  They banned me for a year for intentionally losing a game this s*** is so stupid ive never lost a game on purpose.

  I've been an active League of Legends player for the past five years, and during this time, I've encountered significant levels of abusive language and toxic behavior. Some players use sexist terms like "baby egirls" and even go so far as to encourage others to commit suicide, in addition to using general curse words. The situation worsens when groups of toxic players collaborate, with one person's bullying amplifying another's. It seems that Riot should be more proactive about banning these players, but unfortunately, this doesnt always happen. Despite reporting players who have insulted me, they often continue to play without facing any consequences.Recently, I was shocked to discover that my account had been banned. When I reached out to Riot's customer support representatives, "***********" and "*******", to get clarification, they refused to provide any evidence and only mentioned that my account had been reported multiple times. Its incredibly frustrating to deal with a toxic group of players and then face a ban due to multiple coordinated false reports. I attempted to appeal the decision, explaining my side and requesting evidence, but my ticket was closed without a proper response.I wish I had the resources to pursue legal action. A ban from a service should be justified, and when it exceeds the terms of serviceas I believe this situation doesit could be considered unlawful.

  F*** riot games they done ****** up my boy wukong. all he did was build a redfemption and heal us and he got low prio queue. he did this to keep the game a 4v4 instead of f****** the ame up. free my boy.

  They banned me for so called "scripts" these false bans have been common I've spent money on this game and also my cousin has and we both got banned,******** is really bugged so like the customer support of valorant really won't do anything about it.(My username vary nice#****)(My cousins username THUNDER#GNC).

  RIOT GAMES is a terrible company for many reasons but now it is expanding its questionable ethics by forcing players to install their RIOT VANGUARD software that gives them complete access to everything you are doing on your PC whether you play their games or not. This is completely unacceptable and a complete violation of privacy rights. The issue is not a matter of them actually doing this but the fact that they think it is OK to have this much control over their players devices under false pretenses of "Preventing 3rd party cheats"

  I had been playing League of Legends for over 6 years when in the past year I was hit with 2 suspensions and finally a permanent ban for supposedly intentionally losing games. I have been playing video games since I was 10 years old and as someone with a mental disability I may not always win every game but I put my heart into every game I play. My win rate in League was lower than is typical with the games I play at around 40% win rate but I enjoyed the game and met a few friends along the way. I feel very unjustly dishonored at the permanent ban I have received from Riot Games as per stated I do my best in every game. Long story short if Riot Games wants to call me an inter then I have wasted every bit of time playing League and I recommend you do not do the same.

  I have gone through multiple accounts playing Riot's video games. They offer thousands of dollars worth of skins for sale, but give themselves the right to ban accounts purely on player performance. The money paid for these skins is then lost. I have spent hundreds on my banned accounts, and I am confident that my actions during my latest ban did not warrant a permanent suspension. During my climb to mid-elo, I came across some atrocious acts of griefing that never resulted in the player's suspension. I am no pro-player, so I believe that a poor performance is warranted here and there when I am using a new champion. Riot doesn't think so. I am very disheartened by their lack of concern for their automatic ban system, and I find their foothold on the neck of freedom of speech extremely daunting. Until my account is restored, Riot will not receive another cent from me, and I will continue to recommend that others do the same.****************************************

  July 23 2023 I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the unjust suspension and subsequent banning of my account and I am a loyal customer who has been actively engaging with your gaming platform for a considerable time.account had been suspended without any prior warning or explanation. Subsequently, my account was permanently banned, resulting in the loss of all the progress, in-game purchases, and skins I had acquired over the months of gameplay.The loss of the skins and in-game purchases is particularly distressing to me. As a paying customer, I have invested my hard-earned money in enhancing my gaming experience on your platform. Losing these items without any justifiable reason is both unfair and unacceptable.I played two years and worked hard to maintain gold and being accused of hacking nowI believe purchasing players should receive a refund if riot is suspending at their discretion. A purchased item belongs to the purchaser which now cannot be accessed ever.

  I have literally been online bullied repetitively by strangers (which is now illegal in ******). Almost every single stranger I come across in this game attacks me mentally. I have contacted support on several different accounts, with them continually telling me, that they basically can't do anything about it. I have lost hundreds of dollars on several accounts, simply because of speaking up to the bullies that are there simply to aggravate/antagonise you so them and their friend can report you for anything you say in return. I have suffered severe emotional damage from some of the things said to me by these people, for riot to accept them saying it. (And not suspending their accounts like they do to mine). Not only does this go against their own 2nd amendment, but also my freedom of speech here in ******. Which on its own should be illegal.

  This company has the WORST contact ******* that take DAYS to reply and they close your tickets before they could even remotely try to solve the solution. They did not want to refund me back my money on skins when they have a 14 day policy to refund AND they locked my account and placed under chargeback account which stops me from playing with skin I paid REAL MONEY with for now I can't play Anything this is straight up theft. This company is worst to work with I've requested for supervisor twice nothing.They also reply at weird times where they know no one will reply right away.
