thus problem and screwed me out of my money. I want an apology and full refund on all items .

      I thought my friend was selling a hot tub on Facebook marketplace they asked for a deposit of $500 they showed me how to do it and then said it didn't go thought so 2 times later I'm out $1500. The money went to a deactivated account. I have no way to find out where my money went. Meta Pay will not help at all my friend's account was hacked and I only found out about it after I filed a police report. I was told to go after the person, but I don't know who it is. I think it's sad they defend criminals, and at one point I was told I would get it returned. This has been going on for over a month. They are so unprofessional and should have insurance to cover someone who is scammed. All I ask is for my money back this has put a huge burden on my family Please help me no one else will.

      They continuously ban and block me for no reason. They do not let me dispute it. They do not give a reason. They allow all liberal disinformation. They are fascist.

      I purchased an oculus 2 VR headset for my son. The left controller died. I contacted meta to see what could be done. It was out of warranty so they said I could purchase a refurbished controller for *****. But first, I had to send them *********************. I agreed, and sent them my broken controller. In the meantime, the credit card they had on file for me was stolen so I closed it. They contacted me to update my payment method which I tried doing over and over again. Their system would not take any new information. Ive been in contact with over 10 different associates all telling me the same thing, that to be patient theyll get back to me. I have multiple emails. In the meantime I have asked for them to just return my broken controlled (its been over 6 weeks). Again I only get back generic answers saying they need more time. I either want to purchase a refurbished controlled like they agreed, or I want them to just send me back my property. They refuse to do anything except reply with sorry we dont have an update emails over and over again.

      I have not been able to access my Facebook account for more then Ten years, as of last night I decided to delete my Facebook accounts. I had to make a new one and now am seeking to delete both. However, I do not have the ability to access my old email account and am unable to recover my password for the account. I even tried both calling Meta as well as using there online support. The number was unable to reach anyone and the online support asked me to pay for there assistance. As things stand my account is out of reach and could even be hacked for all I know and Meta is holding my account for ******, even though it is my information and I want nothing more then for my account to be removed for there platforms.

      12-14-2023, Had seen on Facebook (The Market Place) a Treadmill for $39.99 Shipping $10.00 will ship overnight from FED-Ex which I did not Receive, $3.00 for Insurance can not link on to Web page no Contact Number to try to get a hold of this Company when i notified my Credit Card Company the name that charged my card was SorryTry? So I cancelled my Card and Notifed the BBB which if you look under their E-Mail address which is ********************** their is a whole list of their Scams under this E-Mail address.
