I created a dating profile through Facebook dating. An older man attempted to match with me and expressed sexual explicit words. I reported his profile immediately on August 2nd 2025. Facebook (Meta) responded on August 6th 2025 and advised his dating profile was not deleted. Facebook (Meta) does not give an option to dispute their decision. Why was my report not taken seriously? Why was the appropriate research not done? Why is Facebook (Meta) ok with allowing men to express sexually explicit words to women? I am a legitimate advertiser who has spent approximately ****** on Meta (Facebook) advertising over the past four years. On July 31st, 2025, my personal Facebook account was restricted for the third time within 12 hours under a cybersecurity flag, likely triggered by a few incorrect password attempts. Despite multiple appeals and reassurances from **** support, my account remains disabled for over a week.I am Instagram Meta Verified, which shows my commitment to authentic use of Metas platforms, yet this verification has not helped resolve the wrongful restriction.This wrongful restriction has blocked my access to Ads Manager and Business Manager, preventing me from managing, pausing, or editing my active ads. These ads are still running, causing financial loss and business disruption as I cannot control or monitor them.I have repeatedly requested a human review and clear communication on the resolution timeline but have received no meaningful updates. This situation is severely impacting my business and personal life.I respectfully request that **** conducts an urgent review, reinstates my account, restores full ad management access, and provides transparent communication regarding this issue.Thank you in advance to Meta for acknowledging and acting on this request. Exactly one month ago, I have had 4 of my Instagram accounts, one was my main personal account and the other 3 were business accounts that I had run many ads on, all temporarily disabled due to "Account Integrity". My main personal Facebook account was also temporarily disabled so 5 accounts total. I had appealed for each account by sending a video of my face and government issued ID to prove I am a real human. The appeals were all rejected. I had to buy **** Verified on a separate account to get into contact with **** about this and that is the only time they actually helped me and brought me back 3 out of 5 accounts. However, my main personal Instagram account that I have had since 2018 and my other Instagram business accounts remain disabled and every time I follow up on my case (it has been a month), they tell me that their "specialized team" is still looking into my case and has not finished. I tried opening up multiple cases all meeting the same end. I tried emailing them, no response. I tried getting on phone calls with the support agents, nothing changed. My accounts, which are insanely important to me, were all wrongfully disabled for no reason and now I cannot get them back even after paying MONEY to speak to real ********* two Instagram accounts that have still not been returned are @****.sadaqa and @16incorpInitial Complaint

On August 5th, my Instagram account (syuettttt) has been disabled and I am unable to submit the appeal forms. Its due to a system bug. I have tried hundreds of times. It just wont let me submit my appeal. All I ask for is to be able to get a fair review. My IG account@no_btch_for_sean was deactivated at 1:46AM on 8/5 I'm still chatting with my friends now.I didn't make any strange remarks. My Instagram account (@ramiro_linares__) was unfairly disabled on June 3, 2025, without a valid explanation. Since that day, I have tried everything possible to recover my account, but Meta (Instagram) has ignored my case and continuously responded with automated messages that do not address my situation.I am 17 years old and this account was very important to me. I used it to communicate with friends, save memories, and stay connected with my community. I never violated ******************** guidelines, and I never received any prior warning or strike before my account was suddenly disabled.I appealed the decision using all available methods, including:Submitting the official appeal form multiple times.Sending verification photos and identity documents (several times).Contacting Meta through the live support chat repeatedly, where I was promised that a case owner would follow up but this never happens.Writing directly to Metas support emails and other public communication channels Filing a formal complaint with the California Attorney General on July 31, 2025, which is still ********** of today, August 6, 2025, it has been over 65 days of complete silence from ****. Meanwhile, I have seen other people recover their accounts quickly, even when their cases were similar or less severe. This feels unfair and discriminatory.I have proof of everything I mentioned: emails, chats, case numbers, screenshots of automated responses, and a timeline of all my attempts.Metas handling of my case feels irresponsible and dismissive. I feel ignored, helpless, and deeply frustrated. I believe they are neglecting me and avoiding any real support. Date of problem: Approximately July26,2025 Amount paid to business: $0 directly for this issue, but the restriction is causing ongoing business losses.What the business committed to provide: Access to Facebook Marketplace and related buy/sell groups for listing and selling products, as part of Facebooks platform services.Nature of the dispute: On or around July26,2025, my Facebook account (associated with email: ******************** was suddenly banned from using Marketplace without any reason provided. I received no explanation and have no option to appeal the appeal function shows nothing available to appeal. This is not the first time Facebooks system has incorrectly flagged content; for example, in the past a poster showing beers of the world was marked as an alcohol sale. I do not know if a similar false flag triggered this current ban, but there was no warning or clear violation given.Attempts to resolve: For over two weeks, I have tried every method outlined in Facebooks help center, AI chat, and guides, all of which loop back to non-functional pages. I contacted what was labeled Marketplace Help in customer service, but after several conversations I was told they only handle ads and could not help me. No working solution has been provided.Impact: I run a small business, and being unable to use Marketplace severely limits my ability to reach local customers. Many customers only use Marketplace and buy/sell groups, which I can no longer access. I'm the founder/editor at *************************** which serves readers worldwide.Within the last week our companies Threads account @***************** was suspended without given a clear reason.We have filed several appeals and as of today, August 6th, 2025 have yet to hear back from Threads on getting our account reinstated which led us to file this complaint.Our account was solely to inform our readers of news through our worldwide network of sites. My account was banned from Marketplace for listing a gun safe, not a weapon. This is a mistake and I appealed it and it got rejected within minutes without even reading my listing which clearly says (no weapons included) no support is working. Please help.
