      On Aug. 3, 2025 my facebook account was hacked. Despite taking measures to secure my account, including two-factor authentication, my account was still illicitly accessed by hackers, and by the time I got an actual email from Facebook that gave me an option to appeal an account suspension, they had already disabled my account. Not only has my personal account been disabled, but my business account on ******************** as well as my business account on Instagram have also been disabled. I didn't even receive an email about somebody, that was not me, being logged into my account until 12 hours after they had logged in, giving me no opportunity to secure my account from this person. They have seemingly tried to compromise my payment methods through my business Facebook page. Instead of providing support to me, the victim, I am being accused of violating community standards and can no longer access my account - there is no way for me to login or receive any kind of support. Every support option takes me through a loop that gets me nowhere. This is not only affecting me emotionally, but has taken up valuable time trying to remedy with no avail, and is already affecting my business as a self-employed artist and children's book author that relies on these platforms to communicate with my customers, clients, and general audience. I have been using Facebook since 2005. I have never violated any terms of service or community standards. If I can not remedy this any other way I will have to refer it to my attorney to pursue in court.

      My Facebook account of over 10 years was wrongfully disabled on 8/8/25 without any explanation. I have never violated Facebooks Community Standards.The account contains thousands of personal photos, memories, and connections with friends and family built over more than a decade. Losing this account would be a devastating personal loss.I have submitted multiple appeals through Metas official channels, attaching my government ID and requesting manual review. I have received no response from **** and no specific reason for the accounts removal.This situation matches recent wrongful account suspensions reported in July 2025 by **** Los Angeles and The Guardian, where Meta accounts were taken down without cause and users were unable to reach a human representative.I am requesting ******************** to:1. Immediately review my case manually.2. Restore my account in full, preserving all data and connections.

      My IG account was suspended/used without reason, and **** doesn't have any way to contact me. A system error prevented me from submitting an appeal. I hope Meta will personally review the situation and contact me as soon as possible. My IG accounts, ******** and **********, were suspended on July 9, 2025. My email address is *********************

      When my order was delivered to me. It was empty and tampered with . The company has given me the run around. And from checking on line. They have did the same thing to numerous people.

      I am the rightful owner of the Instagram account with the username bs.rar ******************** has wrongfully locked me out of my account and is refusing to provide reasonable alternative methods to verify my identity. They demand I either use a phone number I no longer control or submit government-issued ID, which they have rejected without explanation. I have offered multiple other ways to verify ownership (past passwords, linked emails, login history) and have been ignored.This denial is preventing me from accessing years of personal photos, communications, and contacts. It is also a violation of my rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which requires companies to provide consumers access to their personal data upon request. By refusing reasonable verification options, **** is effectively withholding my personal data and account without lawful justification.I have already filed formal complaints with the ************************ (***) and the ****************************. This is a clear example of unfair and deceptive business practices, as Meta is using unnecessarily restrictive verification methods that block legitimate users from recovering their accounts.Resolution Sought:I request that **** immediately restore my account access OR provide a reasonable, accessible method to verify my identity that does not require the unavailable phone number or the rejected government ID.Desired Outcome:Full restoration of my Instagram account OR provision of alternative identity verification options in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable consumer protection laws. I further request that **** cease the use of restrictive, inaccessible verification methods that unlawfully withhold access to a consumers personal data. Immediate resolution is necessary to avoid further harm and potential legal escalation.

      Approximately one month ago (around early July 2025), my personal Facebook account was suddenly disabled without any valid reason, prior warning, or explanation. This account was used strictly for personal purposes and occasional small-scale legal work activities. I have never violated Facebook's Community Standards in any way. In fact, my account activity was extremely minimal I rarely posted, commented, or even uploaded photos.I submitted multiple appeals through Facebook's official channels, but only received automated responses or no reply at all. I have important personal data, contacts, and messages stored on this account, and the sudden loss of access is causing significant personal and professional inconvenience.******************** has failed to provide any clear reason or evidence for this action, despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter. This appears to be an unjustified and arbitrary account restriction, which may constitute a breach of fair business practices and user rights.I am requesting that **** conducts an immediate manual review of my account, provides a clear explanation for the restriction, and restores my access without further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I reserve my right to escalate this matter to relevant regulatory authorities and explore legal remedies available under applicable laws.

      My Facebook account, registered to **** ***** ********************** was suspended without a specific reason on August 1, 2025. I appealed the same day via ****'s official form but have received zero response.This 14-year-old account is critical for my tutoring business. I am also the sole administrator for 23 large groups with thousands of members, which are now without moderation.       Facebook is allowing another member to bully, harass and blackmail me. They will not take the post/ profile down. Its been reported mutiple times.

      The issues has started to come to light during the second half of July 2025 and it is to date unresolved.1) DESCRIPTION: 4 Instagram accounts became mistakenly Teen account adopting very restricted settings out of the blue and against our (owners' will): these accounts are 2 businesses: @ernesi1978skincare.usa and @laboratoriernesi1978.****** (that went from being META verified with Premium subscription with BUSINESS settings to private personal with TEEN settings) and 2 personal accounts: @miromarcelli and @note.sutela 2) TRIGGER: apparently what UNINTENTIONALLY triggered the issue was my request to my son (minor, 15) to help me with creating occasionally social media content directly: THIS IS LEGAL IN ******** WHERE WE RESIDE, and nor my son or anybody ever changed the "birthday" dates of these 4 accounts 3) ISSUE: for some unexplained reason META automatically applied my son TEEN settings to all account he got access to 4) DISPUTE: we promptly informed **** despite META unilaterally removed the Verified Badge from the accounts and despite **** did not allow to start the dispute from the account first impacted that had the **** PREMIUM subscription; in other words we were prevented from using the customer service that had paid for! We UNDERSTAND the privacy policies of **** and we DID NOT ask to resolve directly the issue on our behalf! We did try several times to correct the "birthday" date back to as it was but still to date a glitch in the system does not allow us to do that (see pic attached). We have been informing and pushing **** to remove this technical glitch but they are disregarding the issue or making us feel as if we created this and they cannot help!5) RESOLUTION: META must remove the technical glitch preventing us from getting our accounts back as they were until 2-3 weeks ago without further delaying any longer and we are asking forfeit $1000 for each account that was META verified and $200 for @note.sutela

      My **** Ads account shows campaigns as Active in Meta Business Suite, but the ads never actually run or receive impressions. There is no explanation or error message provided, and I have not been given any clear reasoning for why the ads fail to play. I have contacted **** support repeatedlyover 100 emails and multiple help requestsyet have received no meaningful follow-up or resolution, only the same automated responses. I have spent countless hours trying to fix this problem myself. I am attempting to set up campaigns with a budget of several hundred dollars per day. While most of this has not been billed, Meta has charged me a small amount despite these ads never running. In addition, ongoing unresolved syncing issues have also disrupted my Shopify sites functionality.
