Approximately eight months ago, my League of Legends account was permanently banned by Riot Games for alleged cheating or the use of third-party software. However, I have never used any cheats or unauthorized programs on any Riot Games platform.I have been a loyal player for over 10 years and have invested approximately $3,000 into the game. I believe this ban was issued in error and without sufficient evidence. Despite my efforts to contact Riot Games, I have not received a resolution or a proper explanation for the sanction.This situation is particularly upsetting as it represents a significant financial and emotional loss, and I feel I have been treated unfairly. However, I later discovered that my account was involved in an unauthorized sale and was permanently restricted due to a chargeback initiated by the person who gained access.I want to clearly state that I did not sell my account, nor did I authorize any such transaction. I am a VALORANT player, a game by riot games. I recently encountered an event, and I have been left with no other options. My VALORANT account was banned without a detailed justification. All information I have received from riot support team was that I somehow violated their user agreement, and that I have used unauthorized third party programs. I can assure that I have never cheated, used any other unauthorized third party programs. The ban has came to me as a complete surprise. I have tried to contact riot support for multiple times, but all the response I have gotten so far are all the same, ai-generated general responses. Just now, I received a reply saying that they have answered all that they can and did not allow me to send more appeals for my account. I feel that this decision is extremely unfair to me, as I have no chance to clear my name and to say something, or to communicate with an actual human being from riot. I am deeply saddened by this as I have been a loyal player who had always adhered to their rules. But now my account is banned, including a hardware ban, and I have been left with no chance of recovering my account. I have spent so much time, effort, and money into the game and into my account. I feel so hopeless about the situation and I felt I have been ignored. Furthermore, my friend's account was also permanently banned with the same exact reason, but when he contacted the support team multiple times, he's account got unbanned, again, without any reason. I am deeply confused about why this happened, and why did he get a response but I did not. I think this is extremely unfair to me, and to other players that I know that also got banned without any reason. This situation has caused me a lot of psychological distress, as this game really mattered to me. Again I am deeply saddened by this situation and feeling hopeless. The support team did not give explanation of what cause the detection or listen to me. Simple game history lookups would show that I am a normal player with low tier skillset in the game. Around February 10, 2025, my account for the game "Valorant" was banned without justification. I have been an active and loyal player since the game's release and have invested a total of $2,457.12 CAD over the past four years into my account through in-game purchases. I was accused of cheating, despite never having used any third-party software, cheats, or modifications of any kind.I immediately reached out to Riot Games via support ticket to appeal the ban, but my case was closed without a detailed explanation or genuine review. I was not given any evidence of wrongdoing, and my attempts to request a proper investigation were met with vague or dismissive responses. My account was wrongfully flagged, and the appeals process lacked fairness and *************** a long-time paying customer, I am deeply frustrated by the lack of accountability and the loss of access to a service I paid for and invested significant time and money into.
