Hi,Im filing this complaint because my ******** account was permanently banned without a clear technical explanation, and Riot Games Support has repeatedly failed to provide specific details despite my numerous requests.Ive been playing Valorant for over 4 years, and I have never used any software that alters or gives unfair advantages in the game. The only external software I had installed was my Redragon mouse driver, used solely to adjust DPI and lighting effects, nothing that interferes with gameplay.After the ban, I sent several tickets asking Riot to clarify what specific program or behavior triggered the ban. Instead, I kept receiving automated responses with vague or even contradictory reasons like prohibited behavior or third-party tool, without any proof or ********* one point, they even implied that my mouse driver was the cause, saying: If this application provides any kind of advantage, however small, then it is not permitted.That makes no technical sense, a basic peripheral driver that adjusts DPI and lighting cannot provide any in-game advantage whatsoever.They keep accusing me of cheating, yet my game history and tracker statistics clearly do not reflect any abnormal or suspicious behavior that could justify such a claim. Ive provided screenshots, technical explanations, and even examples of similar false-positive cases involving peripheral drivers, but Riot Support keeps closing my tickets automatically without properly reviewing them.I have invested around $200 USD in my Valorant account over the years. Losing access to it without a clear and fair justification is extremely frustrating and feels unjust.All Im asking for is a professional, reasonable, and transparent technical review of my case. I am a long-time Riot Games customer who invested significant time and money in League of Legends: Wild ******* Riot ID is MadKyd#MAD.After moving from ****** (EUNE region) to ***************** (******** region), I discovered that my entire Wild Rift account including hundreds of hours of progress and approximately $50 USD in purchases became inaccessible.When I tried to log in, Wild Rift created a new, empty account and informed me that my original account is region-locked. I was never clearly informed at registration, during purchases, or in Riots unified account materials that Wild Rift progress would be permanently tied to one region and not accessible elsewhere, unlike Riots other games (League of Legends PC and Valorant) that allow paid or free server transfers.I contacted Riot Support multiple times (ticket references #********* and #*********), but they refused to migrate my data or compensate me. Their responses cited technical limitations without evidence, despite it being technically feasible to restore progress or issue equivalent compensation.This has caused me a loss of time (approx. 500 hours), loss of purchased digital goods, and misleading expectations about Riots unified account system.Desired Outcome:Manual migration of my Wild Rift account (champions, skins, progress, purchases) from the Rest-of-World shard to the Americas shard under my Riot ID,ORFull refund or equivalent compensation (in USD or Riot Points) for all inaccessible purchases and unlocked champions, based on their listed in-game value.If Riot cannot perform either action, I request a written explanation citing the specific legal or technical reasons migration is impossible.Why this is unfair:Riots other games allow region transfers.The region lock was not disclosed clearly to players.I spent real money and time with a reasonable expectation of account continuity.I now cannot access my paid content solely because I relocated geographically.Initial Complaint

My account with this company's game was banned after I hadnt played it in months, over the years I have spent loads of money buying skins for the game. After numerous appeals to get my account back ***** can give a true explanation as to why I was banned and any case I open is automatically closed. I purchased an item in Feb 2025, Order# ****** - this was a preorder, so I was expecting a longer wait time - it is now mid-October, and I still have not received any updates, tracking, or the item itself. I reached out to support and was told to create a support ticket. You cannot create a ticket without first setting up an account with the company - you cannot actually create an account until they email you a code to verify. I have been trying for 2 days to get that code and have not been sent anything. When reaching back out about the problem, trying to submit a ticket, the only response I have received for 2 days is to create a ticket. ***************** is a mobile game owned by Riot Games. I play this game a lot and made a purchase for $30. The characters in this game have what they call "skins" which changes the characters appearances. Well I purchased 3 skins only to find out I can't even use them because the actual "skin" was not purchased, just the variation of the "skin" was purchased. I feel like I was duped into buying something I can't even use. If I want to use what I purchased I have to spend more money. I did reach out to customer service and they were of no help and said there was nothing they can do. How is it that I can send them money for absolutely nothing in return.
