    I purchased an item in Feb 2025, Order# ****** - this was a preorder, so I was expecting a longer wait time - it is now mid-October, and I still have not received any updates, tracking, or the item itself. I reached out to support and was told to create a support ticket. You cannot create a ticket without first setting up an account with the company - you cannot actually create an account until they email you a code to verify. I have been trying for 2 days to get that code and have not been sent anything. When reaching back out about the problem, trying to submit a ticket, the only response I have received for 2 days is to create a ticket. The lack of support is ridiculous - I either want the matter resolved with my merchandise or a full refund.

    Ive been trying to recover my Valorant account that was hacked several months ago.I have already provided Riot Games with substantial evidence proving ownership, including:Screenshots of old Riot emails (account creation, password resets, and purchase confirmations)Multiple transaction IDs from my payment method used for in-game purchases The first registered email and the approximate account creation date The devices and regions from which I regularly played My ISP history and previous Riot ID Despite providing all of this information, Ive repeatedly received vague responses claiming not enough information. When I asked for an escalation to a senior recovery specialist, my ticket was ignored for several days without closure or follow-up.Ive spent several hundred dollars on this account and made every effort to verify ownership in good faith.     I am the original creator and rightful owner of a Riot Games account that was compromised. My previous support ticket (#*********) was closed without any manual verification.     While playing Valorant, I found that my account was mysteriously banned. I need help from Riot Games. I spent a lot of money on this account and put a lot of effort into maintaining it. I hope Riot Games can help me resolve the issues with my account.I have owned this account for a long time, and I hope that ROIT can seriously consider my response. I have spent a year carefully cultivating it and have invested a lot of money in it. Therefore, I hope Riot Games can handle this seriously and protect my personal rights.

    ***************** is a mobile game owned by Riot Games. I play this game a lot and made a purchase for $30. The characters in this game have what they call "skins" which changes the characters appearances. Well I purchased 3 skins only to find out I can't even use them because the actual "skin" was not purchased, just the variation of the "skin" was purchased. I feel like I was duped into buying something I can't even use. If I want to use what I purchased I have to spend more money. I did reach out to customer service and they were of no help and said there was nothing they can do. How is it that I can send them money for absolutely nothing in return.

    On 9/4/25 I was kicked off the mobile game Wild Rift, created by Riot Games, due to cheating by win trading. My user name is xpriestess#****. Ive tried to appeal multiple times as this is false, I dont know how to cheat on this game, as it is an iPhone game. I believe it was due to a VPN. They have since closed all tickets as they claim that cheating occurred but have not been able to provide any data or records or evidence of it. I request a manual review by a human reviewer of my account, not just automated detection logs. If no evidence of cheating is found (as I know will be the case), I request that my account be unbanned. If Riot refuses to reinstate my account, I request a refund for all purchases I have made in Wild Rift, since I am being denied access to the content I paid for.

    I have been a paying customer of ****************** for over 10 years. Recently, my account was permanently banned for alleged third-party software use. However, I did not engage in this activity. My account appears to have been compromised, as there are multiple games in my match history that I did not play.I submitted multiple appeals through Riots official support channels, explained the situation, and requested that they review login/IP history to confirm the unauthorized access. Despite this, Riot repeatedly denied my appeals and closed my case without providing meaningful details.I have never shared my account or engaged in cheating. I changed my password and enabled multifactor authentication as soon as I discovered the issue.Desired Resolution:My primary request is for an independent review of my case by a senior or specialized team at Riot Games, specifically examining login/IP history around the time of the suspicious games. If my account is confirmed as compromised, I ask that my permanent ban be overturned.If Riot is unwilling to overturn the ban, I respectfully request a refund or partial credit for the money Ive spent on the account over the years, as I can no longer access the products I purchased.
