1 starThey sent a letter to my grandmother warning of an expired home warranty on a property shes never owned or heard of, so she called the number on the letter. The representative she spoke to was extremely belligerent with her and attempted to verbally coerce her into signing up for services. My grandmother is 93 and was very upset by the interaction.

1 starDO NOT PURCHASE A POLICY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! ITS NOTHING BUT EMPTY PROMISES OF COVERAGE YOU NEVER GOT, NEVER WILL AND THEY TOOK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. This co. Is not legit. They sell you a policy take your money and delay sending a copy of the plan you believe you purchased & when you finally receive that protection policy you see that your coverage is NOT what you were sold over the phone. So when you call to cancel they already have your down payment plus several monthly pmts. Then they lie to you for *************** & months giving you the run around saying your refund is being mailed out today. Blah blah blah what a joke.Review fromJoseph M

1 starThis is a scam business. They called me on the phone with high pressure tactics. I signed up with the understanding I would be able to cancel within 30 days. I called customer service back (*****) within 7 days and he was belligerent and hung up on me. I am having to go through my credit card company to submit a fraudulent dispute to get a refund of the down payment and stop further charges. I may need to cancel my credit card. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!Palisade Protection Group

We apologize for your experience but please rest assured that the cancellation of your policy is being processed and your refund will be processed immediately thereafter and should appear on your original form of payment in the next 5-7 business days. We do not recommend initiating a dispute with your credit card company or canceling your card as this would likely result in delays getting your payment back to you.
