Ordered an elite strap with battery for newly released quest 3. Its does not work after two weeks. *** requested a replacement and have not received anything. This is a known issue. Their customer service makes it very difficult to get any resolution. They will mark an issue as completed when its not, they will pretend that there is no issue and tell you to make sure the unit is plugged in correctly. Having your customers go through hoops to get a replacement is not acceptable. Id like a refund.Initial Complaint

My verified Instagram account (www.instagram.com/harthwell) was hacked on December 4, 2023. This resulted to my IG account being permanently disabled without an ability to appeal or ask for help. The same thing happened to my linked verified Facebook account (www.facebook.com/harthwell). Upon further researching online, it appears that there are a lot of users for Instagram and Facebook that were disabled on December 4, 2023 worldwide. It could be hacking or AI algorithm issue.Both my IG and FB accounts are used as direct means of communication to my immediate familiar members, friends and colleagues at work, and because of what happened, I am suddenly locked out without prior notice and warning, and no support provided even if I am a verified subscriber of both verified services. As a law abiding citizen, I never committed any wrongdoings that can affect me personally and professionally. Furthermore, I don't commit any activities that could breached / violated the Terms and Conditions, including the guidelines and standards of Meta. This hacking incident and being locked out from my primary means of communication caused me so much mental and emotional pain as I am being punished of the mistake that I did not commit. Instagram and Facebook did not provide me with an avenue to ask for help or appeal, and I do not have an access to my valuable personal data and information as I have been permanently disabled. I am seeking for Meta to review my case and reinstate my verified Instagram account (www.instagram.com/harthwell) together with my verified Facebook account (www.facebook.com/harthwell). I turned in a Facebook post for ******, Facebook wouldn't remove it, I appealed and they still wouldn't remove it. I shared the in question post and Facebooks refusal to remove the post. I get a message from Facebook that my post was removed and my account restricted for the very thing I tried to get them to remove.Initial Complaint

I have had Facebook for a few years, and I have less than **** friends, with the limit being ****. In the lasgt few months, when I attempt to add a new friend, I get a message from Facebook saying I am limited to such things and will not let me add anyone I notice a lot of people have nearly **** friends so please ask someone at Facebook why they will not let me add new friends, and at the same time permit other people to add as many as they want to add. I must express my extreme frustration and desperation!My account, which I have meticulously maintained over the years, has been unceremoniously disabled after falling victim to a malicious hacking incident. The perpetrators not only infiltrated my account but also managed to gain access to my personal credentials, linking my Facebook account with Telegram and exploiting it to the fullest extent. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to recover my account as the hackers promptly changed both my email address and phone number associated with the account.As a hardworking mother, I rely heavily on my small business, which has thrived over the last three years with the help of the community I've built on Facebook. I have painstakingly accumulated a substantial amount of content and garnered over a thousand followers, all of which are now in jeopardy due to the *** security measures on your platform.My frustration is further compounded by the fact that Facebook's customer support is seemingly non-existent. There is no apparent way to submit a ticket or request assistance. I have exhausted every possible avenue, including attempts to submit an account recovery request, only to be met with insurmountable obstacles.In an effort to expedite the resolution of this matter, I am providing my ID card, the original phone number used to create the account, and the associated email address. I implore Facebook to utilize its extensive resources to review the account logs and verify my identity as the legitimate owner.The gravity of this situation cannot be overstated, and I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I implore you to take immediate action to rectify the security vulnerabilities on your platform and provide the necessary support to restore my account. On September 2nd, 2023, my Facebook account was wrongfully disabled. I believe my personal information was exposed/leaked and I do not feel comfortable and will be considering legal action. I was accused of child exploitation even though I had no control over what happened. *** tried reaching out to Facebook (Meta) many times in hope of getting my account reinstated and have had no luck. I have lost over 11 years of memories, photos of deceased loved ones that I will never see again. I am filing this complaint in hopes of receiving justice and being granted access to my account. I have already submitted an appeal 3 months ago and have heard nothing.
