      On July 3, 2025, my Facebook account was restricted without warning or explanation. Since then, I have been completely locked out of the account and denied any access to Metas appeal process or human support. I have attempted to resolve the issue through every available avenue, including:Facebook *********** and appeal tools (no options available)Submitting written letters directly to Meta Using Instagrams Report a Problem feature Attempting to file with the Facebook *************** (blocked due to lack of reference number)Having others report the issue on my behalf Despite these repeated efforts, I have received no communication or resolution from Meta. This lack of transparency and support violates fair user treatment. My account contained over ***** contacts and was used for personal, community, and professional purposes.       Complaint Summary:Meta disabled my Facebook account and three Instagram accounts on April 8, 2025, citing a violation of its guns, drugs, and other prohibited items policy. I have never posted or promoted prohibited items. The names on the four accounts are: ***** *****; keith_944; keith_996.1; keith_986.1 I submitted an appeal on April 8, 2025, through Metas official process. The appeal status has shown pending review for several months, far beyond the stated 12 day review period. Because my account is locked, I cannot access the flagged content or resubmit an appeal.Desired Resolution:Have a human review team examine my account activity and decide the appeal on its merits. If my accounts are in compliance with Metas policies, restore full access immediately.

      My Instagram account, @this.is.****.*******, was recently disabled by Instagram with a vague explanation that referenced a violation of Community Guidelines related to sensitive content. I want to be clear that I do not believe I violated any of these policies, and I take these matters very seriously.I was not given any details, such as a specific post or action that violated the rules. My appeal was rejected almost immediately, with no indication that a real person reviewed my case. Ive made multiple attempts to reach someone through other channels, but I have not received any sort of response at all.I am requesting a manual review of my account and either (1) a reinstatement or (2) a detailed explanation of what specific violation occurred. As it stands, the handling of this situation has been opaque and distressing.I have also submitted multiple requests to download my data from Instagram, as I am entitled to under data protection laws in **************, but I have not received any response not even an automated confirmation. **** is legally required to provide users with access to their personal data upon request, and the lack of any response or acknowledgment is both concerning and, I believe, a violation of my rights.I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter in a fair and respectful way.

      I was recently restricted from Facebook Marketplace due to false claims that my listings were counterfeit. This is not the first time this has happened, and Im sure it wont be the last. Metas system is set up in a way that allows anyone to falsely report a listing, and those reports automatically trigger restrictions with no real investigation or accountability. Its a broken process.I have never violated any of Facebooks policies. My listings are clean, legitimate, and follow all of the platforms rules. But every time someone decides to submit a false report, Im penalized without a chance to defend myself. The appeal system is either non-functional or handled entirely by bots. Ive never had an actual human review any of my cases. If a person looked at what Ive posted, theyd see I havent done anything wrong.This isnt just frustrating, its harmful. I rely on Marketplace as a way to support myself and my family. These automated, unreviewed restrictions are unfair and disruptive.I also want to point out that Metas system, as it stands, is bordering on infringing on my freedom of speech. When someone can silence or restrict you with false claims, and youre given no way to dispute it through a real person, thats a serious issue. Theres no due process, no accountability, and no clear way to escalate these problems.All Im asking for is a fair review of my case by a human being. I want my Marketplace access restored, and I want the false reports against me acknowledged as such. This current setup is not only flawed, its unjust.Thank you.

      My name is ***** ****, and I am filing a formal consumer complaint against ******************** regarding the wrongful suspension of my personal Instagram account, @kearacarr.On August 5, 2025, my account was suddenly suspended with a notification that I had violated Instagrams policies related to child endangerment and harm. This accusation is entirely false. I have never posted, shared, or interacted with any content involving children or child-related topics on that account. There is no justification for this type of suspension, and the claim is deeply damaging and defamatory by nature.This is a personal account, but I also use Instagram professionally I manage an account for my employer through the platform.       On August 5, 2025 I tried to create a Facebook account using my desktop computer. I was then instructed to take a selfie, which I could not do because I do not have a computer webcam. I then used my mobile phone to log in and take a selfie. Despite doing these things, my account was permanently suspended.

      Someone hacked into my Facebook account - I notified ******************** myself - I provided my identification - Facebook locked me out of my account after providing documentation that the account was mine. There is no way to contact Facebook and my business page is not able to be restored because they are asking now for a credit card that I no longer have

      I got wrongfully disabled from **** platforms and Its subsidary technolgoies (Instagram, Facebook) for ***. I submitted an appeal on 15th april , and I still havent heard anything back. I kindly request from **** to give me an update regarding this matter, or else I will file a small claims in the court, relating to **********. My handle was @trinity198 and I had 4 other accounts all banned as well as my FACEBOOK for no reason. I am 100% sure I did not break any of their rules or policies.

      My 20 year old Personal and Business Facebook and Instagram accounts were wrongfully disabled on July 16. I had not had a previous warning or suspension. I received multiple emails asking if I tried to log in, then my accounts said suspended. It had an appeal option, which I did. ( had to do a video of my face and send my ID) once I did that it totally disabled my account completely. I have now lost all my personal contacts and my bsuiness contacts which caused me to lose my business. This has caused severe emotional and financial hardship for me and my family. **** disabled my account ta but are still taking my Meta verified payments from my accounts. I want my accounts back. I have filed a demand letter and will be filing a small claims court case as well.
