      There are laws that are in place that protect Senior Citizens from being taken advantage of just so you are aware. When a person is telling you that they are on a fixed income and cannot afford this, then you should leave it that instead of pushing and pushing. It is called BULLYING!!! ********- Definitions 1- Abuse, the infliction of physical, sexual, or emotional injury or harm including financial exploitation by any person, firm, or corporation and bullying.

      Received a LARGE BRIGHT PINK postcard in the mail stating "Immediate Response Requested" & to call with VIN # and Mileage of our vehicle. Advising we have NOT contacted them to have our *************** Contract updated ... blah, blah, blah. Advising we will be FINANCIALLY LIABLE for repairs. The company is trying to make it appear as if we are already customers and have been lax in renewing our "CONTRACT", we have NO contract to renew! I may be a senior citizen, but I am NOT falling for this 'demographic scam". Since I block all these #'s from my phone, they have resorted to sending letters and postcards. One of the letters was on "fake" letterhead with the name of the dealership where we purchased our car. The car dealership has tried to stop them. I am now going to send a letter and demand to be removed from Palisades Protection Group mailing list.

      Fishing scam. I recently received an email and mail at my address. They know my name and address. Palisade Protection Group claims I have a coverage ID. I have absolutely nothing with them. The letter is sent under a ********************* Notification with phone number, notification, and response date under motor vehicle service notification. It says I have not contacted them to have my vehicle service contract updated. Again, I have no such thing.

      **** sent us a letter acting like we were already their customer. Phishing for who will think they are going to lose their coverage. We get these all the time.Scam plain and simple.

      On 2/29/24 I signed up with *******************. After reading all the bad complaints when I checked out Today 3/1/24 the Law firm that they use. Palisade Legal Group I was in shock. OMG. I am *********************************** my life. I am going to text ************ was working with and tell him to cancel my agreement today which is 3/1/24. I

      I keep getting last notices from this company for YEARS! I do not own property.I have asked that this company take me off their mailing list and they double down each time I do it.They are vindictive and a scam.

      This is a predatory scam company that takes advantage of the elderly. Despite being on the Do Not Call list, they called my 81-year old father, who has dementia, and promptly charged him $485 for a service he not only doesnt need, but cannot agree to due to his illness. *** filed complaints with the Attorney Generals offices of both my fathers state as well as **********, and have reached out to the company to immediately demand they cancel the service, issue a full refund, and cease and desist all contact.

      This company takes advantage of the elderly. They made my 81 year old mom think she needed this service. She is on a fixed budget and can not afford this. Once I saw the $197 charges, we tried to cancel it. 4 phone calls, 1 email, 1 no return call and 2 rebuttaling reps later, we were able to get this cancelled. This company should be ashamed of themselves and their practices! We asked over 15 times on these calls to cancel only to be met with push back on why we should not cancel. It was a very frustrating ordeal to go through to get this cancelled!

      absolute scam would get 0 stars if possible. needed fridge repaired tech tried and ended up being irreparable. all of my policy went towards the attempted repairs and left me paying for the full fridge out of pocket. likely if your reading this you already know your mistake but avoid this home warrenty at all costs, you'll pay $3000 to fix everything at full price anyway.
