1 starRing will not return a phone call, we have 2 ring doorbells and cameras, One house is good the other we been with out service for over 3 months. No one gets back with you. I left messages on Linked in, with different corporate personal,But the corporate people still do no answer.Ring

1 starThe cameras need the app so you can monitor your home. The ring app update does not work at all I cannot get live view or connection. Worked fine for 3 plus years until updated. Many people have same issue. Do nor recommend this company for its lack of customer service. All my cameras are useless And now just ugly ornamentals. My home is not secureRing

1 starIve used the ring doorbell app for several years now Ive had literally seven people trying to break into both of my vehicles and a military community and so I posted that online with the actual video footage of them going through not just mine but my neighbors vehicle trying to check for doorhandles that post was denied. I now several years later and being denied anytime I make a post for damage done to my vehicle. Im not understanding what the purpose of having this Community security where youre supposed to post videos and footages and alert the community of things going on if theyre always going to deny it This does need to be looked into an investigated because thats the whole purpose of this app. Theres children that are under the age of eight being unsupervised, roaming the community alone damaging peoples property going up to peoples doors that they dont know and thats not okayRing

1 starRing is one of the worst nationally known used camera door bells!!! I have had 5 cameras with **** which I will be going back to and never had to pay a ***** for the recording to be sent with a notification! And with ONE ring doorbell you get a notification but cant see the recording and need to pay for a subscription??? Yea please you definitely lost a potential customer with only one doorbell so yea thanks but no thanks!!! One of the worst things I have seen and all this hype about Ring is just STUPID!!! GO WITH **** AND YOU WILL LOVE IT AT NO EXTRA COST FOR UPTO 5 CAMERAS!!!Ring

1 starI have a monthly subscription and each month it says payment failed. Ive used three different cards which are all good by the way, and none work! So they will stop service, Ill subscribe again and the payment goes through. Their customer service team is bad! Tells me to call my bank. I guess all three different banks have issues! Dont buy ring products!Ring

1 starPurchased a new ring camera and wanted to transfer the service that I purchased for 1 year in advance to the new camera, you think it would be easy to do but no they customer service is not able yo do that. On the website specifically states if the card that you used in no longer active please call customer service for assistance so that what I did for them to tell me it is still going back to the original payment method, you have to wait 7-10 business days then call your bank to make a dispute on the charge. How does that make since???? So explain why I needed to call customer service when I could have done that online. Going to return my new ring and go with another company. **************** is horrible!!!! I have had the service for years and they just lost a loyal customer because of their customer service!Ring

1 starShameful. Unspeakable poor customer service, weak communications skills, inadequate training and no supervision to resolve problems, albeit they say" they care."It is incomprehensible AMAZON owns RING, when Amazon's customer satisfaction is superb, & practice their core values.Problems began because their retail box sold at ****** lacked elementary disclosures re: 1) rechargeable battery required. 2) RING DOORBELL must be dismantled from the wall [not easy task because tiny screwdriver impossible to turn s**** 1" from wall; 3) Had to hire contractor to install RING, came three times due to the problems, costing me more money and time than the Ring system is worth. 4) no disclosure on the ************ employees unfamiliar with limitations of the model I purchased. Frankly, I had to call for Ring help who told me my device was their 2nd generation. 5) I was not made aware of the required recharging and being off line in the interim 6) CSR was so uninformed , sent me a "PLUG" to stick into the wall, However, there were no sockets even in close proximity of the Ring.7) Ring box and container does not disclose the required "WEDGE" if the Doorbell is mounted to the side of the door and not the center, as you cannot get an image of anyone standing outside.8) Each of these failings caused me to lose many hours to reach customer service, out of this country, get cut off, wait extended periods of time, or reach someone very difficult to understand.9) Eventually, I discovered there was no way to connect to my computer and use my external hard drive unless pay Ring $10/mo. to use their cloud to save any images or recordings 10) RING would rather have unhappy customers & continue to get ****** ratings & risk someone getting a class action lawyer or the state & federal government file a lawsuit for Unfair and unlawful business practices, fraud, restraint of trade, ***** etc 11) No ************** or RELATIONS online telephone # staff has. 12) Option: this reviewRing

1 starWe just purchased many ring products including a few cameras. One of the cameras, the stick up cam battery does not work. We found this out after hiring the Ring recommended team, OnTech, to install the camera for us. So, the camera was installed but the battery does not work at all. I called Ring and they told me to return the camera and get a new one. I informed them that I had just paid $150 to have the camera mounted outside of my house so that would not work. I told them they need to send me a new camera or new battery. They made me take ridiculous photos of the device, time, and date (as if I was making this up - mind you I am a brand new customer who just spent a ton of money on their devices). Then they told me thats all they could do and someone else would call me in 24 to 72 hours. HORRIBLE customer service. I really expected more out of this company, and I recommend you take your money to literally any other security company!Ring

1 starHorrible customer service .. Sneaky policies regarding using credit cards unlawfully and abusing senior citizens with the practices.. Never leave credit card information with them online. They caused me a big problem with my bank..Ring
