      On December 8th of 2023 at 8:51pm, I received an email from Facebook notifying me of a login to my Facebook account from *****. I live in *********. Shortly after, this fraudulent login that Facebook made no attempt to let me verify, the fraudster created and linked an Instagram account, "********************". This fraudulent Instagram account apparently violated rules and Facebook swiftly and permanently disabled my Facebook account. My complaint, is that due to Facebook's subpar verification methods via device/mobile notifications, they never allowed me an opportunity to confirm or deny this clearly questionable login, and then due to the quick actions of a fraudster, disabled my account permanently with no opportunity to recover the account or appeal the decision. My objective is to be contacted by Facebook to allow me an opportunity to prove my identity and recover my Facebook account.

      My Facebook account was hacked and I have heard NOTHING back from Facebook about stopping this hacker or deleting my account. The hacker created a false post, pretending to be me & attempting to sell items that dont exist. This person has direct messaged with some of my contacts asking for money and has shared my home address. I have tried repeatedly to reach a Facebook customer service representative and they dont seem to exist. Several of my friends tried to post on my account about this fraudulent activity and my friends were blocked immediately from viewing my account. They also tried to file a report on my behalf to let Facebook know that my account had been hacked but have received NO RESPONSE. The hacker has changed my login email address, password, back up security email as well as the phone number on the account so I have no access to it at all. I have NOT heard from Facebook despite it being over a week now. Im afraid that money has been stolen and Im afraid information that they are writing, pretending to be me could cause harm to myself and others.

      On 12-22-23 my personal and business Facebook accounts were hacked. Ive had these accounts since 2007 and 2011 respectively, with no issues or violations to their policies. These accounts are crucial to my small business. I have been growing my small business page since 2011 and have developed a good customer base. To do that I have spent money on advertising paid directly to Facebook. When my accounts were hacked, Facebook permanently disabled them rendering me helpless to gain access back to my accounts. Each day that passes that I cannot access my accounts is costing me money and detrimental to my small business and livelihood not to mention the emotional and physical stress this burden has placed on me and the other partners in our business. I have reached out to Facebook, Meta, and Instagram through every avenue I could find including various emails, online messages, Phone call attempts that have never been answered. No attempt has been successfulI. I feel this situation could be easily resolved if someone from Meta or Facebook would just reach out to me and help me regain access to my accounts. When I first couldnt log in Facebook said my accounts would be permanently deleted after 30 days so the clock is ticking fast. If I could just speak with an account specialist we could regain Access to my account. *** spent thousands of dollars over the years investing in my business page just to have it disabled for actions that i didnt commit. Please help me get into contact with someone at Meta. I know this can be fixed easily if they would just talk to me and give me back access to my accounts. Im afraid my **************************************************** at all and my small business and livelihood will never be able to recover. Thank you for your help!

      I had my facebook account hacked the week of 12/25/2023 and they have sent me emails wanting money or they will post bad pictures of me. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue with out success. They give no secure help to correct this issue. I would like to have access to my profile to disable it.

      I am sick and tired of being blocked by META,/FACEBOOK because their "technology" deams something offensive such as a ***************** post on a child's holiday picture most recently.******************************************************************************************************** I am being accused of Cyber Security this time and am pretty sure the only thing I did was wish someone a Happy Holiday on their Christmas baby post.Usually, I get blocked for sharing shelter posts which are legally posted. I get blocked for no apparent reason, occasionally it's from joining a group or other stupid reason because their system deams me a threat to society or something. Any reason in particular? I hope their stock drops and they go bankrupt. Is that a threat to close me down or is it because I also share news links?

      my account __brigm6 was disabled after one warning. They told me they would review after 24 hours and I have not heard back back. The page does not refresh. Instagram has to do a better job and operate as humans. The A.I is messing up honest people and their pages

      My personal Facebook Page and Business Facebook page have recently been compromised I have been a Facebook user since 2006 and have never had any issues.Someone gained access to my personal page and then from there they accessed our business page and started making changes to the profile and started posting. The name has been changed on our business page. The name that it states now is, There are Activities Violation. When I go into edit the name and change it back to our store name. It states that the name cannot be changed for 60 days. I have tried to go to the help center, look for someone to contact that our account has been compromised, and there is no way to get ahold of anyone or solutions to have this fixed. My personal page states it is disabled and has been reviewed and states that it doesnt follow the Community Standards Integrity and Authentic Identity. I have tried the Facebook/hacked option, and it still states that it cannot be undone. The message I receive states my account is disabled and reviewed and doesnt follow the community standards. Also, I cannot request another review of their decision.These are actions of someone impersonating me. We own a small business in a small town and use Facebook daily to communicate with our customers. We need a solution to have these issues resolved. I have spent a lot of time trying to find solutions with no success.Please help our small business and my personal Facebook accounts get back up and running.

      My advertising account on meta has been restricted. They are unwilling to provide information as to why and are also not providing an option to provide them with any information needed to remove the restriction from my account. I am confident I have not violated any of their ad rules, and have provided them information in the past to prove this. However, I did not use my ad account for over a year, and did not even know they had permanently restricted my account.I would like to understand why they are restricting the account and to have an opportunity to provide any necessary information to have it unrestricted.

      I would like for the company selling their products through the facebook platform to not be allowed to do business anymore because I have emailed the company MyTopCustom several times and have not gotten a response about refund or return procedures. I purchased a custom hoodie for my wife in December 2023 and in 1 day, the lettering was peeling off. They are a shell company out of ***** selling poor quality items through Facebook and then no accountability when things go wrong. If they are allowed to sell in the USA, they should have to be registered with the BBB.

      On December 21st my Facebook was hacked. They linked their fake Instagram to my account and posted something that went against standards. My Facebook has been disabled and I have no recourse or any support to get ahold of to resolve this. 20yrs of memories are just gone right before Christmas. Since then 2 of my credit cards and one of my husband's has been used. All charges occurring between Dec 22nd and today. I've had to cancel all credit cards. Im concerned because my bank account was also linked to Facebook. I can not believe a multi billion dollar company doesn't have any customer support. The ********************** also claims to be secure yet in a matter of minutes my life was erased. I didn't click on any links. I was notified someone was trying to get in my account so I denied it and changed my password. Within 10mins my account was gone. There has to be recourse. The amount of grief I feel because I've lost my children's memories is unreal. Then come to find out they are accessing the account still when I still can't get ahold of someone to dispute?! I just want to speak to someone at Facebook to get my account back and find out what they are doing to prevent this kind of activity. They promote the social media giant as safe and secure. That's obviously not the case. I want to know how many more people have to lose their memories and life savings because Facebook allows scammers and hackers to wreak havoc. Please help me get some sort of resolution to this nightmare.
