    In the last 5 years of playing Valorant from Riot Games I have had many bad, and good experiences from the community in-game and out. But this game became my life. I opened my account a few days ago and found it saying my account was permanently locked and I am hardware-banned. That account, this game, it meant everything to me. And to be wrongfully accused by valorant for cheating when I have never ever cheated before is crazy. After submitting several tickets to get support and find out what's wrong; I got no answers to my questions and they didn't help me at all. Worst customer support I have ever encountered as a streamer.

    If I could rate the support Ive received, I would give it 0 starsnot out of spite, but because it feels like my case has never been truly looked at by a real person. Every response Ive gotten seems like AI-generated text piled on top of more AI responses, with no real effort to review my specific situation. Thats what hurts the mostafter spending over $3,000 and dedicating more than 4 years to this game, it feels like Ive been dismissed without fairness or respect.I was permanently banned without warning, even though this was my very first offense and I had no prior issues. When I asked for timestamps, logs, or even specific information about what triggered the ban, nothing was provided. I was simply told it involved third-party stuff without clarity. How can I learn from a mistake I dont even understand? How can I protect my account properly if Im not told what really happened?I know rules exist for a reason, and I respect that. But your own policy states that permanent suspensions are almost always preceded by multiple warnings or temporary suspensions. That was not the case for me. I have seen others, including well-known community members, receive second chances for their first violationsyet I wasnt even given the opportunity to explain myself before being permanently removed. That feels not only unfair, but also inconsistent.I love this game. The battle passes, the skins, the communityall of it has been a big part of my life. Thats why its so heartbreaking to lose everything instantly, without transparency or the chance to make it right. At the very least, I believe customersespecially those who have supported the game financially and through years of playdeserve a proper review and explanation, not just automated replies.

    The use of vangard anticheat has inhibited my ability to both use the program/game as well as any other programs on my computer at the same time. There needs to be an update to this system in order to allow it to properly work with more programs as it currently ruins the user experience from the moment your computer is turned on.

    I was playing there game and had to leave due to a doctor's appointment and they don't allow cell phones in use when I try to leave the game they threatened to either banned me or false report me to the police for leaving the game as I did noting wrong I consider this a unfair business practices and you guys need to shut down this company or banned there BBB account.

    In order to simply change your email address if you forgot it for riot games, they ask highly intrusive questions.     BEWARE!! This is NOT a customer-focused company! You need to stay on top of your order, they DO NOT communicate updates. I've been waiting more than 6 months for a hoodie to be SHIPPED with ZERO updates from Riot Games Merch!!!I placed a pre-order for a limited release Archane hoodie in December 2024 as a Christmas gift for my son. When I placed the order, three confirmation email said it would likely not ship until January.When I didn't get a notice or tracking number in January, I reached out and was told the new ship day would be February 23rd. In March, I followed up again since I got NO updates and was told they were being shipped in waves. I could either wait or cancel and request a refund. It is now the end of May 2025. The company has sent ZERO updates. I reached out again only to be told the next wave is being shipped in JUNE, 6 months after the originally promised delivery. I cannot comprehend why it is taking so long to produce hoodies that are supposedly limited editions. Rather than the Riot Games Merch saying they would notify me, they said if you don't get a tracking number by LATE JUNE, I should reach out again, or request a refund. I'll post an update if I receive the hoodie or if there is another "delay."

    Whatever college dropout pretending they have a **** is running their psychological department to determine how people are remediated and punished when things get rowdy as they do in video games, needs to resign. If I'm getting punished for other people harassing me, that are making me emotional, they should be punished at minimum alongside me. But Riot Games actively not only does not do this, they actively reward people for reporting this behavior by giving them soppy messages saying they're helping the community and that the "big bad" toxic gamer was ************ have the means to fix things and change things and actively don't. Be better. Change whatever you see "toxic" as because right now, you're not even close. Punish others wrongly and these reports are the result.

    My account got banned for cheating when I wasnt playing. It got hacked and when I tried to log on the next day it was locked. Riot wont give me my account back and I dont know what to do
