    I have been a paying customer of ****************** for over 10 years. Recently, my account was permanently banned for alleged third-party software use. However, I did not engage in this activity. My account appears to have been compromised, as there are multiple games in my match history that I did not play.I submitted multiple appeals through Riots official support channels, explained the situation, and requested that they review login/IP history to confirm the unauthorized access. Despite this, Riot repeatedly denied my appeals and closed my case without providing meaningful details.I have never shared my account or engaged in cheating. I changed my password and enabled multifactor authentication as soon as I discovered the issue.Desired Resolution:My primary request is for an independent review of my case by a senior or specialized team at Riot Games, specifically examining login/IP history around the time of the suspicious games. If my account is confirmed as compromised, I ask that my permanent ban be overturned.If Riot is unwilling to overturn the ban, I respectfully request a refund or partial credit for the money Ive spent on the account over the years, as I can no longer access the products I purchased.

    Player account received a penalty (honor restriction) at end of the season resulting in no season rewards. No message was provided to explain the punishment or even what the violation was that broke terms of service. Upon contacting support many times, they still will not provide any evidence that TOS was broken or even what specifically violated the **** Thus this was clearly a false punishment and they refuse to admit that. Attached are the support emails between myself and a few support agents.

    Account that has money spent on it was wrongfully permanently banned without warning or communication. No proof, explanation or merit. Reason given was "Use of third party applications", but I know for a fact I did not use any third party applications for league. Unfortunately at this time I have to assume this is a malicious ploy by the company to try and coerce me into spending more money upon my return, simply to restore what I had already purchased.

    Hello, around the date of May 22, 2025 I had submitted a ticket with Riot Games on a wrongful ban on my League Of Legends account. That ticket was turned down and shutdown with no real reviews. I have since tried to put in several tickets with the hopes to get a response but instead it is shut down without a real review, instead I get a automated response from their "Support Team" that closes my ticket. I have spent countless hours and well over $300 on their game products and more. They are still refusing to give me a ticket and a Agent to speak to over this issue and it has been over 3 months. This ban was not only of bad faith but it is also a defamation to my name as for they are labeling me as a cheater and have impacted my reputation, which I find very disrespectful.

    got ban for 72 hours!bro my whole city network was down to an a public issue , and i got 70 hours ban for that!!!

    Riot games has a game named league of legends in this game there is a in game cosmetic item worth 250 dollars called Sahn Uzal Mordekaiser Ive tried to contact riot games in order for them to grant me the cosmetic because I have the necessary funds on my account in order to purchase this cosmetic but Im faced with automatic responses instead of a human being Ive tried multiples times to get in contact with them but only have gotten automated responses I just want them to grant me the skin since I have the amount of necessary paid currency to buy it

    I was auto denied a promised reward by a bot or incompetent employee. In order to receive this reward I was supposed to correctly predict a tournament style draft and the outcomes of those games. They then had a bot auto deny me because I got in the top 15% of picks. Apparently I am being punished by there system automatically for doing to well. This was handled in a horrible way and I was very dissatisfied with Riots lack of care and professionalism.

    My son was just banned for 6 months from being able to play their game Valorant. He was notified that he was being banned for rank manipulation. Upon reviewing what rank manipulation is, I can confirm that my son has never done this. I have two sons that play matches with each other on Valorant from the same house with the same internet connection, but neither have never done rank manipulation. We disputed the ban, but our appeal was denied and they told us that my son's ban would not be lifted.

    On April 1st, 2025 Riot Games officially posted to the **************** website an announcement not only that they added a new set of cosmetics to the game but a promotion as well. Any Player who logs in from April 1st - April 14th would be granted a smite knife ****** Anyone who owns a smite skin by April 23rd would be granted a golden version of this same ****** I did not qualify for this, HOWEVER, right beneath the photo of the golden knife, it states Separately, we will grant a free Gold Smite ***** to everyone who owns any Smite or Bolt item between the following times: April 24th @ 3:00 pm pt - June 1 @ 3:00 pm pt. Between these times I purchased 2 skins. The Smite hammer (Almost $20) for ***** points and The Bolt Spectre for ***** (Again almost $20). On May 22, 2025, 00:38 UTC, I wrote an email asking how I can receive this gold knife ***** as I had made purchases and still havent received it. The Employee Wrath told me that I would indeed receive it and to just wait patiently on May 22, 2025, 06:02 UTC. Flash forward to Jun 4, 2025, 05:52 UTC, I wrote another ticket as the promotional period was now over asking if I could receive it or if there was a fix as its been 3 days after June 1st and it still was not in my account. This time I was answered by an employee named The Relaxed *******. Mr. ******* responded on Jun 5, 2025, 21:24 UTC stating that I had to purchase before April 23rd. He then pointed out that my $20 purchase of the Bolt Spectre was made on 5/14/2025 at 06:18:03 UTC then states that you are not eligible for the golden one that is granted between April 24 @ 3:00 pm pt and June 1 @ 3:00 pm. despite the official **************** (which is owned by Riot Games) website states below the April 23rd photo Separately, we will grant a free Gold Smite ***** to everyone who owns any Smite or Bolt item between the following times: April 24 @ 3:00 pm pt and June 1 @ 3:00 pm. Im being denied the promotion I spent $40 on for said item.
