My Facebook and Instagram account was wrongfully disabled and I was falsely accused of violating child sexual exploitation policies. This occurred on 8/13/25. They had a process of an one time appeal however before I had a chance to submit any information to file appeal, on 8/14/25 they said my appeal was denied and my accounts are permanently disabled. The Facebook account is under ******* ****. The Instagram username is himelindaa. I have not posted, commented, shared to any extent anything remotely related to child sexual exploitation. I made contact via email to Facebook on 06 August 2026 about my campaign's technical issue and the possibility of having been hacked. I am the lawful owner of the Instagram account @landoritz, which was permanently disabled on 08/12/2025 without any valid reason. I have never violated Instagrams Terms of Use or Community Guidelines. My account contained lawful, non-violative content and was an important platform for outreach and communication, and was my primary social media presence for employers to view.Following the deactivation, I submitted multiple appeals through Instagrams official channels on 08/12/2025, each time providing evidence of compliance. All appeals were either ignored or denied without explanation. I wish for immediate reinstatement of my Instagram account @landoritz. On July 29, 2025, I got suspended from Meta and Instagram on not just one account, but all my instagram accounts and **********************/meta accounts linked to it. The reason I got suspended was for a disgusting accusation of Child Sexual Exploitation, ******, and Abuse. Based on further research, I concluded that the reason I got suspended wrongfully is because of the Meta AI which is very bad at terminating rightfully and wrongfully. Meta/Instagram offers an appeal option, but the appeal is just a button you click and it doesn't guarantee that you'll get your case reviewed, as there people who have gone months without hearing back at all. Furthermore, we can't even contact **** without buying **** Verified which is a subscription that we need another account for (also making new accounts after a ban or suspension will lead to new account being banned too). **** hasn't tried to help me fix this at all, and ALL I ask for is that my accounts on instagram and facebook get a manual inspection and unban (accounts are *******, uanxhsb, and yg.alt10).Initial Complaint

My personal Facebook account was disabled on August 14, 2025 without warning or explanation. My profile is still visible on the login screen, but I cannot log in, reset my password, or use the normal appeal process.When I click the in-app Go to *********** link, it returns a Connection lost error every time. On desktop, the option to appeal is missing entirely. I would like to file a complaint against Facebook/********** for unfairly disabling my access to my Facebook accounts. July 17, 2025, my personal account was automatically log-out, I checked my Gmail, and I saw that someone has tried to intrude my account. I suddenly changed my password on Facebook and Gmail and checked everything just to secure my account. As time passed by, in the morning, I tried to log onto my Facebook account (**************************************************************************************) and was unable to do so. Facebook told me that my account had been disabled and prompted me to submit a request for an appeal. They told me that I violated the rules in ******************* Standards which is definitely not. Instagram account (****************************************) Then my Facebook account was also disable because they want me to open my Instagram account first. When I tried to appeal the decision to disable my account, I submitted my government IDs and personal information, but it was informed through an message that I was disabled because of some ****** and sexuality Since Facebook and Instagram has no other customer support, I tried to contact them several times via email, but it didnt work.
