      Very hard to communicate. Every number listed is linked to the same AI response. Wait time is over 10 min every time I called . Salesmen are very smooth and make you feel that they are a phone call away.

      I called Palisade Protection on Friday, September 5, 2025 to cancel my policy because of buyer remorse and my bank issued a scam maybe on my credit card. I have made a down payment and one month after. After reading complaints I am requesting a cancellation and any refund. They put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I finally hung up. Thank you. ***** ********** Policy number is PAL63517

      On 8/2 2025- I inquired about the insurance for my current vehicle that still has some time left on my warrantee, but did inquire about their car protection plan. I informed them that I was just searching for information, but did disclose my **************** card information while in the conversation. I then told them I was not interested in the plan at this moment but would think about it. On 8/4/25, I call to talk to the agent who I originally spoke, with and was transferred to **** ******, who actually argued with me because I stated I did not want the protection plan. After arguing with me, he put me on hold and would not return to the call for a long time. Then when he came back to the phone , he offered me a totally different plan with extra perks, but my mind was made up, and I let him know that I did not want this plan at all. Since then, I have called nearly every day since then to talk to someone, but **** the computer answers and asks why I'm calling. if I say I have decided to go with another company or that I just don't want the policy, I am put on hold even for hours and no one will return to the call. The one time I talked to someone since arguing with ****, was with ****** and each time I am subjected to the hard sell approach and they ignore my request to cancel any protection plan. I also took issue with the fact that I had not received anything in writing since this originally started. so I was promised to receive information within the next two days, which would have been around the 6th or 7th of August, 2025.. On yesterday, August 19th, I received a policy, and I am informing them and everyone that I do not want this policy and will have nothing to do with this scam company. If all your customers are subjected to the same treatment that you provided to me, I am surely sorry. Your company's claim to "providing excellent customer service" is a big lie. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau today with this complaint.

      I was contacted by phone and convinced to buy a vehicle maintenance protection program. I was recovering from spinal fusion surgery and heavily medicated. A month or so later I decided to cancel. I referred to the the contract and exactly followed the instructions. I mailed the letter and waited for a response. After about a month I called Palisade to check on the progress of the matter. I was told to wait another 6 to 8 weeks to get my refund. I waited the 6 or 8 weeks and called again and got the same answer again. I made this call about half a dozen times between January and May with the same message " Oh wait a little longer it is being reviewed reviewed". Apparently I will have to get legal assistance to get my refund. I don't think they ever intended to pay the money back to me. They are a horrible business and should be avoided!!

      Targeted 85 yo non driver.Charging her credit card 220 a month for new car warranty for 7 yrs!!!Called to cancel- on hold /transferred 4 times for 70 minutes! Told I need to verify car mileage with dealer and send that verification via certified letter!HUGE SCAM. Need investigation into their practices.

      I was told I 30 days to cancel, they gave me a run around why I shouldnt when I tried to cancel it. Finally they said theyre would but wouldnt give me any confirmation, text, email or otherwise. I was told when my credit card posted the pay back was my confirmation. There is NOTHING from them

      Do not know why Better Business Bureau has them as an a rated company. If anything, they are a scam they took our money and we have not heard back from them. We tried to call and cancel and were giving a runaround for 2 1/2 hours. they have not called back when they said they were gonna call back do not do business with this company.

      Unreal. I called because I got a letter saying I should continue my coverage. I ended up buying it. I realized we may not have the truck for a few more , we are 75 years old. I called back and wa transferred all over and they did not want to cancelled it. Around and around we went. They just keep talking. After 30 min. *** finally said they would cancel it. I asked for an email for prof. *** sad my policy was in the works. Awful company to use.

      This place is nothing but a scam The agent **** ****** gave me his number if I needed help with anything it was not a working number I called office to cancel to get my money back a girl named ****** started giving me reason why I should keep the policy and I said I just wanted to cancel so she then put me on hold to talk to agent After holding 15 minutes I hung up and called back I spoke to ****** again I asked for agent , she stated she could help me I asked if she was agent she said no she was AI This place needs shut down and quit ripping off people
