      Facebook has deleted my profile. Their explanation is NOT accurate. I believe that someone has gotten onto my account, but cannot get ANY information because it is impossible to speak with a real human. Facebook deleted my profile with 10+ years of memories. I am friends with family members who have passed & friends with other friends who have passed. This is not fair. This is not right. At all.

      I am filing this complaint against ******************** due to the repeated, malicious, and false reporting of multiple Instagram accounts I own, including @kieraboo1021, @houseofchin_, @kierabooks1021, and @getbakedwiththechins. These accounts were taken down under accusations related to child sexual exploitation and ****** a deeply serious and offensive category which has no basis in anything Ive ever posted.The first account takedown occurred on June 28th, and although I was able to recover @getbakedwiththechins via an appeal, that same account was falsely reported and removed again on August 5th. The other accounts remain inaccessible despite my repeated attempts to appeal.I have contacted **** support via:Email: No responses received Live Chat (3 times): Agents were unhelpful and claimed they could not escalate my case Appeals: Only one successful (temporary) reinstatement Report a Problem form: No acknowledgment or follow-up This situation has caused emotional distress, reputational harm, and professional disruption. I work in digital marketing and manage ad accounts for clients via Meta Business Manager. Due to these wrongful suspensions, I am unable to do my job properly, leading to backlash at work and loss of credibility with clients who rely on me to access and manage their campaigns.I believe I am being targeted by a malicious individual or group misusing Metas reporting system to repeatedly file false reports. **** has failed to investigate this abuse or offer any meaningful protection or escalation.I am requesting:Immediate and permanent reinstatement of all affected accounts Protection from future coordinated false reporting A formal investigation into these reports Contact with a real member of ***** internal support or integrity team This is not just a technical error this is harassment and platform abuse, and Metas inaction has made it worse.

      I am filing this complaint because I have been completely ignored by Instagram/Meta Platforms after my account was hacked months ago. Ive gone through every single recovery option they provide, including:Submitting ID verifications Sending multiple ***orts Attempting to use Meta Verified support Trying to reset my password or email Using all help forms on their official support channels None of these actions have worked. I am stuck in an endless support loop that redirects me in circles with no actual help. Its impossible to reach a real human. I have received no response despite doing everything Instagram tells users to do when theyre hacked.The hacked account username is: @farhan___tasir The hacker changed the profile picture to a ******* original contact email on the account is: ***************** My phone number: ************ Ive ***orted this issue countless times, and its unacceptable that Meta refuses to help.       I was wrongfully suspended from Facebook Marketplace with no warning or valid explanation. I was issued multiple strikes for alleged violations, yet none of my listings contained counterfeit items, scams, or misinformation. Facebook provides no detail about what exactly was flagged, and their appeal system is entirely automated with no option to contact a human representative.I rely on Marketplace for business and income, and this suspension has severely impacted my ability to operate. Even more frustrating is that attempts to resolve this through Facebooks *********** or Business Support lead to dead ends Im constantly redirected to vague help articles or automated responses.All Im asking for is a human review of my account and for the removal of unjustified strikes so I can resume using Marketplace. I am not trying to scam or deceive anyone. I simply want the opportunity to sell fairly and follow the rules, but Im being punished with no real explanation or appeal path.

      I have been using Facebook and Facebook Marketplace to buy and sell collectible postage stamps for over 2 years and have a very high rating and very much liked and trusted. Within the last week, facebooks Ai suspended my Marketplace account with no place to communicate or appeal to Facebook. Three days ago, Facebooks Ai restricted my postings on Facebook stamp groups with no way to communicate with Facebook or to appeal. All of my postings are within facebooks rules but Ai thinks differently. If you ****** about Facebook members having the same problem for no reason, you will see thousands of them. Facebook AI is broken and needs to be fixed because its not fair and its giving Facebook a bad name. I would like to have my Marketplace suspension lifted and Facebook restrictions lifted immediately. If a human at Facebook would go back and look at my history of posting collectible stamps, they would see for themselves. Please give me back my Facebook like its supposed to be. Thank you

      On 8/2 my account was suspended. I was given 180 days to appeal the issue if I felt it was wrongly applied. It was wrongly applied and I gave reasoning as to how it could occur. Also gave them a trail to follow all through their own platforms in order to prove I didnt break any of their terms of agreement They said it takes a little over a day. Its been over 3 days and Ive heard nothing from them. I just started this account in order to hopefully grow a following and it was taken away without any explanation. And no one from the company cares because Im just a small creator. But its ridiculous they cant look at it for 30 seconds and determine its a safe account. Now Im fed up so Im creating a formal complaint

      On Thursday, 7/31/2025 I received a notification from Facebook that my account was suspended and it log into my Instagram to dispute. The account it was bringing me to was my daughter's Instagram. I had attached the two initially so I could post to her page for when she got older and then, when she turned 14 (a year and a half ago), I allowed her to use the account. When the verification came on Thursday, the app scanned my face and then immediately told me I was permanently banned. After some research I discovered that the reason for the ban was due to my 15yo daughter having a conversation with her 15yo boyfriend that they deemed inappropriate. Because my Facebook and her Instagram were connected, their AI thought the conversation was between a 42 yo woman and a 15 year old boy. Any human review of the accounts would have clearly seen we were mother and daughter and that she was using the Instagram. I have had that Facebook account for 16 years. There are irreplaceable memories posted including the day we adopted my daughter. I am asking that an actual human review what happened and reactivate the Facebook account.

      I am filing this complaint because Meta (Facebook/Instagram) has suspended all of my accounts including my business Instagram (@ashleyboltonphotoco), personal Instagram, and both personal and business Facebook profiles without explanation or access to appeal.Meta states that I have 180 days to appeal a suspension, but I have been completely locked out and cannot access any Meta platform to submit that appeal. Their systems require a user to log in to appeal, yet I am unable to log in at all. I am stuck in a loop with no support and no ability to exercise the appeal rights Meta claims I have.Despite this, my business which is my livelihood has been completely cut off from its online presence and client communication channels, and **** has provided no human support or resolution pathway.I am requesting that Meta:1. Restore access to my accounts so I can file an appeal, OR 2. Provide a direct method to submit an appeal outside of platform login.This has affected my business, income, and ability to serve clients and provide for my FAMILY. I am simply asking **** to follow their own policy and provide access to the appeal process within the 180-day window or restore my account.I believe my accounts were mistakenly disables as a result of a system error or glitch in ****'s automated moderation process. There was no violation on my part, and this appears to have been an unintended and unwarranted action.Thank you for your help in escalating this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me.
