      On July 29, 2025, I got suspended from Meta and Instagram on not just one account, but all my instagram accounts and **********************/meta accounts linked to it. The reason I got suspended was for a disgusting accusation of Child Sexual Exploitation, ******, and Abuse. Based on further research, I concluded that the reason I got suspended wrongfully is because of the Meta AI which is very bad at terminating rightfully and wrongfully. Meta/Instagram offers an appeal option, but the appeal is just a button you click and it doesn't guarantee that you'll get your case reviewed, as there people who have gone months without hearing back at all. Furthermore, we can't even contact **** without buying **** Verified which is a subscription that we need another account for (also making new accounts after a ban or suspension will lead to new account being banned too). **** hasn't tried to help me fix this at all, and ALL I ask for is that my accounts on instagram and facebook get a manual inspection and unban (accounts are *******, uanxhsb, and yg.alt10).

      My personal Facebook account was disabled on August 14, 2025 without warning or explanation. My profile is still visible on the login screen, but I cannot log in, reset my password, or use the normal appeal process.When I click the in-app Go to *********** link, it returns a Connection lost error every time. On desktop, the option to appeal is missing entirely. I have no way to access the form Meta requires for account review.I have attempted all official support channels:In-app ***********: broken Web ***********: no appeal option Password reset: blocked because the account is disabled Email to ************************************ address no longer exists Only ************** accepted my message, but I have received no reply.This appears to be a mistake, and I am requesting a manual review and restoration of my account.       I am a business owner and I use Facebook ads for help grow my business for the last past year. Ive tried to contact them aboutan issue. This issue is blocking me from advertise on Facebook. I tried multiple times emailing them and never got a response. And they never solved my problem. My business rely on this I would love to have them have a look into my account and not treat me like no one. I depend on these to grow and pay my bills.

      Hello , On August 9th My Instagram Account @TattedKuku was Wrongfully suspended without reasoning or the option to file an appeal along with my Facebook Account As this is An Account Ive had over ******************************************* touch with businesses, family and friends in this meta AI is wrongfully suspending billions of accounts Ive reached out and no response I will be taking legal action if my account isnt reinstated.

      I would like to file a complaint against Facebook/********** for unfairly disabling my access to my Facebook accounts. July 17, 2025, my personal account was automatically log-out, I checked my Gmail, and I saw that someone has tried to intrude my account. I suddenly changed my password on Facebook and Gmail and checked everything just to secure my account. As time passed by, in the morning, I tried to log onto my Facebook account (**************************************************************************************) and was unable to do so. Facebook told me that my account had been disabled and prompted me to submit a request for an appeal. They told me that I violated the rules in ******************* Standards which is definitely not. Instagram account (****************************************) Then my Facebook account was also disable because they want me to open my Instagram account first. When I tried to appeal the decision to disable my account, I submitted my government IDs and personal information, but it was informed through an message that I was disabled because of some ****** and sexuality Since Facebook and Instagram has no other customer support, I tried to contact them several times via email, but it didnt work.

      My Instagram account (@[*********]) was disabled on July 18, 2025 for an alleged guideline violation. I immediately appealed, completed verification steps, and my case has been Under Review since that date with no updates from Instagram.I believe my account may have been compromised and that I did not post anything violating the guidelines. I have followed all of Instagrams instructions, but **** has not provided any decision or explanation in almost a month.I am asking the BBB to help facilitate a prompt review and decision from Meta, and if I am found not to have violated their guidelines, to have my account restored please.

      I have contacted Facebook meta several times and sent a certified letter but no response about my accounts being hacked and then deleted within minutes of being hacked. My Facebook personal page, Instagram personal page and Instagram business page were automatically deleted even after I had proven my identity by sending my license and business tax ID. My ******************** business page remains active but Im unable to access it. This has no only affected me mentally and emotionally but financially. I lost my business and my clients. I had to close down. I lost all content.

      I was instructed to reach out to you in hopes that my FB account be restored. At midnight I received a notification. Saying my account was shut down due to exploit material. Mind you, I have had my account my account since 2009 and very rarely use it. My account was deleted with no warning and no explanation. Despite following Facebooks recovery process multiple times, I have been unable to regain access. This account contains personal photos, communications, and financial information, which raises serious identity theft concerns. Facebook has not responded to your support requests. There are photos that also put me at ***** d*** that I had shared personally. I am requesting the ************************ contact Meta (Facebooks parent company) on my behalf to expedite restoration of my account or provide a clear reason for its suspension as I have never had "sexually explicit" anything on my account. I downloaded what FB said was the reasoning and it makes no sense. It also shows some person with whom I don't even know. Please help restore my family back!!I have also contacted the attorney general regarding Meta, FB and Instagram as I personally have not violated anything!

      I am filing a complaint regarding Meta Platforms (Facebook) for disabling my personal Facebook account without explanation and blocking all attempts to create a new ********** name is ***** ******* and I live in *******, ******. I created my first Facebook account about two years ago, using my real legal name. A few days ago, it was disabled suddenly, without any prior warning, explanation, or opportunity to appeal. I have never posted anything that would violate Facebooks rules. My account was used primarily for Facebook Marketplace and Messenger, including a workplace group chat with colleagues, which I can no longer access.Since then, I have tried to open new accounts with accurate personal information, but each is disabled instantly before I can log in. No reason has been given, and no human support has been made available to resolve the matter. This has caused disruption to my work communication and loss of access to my personal data.I am requesting that Meta review my case with a human representative, provide the reason for my account being disabled, and restore access to my original account or at minimum return my personal data and allow me to create a new account.
