      Ive used Facebook marketplace to sell some stuff. I paid for the label sent out the stuff and its been delivered for more than a month. Estimated payout was August 3rd and I still havent got paid. I lost money now because I paid for shipping labels etc. contacted Facebook and they never reply. Just keeping money that isnt theres

      Complaint Description:I am permanently locked out of my Instagram business account The Long Fork due to two-factor authentication. The authenticator app was set up on a phone I no longer have, and I do not have the backup codes. The account contains no personal photos, so selfie verification fails. I have attempted all official recovery methods multiple times, including Need more help? on the 2FA screen, the official contact forms, and the My account was hacked path. Each attempt loops back to selfie verification or fails without allowing me to verify ownership.I still have full access to the registered business email and can provide business documentation to prove ownership. This account is critical to my business operations and revenue. I am requesting that ***** support team manually verify my ownership using the business email or documentation and disable two-factor authentication so I may regain access.I have exhausted all public help center options without resolution. Please escalate this to the appropriate team for manual review.This all happened because I purchased verified check mark.Desired Outcome:To regain access to my Instagram business account by disabling two-factor authentication after verifying ownership through the registered business email or business documentation.

      This morning on 8/13/25, my Instagram/Facebook accounts were suddenly disabled due to being accused of violating community guidelines. I was provided no warning and accused of content that was never posted, shared, or viewed. When it asked if I would like to appeal, I filled out the information and it said it would probably take a day to review. I received a response within 2 minutes stating that my account was permanently disabled, with no option to actually appeal or speak to a "live" person.       Facebook marketplace is selectively discriminating against users. I posted a new unused electric mobility chair for sale, and they keep blocking it saying it violates their guidelines. I have seen over 100 posts using my exact posting verbatim that are allowed and never removed. This is not only profiling, but direct discrimination. Not just for a post, but against the medically impaired also.

      I have been unduly permanently banned from Facebook, with no way to appeal. They do not have human customer service and my account was banned in error, or misunderstanding. Ive had that account literally half of my life and had so many memories. I live ***** miles from my friends and family and that is the sole way I keep up with them all. I no longer have any way to contact my father at all. This is insane.

      I sold an item for $50 on Facebook Marketplace utilizing their shipping option. The item was delivered to the buyer on March 27th 2025. I have not had my funds released from Facebook yet. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to have my funds released to no avail, instead i get runarounds that they are aware there is an issue and would reach out with an update. I reached out again in June to which there was no reply. I am now seeing for these funds to be released immediately as we are going on almost 6 months of them holding my money before i seek legal action against them.

      Facebook has frozen / deactivated several accounts via ******************** and Instagram for behavior that allegedly violates their terms of service. Review is pending. However several unrelated pages / profiles have also been deactivated solely because **** wanted to - not due to any behavior or content on these (business) accounts.

      Facebook keeps sending inappropriate adds of penises and sometimes sexual acts. Ive deleted things several times and reported them as inappropriate because sometimes my children use my phone. My daughter has seenthese pictures and images and every time that I report to Facebook they report back saying theres nothing wrong with the a** and put it back my Facebook feed again. Ill complain time and time again and they wont keep this c*** off my Facebook feed. I deleted them. I blocked them and they still keep up.

      Facebook Account ****************** to Wrong Instagram Account Unable to Resolve I am the rightful owner of a personal Facebook account registered under ******* ****, email: ******************** and phone number: ************.My Facebook account has been suspended without a clear explanation. Additionally, it is now linked to an Instagram account that does not belong to me. I believe this may be a case of mistaken identity or an account compromise.I have repeatedly attempted to contact Meta Platforms via their ************ appeal forms, and email addresses ***************** **************** I have also tried Instagrams impersonation and hacked account forms. All responses are automated, and I have not been able to reach a human representative to verify my identity or correct the account link.This situation is preventing me from accessing my account and personal data. I am willing to provide government-issued identification and any verification Meta requires.I am requesting that Meta:******** the suspension of my Facebook account.2.Remove the unauthorized Instagram account linked to ************ me with a direct path to verify my identity with a live support representative.I am making this complaint because there is no working direct contact method for **** to resolve this urgent issue, and my personal account access is being wrongfully denied.
