      I ran a small business account on Instagram. I had over 20 thousand followers, and it was my main source of income, my business, brand, passion, and community. Metas faulty AI security system falsely banned my account under the ridiculous and troubling allegations of child sexual exploitation. My account was a baseball coaching business account. All I ever posted about was baseball! They have zero customer support system and you have to pay a monthly subscription just to access a chat bot customer service. This is ridiculous! The only option I have to get help is to hire attorneys now. They have wiped out my business, that had thousands of leads, hundreds of clients, brand deals, etc.

      I have 7 charges on my brand new befit card and did not put this card on any phone or platform. I got a new card and cell phone since to stop the on going issue

      I deleted my facebook and instagram accounts a few months ago. I was given notice about all my data being deleted after thirty days so I downloaded my information. After thirty days passed my wife noticed some of her posts were missing. These were posts her and I had "shared." She was the author of these posts and was not given any warning about their deletion. She has tried contacting instagram support but she is ignored and it is causing her ditress. These were six posts of some important moments of our lives: our wedding, honeymoon, the announcement of the death of our dog, and the announcement of the birth of our son. She would like to have these rightfully restored onto her instagram page. I have checked my downloaded information and the posts are not there either, which means our data was deleted without our consent. I hope to have this resolved in a timely manner so she can continue sharing important memories with her friends and family in good conscience on the platform.

      I am filing a complaint against Facebook (Meta) for unjustly restricting my account after it was hacked. The unauthorized user stole money from my linked bank account. Although ******************** later reimbursed the funds, they have refused to lift the restriction on my account despite my verified identity and repeated requests. This ongoing denial has caused significant personal and financial harm. I rely on Facebook for communication and professional purposes, and the lack of accesswithout clear explanation or appealhas disrupted my life. Customer support is unresponsive and ineffective. I urge the BBB to intervene and require Facebook to restore my account access, explain their decision, and improve their support process for hacked accounts.*** ****** ****************************************************************

      My facebook account was Hacked on August first , I immediately contacted facebook and I had access back to my account , change password, name and profile picture back to normal, but since then I am having issues with Facebook ad account , the hackers used my facebook ads account to create multiple ads campaign without my knowledge and FACEBOOK Is refusing to give me access back to the AD ACCOUNT they are Still trying to charge me money for the ads that was create and still running by the hackers. FACEBOOK SUPPORT IS Unable and Unwilling to restore my ad account and As a Professional I do use the ad manager a lot to create Multiple Ads Campaign and I need access to my account. and it makes no senSe to have an account hacked when i HAVE Two factors authentication with phone number , facebook mobile app and email. NO SENSE AT ALL. FACEBOOK IS REALLY UNSECURED AND TO EASY FOR HACKERS. They should invest more on their security because they area really good and fast to charge your credit card when you run ads.

      I made a Facebook account for myself with all valid information, it was instantly flagged under some form of automatic system which required me to verify that I'm human and submit a short video of my face. This process went through and the account was verified and I regained access. - This was about a week ******* it just happened again - I was suddenly stopped from using the service and prompted to complete human verification, which I again did. The account was verified again and I regained access. - This was an hour ago.Literally right after getting back into the account it was flagged again and I just had to submit a video of my face for a THIRD TIME, now I'm waiting to (hopefully) regain access to my account.This is extremely annoying and I feel that it's invasive as I keep needing to suddenly submit a video of my face for no real reason.I also plan on legitimately using Facebook services to run paid ads as a side business, and this is consistently ruining this ability for me (and Facebook) to make money from ads THAT I'M PAYING FOR.I need my account to stop being randomly flagged as non-human behavior, this is ridiculous and damaging to me.

      Meta Platforms (Facebook) has published and refused to remove unauthorized police bodycam footage that was recorded inside my private residence without consent. The video contains sensitive and identifiable images of my medically vulnerable mother, who has a pacemaker, and my daughter, who suffers from PTSD. Its continued public availability has caused emotional trauma, health-related distress, and exposed my family to harassment and retaliation. I have submitted multiple formal takedown requests to **** through their ************ legal channels, and external regulatory agencies, yet the video remains online. ***** failure to act violates its own community standards and raises serious concerns under state and federal privacy laws. I am requesting immediate removal of the video, written confirmation of action taken, and assurance that similar violations will not occur again.       Ive been wrongfully suspended and disabled on meta / instagram 9 times. Ive tired to email executives , instagram support , send appeals , and even contact news lines and Ive gotten no help so far. Instagram is the way I made my money and without it Ive been going broke constantly struggling for the past 2 months. All I ask for is help to resolve this issue , I need my accounts back. I have a case file , I have proof of the bans being wrong, proof of me being complaint and still no resolution from meta. Please help me
