      I purchased a policy on my ******** XT5 in January 2024 praying Id never have to use it. My agent was the sweetest and every time I call her shes there and answers all my questions and concerns. In September ******************************************************* and was quoted $5,000 for the repair. I called my agent walked me thru the process which was as easy as can be. 4 days later my car was ready and I couldnt be happier with the whole process. Thank you

      We haven't received any paperwork, ID card, further information regarding the Extended Auto Warranty we "purchased". They took our money ($295 on November 16th) but nothing since. We have put a freeze on our account and changed debit card numbers. We just want our money back.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,My rating would be a negative star I am writing to file a formal complaint against Palisade Protection Group for failing to refund money for services that I never agreed upon and for not resolving this ongoing issue regarding refund On June 17, 2024, I was charge $295.00 , I contacted that company on that very same day that I saw the charges and informed them that I never agreed to services and called them multiple times. To which it I then request to speak with a manager, who assured me that charges would be refunded. 1 week, 3 week and a month later I reached again to out to Palisade Protection Group to resolve the matter, and I specifically spoke with a representative named **** *. who assured me that the issue would be resolved within three weeks. It is now November, and I have still not received the services I paid for, nor have I been refunded.Despite my continued attempts to follow up on this matter, I have not received any resolution, and it seems that Palisade Protection Group has failed to uphold their commitments, both in terms of refunding a payment I did not authorized I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of accountability from Palisade Protection Group and horrible lack of customer service. Not only have they stolen my money by failing to deliver the agreed-upon services, but they have also shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of professionalism in handling my complaint.I am requesting that Palisade Protection Group take immediate action to issue a full refund. Additionally, I would like my complaint to be recorded to warn other consumers about the deceptive practices of this company.Please let me know if you require any further details to process this complaint. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.

      if I could put no stars, thats exactly what I would put.This company is a complete scam. The Policy was too good to be true. I didnt realize that until after I sent my money. ***** different numbers theyre using to contact people saying something about. Please call immediately extremely urgent and time sensitive. I Needed a new insurance policy that was great. They wanted $400to start my plan. I was telling her that was too much. She said let me talk to my supervisor and see if I could get it down for you. She got me down to $290 im like yes, thats great So I asked her would I get a copy of my policy after this call. She said yes, So I paid the money. How long would it take for my policy to come to my email? She responds. Im sorry, but it does take 24 hours to get that over to. Im like that not what you just told me, thats weird but OK. She said it was so nice doing business with you Mrs.******* ** look forward to talking with you.I forgot to ask her something so I called back and no one answered ***** times when I called back. And it says on the paper 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern time it was around 4:30 when I called back. And when you call, it says 6:00am till 5:00pmPM. I have no understanding on how theyre able to have a whole website up and scamming people like this. Im ****** and I want my money back.

      I agreed to an extended warranty for my ***** civic. After reviewing the policy and getting a physical copy I called a canceled my policy. I was told I would get a refund within 30 days.. i canceled July 22nd and still no refund. I call and they tell me theyre behind on refunds and wait another month and youll get it. Theyll also say things like well flag your account so its top priority or when I ask if I can talk to a manager apparently they dont handle these issues which is a big red flag considering youre holding money from people with no expectations on getting it back to them. Its only $195 but its the principle of the matter. imagine if anyone ever has to use this company they definitely dont pay out or beat around the **** about it.. so disappointed with my experience and this gives extend warranty companies a bad name especially this one.

      This company is a scam. I called their number and no one answers. They just say sorry for the inconvience that I should block this their number and hang up.I puchased a warranty for over $5000 and cancelled in less than a year. they said they had the wrong VIN number (I had given them my number and mleage) and would not honor a claim8 months into the warranty, So I cancelled. Now I can't get my mney back. What a ***** they are!

      I've received a "FINAL NOTICE" the last 12 consecutive days in the mail from this scam of a company. I've attempted to call them on five occasions to ask to be removed from their mailing list to no luck. The one time I did get a person, I got as far as giving them the fake policy number on the paperwork before the agent hung up on me. As I write this, I've been on hold for 15min and still haven't talked to a single person. Oh and another thing, I DO NOT own a 2019 **************** let alone anything **** I pray that no more gullible people fall for this scam, as the last couple notices have contained temporary ID cards that look just like the ones I've gotten for my standard auto insurance policy. The hold music also contains warnings about the rising costs of auto repairs, which is likely to scare people into paying for this "policy" that will only drain their bank accounts and lead to zero repairs.

      Since 3-27-24 I've called, numerous times for a $295.00 refund/credit for an extended warranty on my then 2016 **** Explorer. Which I no longer own. I called/cancelled the coverage within the lotted time frame. I get lip service from their customer service department. I'll put your refund request on top of the list, still waiting, after 6 months. ***** *********

      I have tried to cancel my policy with your company for 2 days. Your employees are well trained in attempting to change my mind but I am set on ending my policy. Still, I get the same words from 3 different people and am not able to get them to STOP TALKING and start working on terminating my policy. VERY FRUSTRATING and MADDENING system you have. I no longer have any desire to continue relations with this company in any form whatsoever. The BBB is aware of the situation.

      This company seems to prey on elderly people who are not sure what they are signing up for or why.I recently realized that there had been a lot of fraudulent activity on my credit card and when I logged into my account I found a charge for ************************* in the amount of $395.00 had been charged to my account back on 10/29/22. I fortunately got an email receipt from the company and was able to cancel and get a refund right away, but I seem to remember that came with quite a bit of difficulty, The person who called me insisted that I had to have this extended warranty.
