    ******, this company changed it plans in April and has increased their prices 100% with no improvements to the plan. What a scam!

    I have a ring subscription. My vehicle was stolen right in front of my house. It did not catch anything for 10 hours. My subscription is up-to-date. It seems like when my subscription is not up-to-date. Thats when it catches. Everything ring is pointless. At this point I would not recommend this camera system for anyone. been a customer for five years paid subscription and my car was stolen right up from up under me waste of camera, they are rip off

    Ring **************** (CS) and Tech Team cheated me. The proof is in the Ring recordings. I bought a new Floodlight Cam *** Wired with receipt from ******. After it was installed 15 feet high, I was surprised to see no ** code in the box, and only a serial number on its bottom. ********************** never gave me a warning that the ** code was at the back side of the Floodlight, before it was installed and sealed, so that now I cannot see the back side. Most of the CS agents did not know a way in the setup path to use the serial number and a ******* code to set up a device. In three days of pure agony, I kept calling CS for the code and was cut off again and again as the agents had no idea about the setup using the serial number and a ******* code. Finally, on Aug 22, 2025 agent ***** gave me the code. At that point I had working Doorbell for years in my residence, and working Floodlight at the rental, though they used different emails and different passwords on two phones. On Aug 25 I asked to have Doorbell email changed to that of the Floodlight for easy operation on one phone. CS verified my cell phone number, street addresses of my residence and rental, the two emails for the two devices, the serial number for each device, and told me to wait for 72 hours for them to get the job done. On Aug 29 I saw my access to Floodlight was wiped out. Suddenly, ** insisted that for an immediate fix I must give them a Ring email which I had never had and never used for any setup, or I should power off the Floodlight for 15 days and set it up again. Why didnt CS and Tech Team admit their serious mistake and correct their wrongs to get the job done? My complaints to the CEO were quickly rerouted to Tech Team who now claims, without any evidence or reason, that I do not own the Floodlight. Moreover, even if I were to power off the Floodlight and wait for 15 days, I would have tremendous difficulties setting up the Floodlight again without quickly getting a 5-digit code.

    We owned it for 2 days - it didnt work . Ankit was customer service. After my husband tried it for an hour-Ankit took 1 :20 of our time. He couldnt fix it. He sd we can return it and not get a refund because we purchased it 48 hrs ago?! What happened to allowing customers to return an item that doesnt work and NOT be forced to get another product when they cant fix the first. I am LIVID.

    They do not honor their warranty. They charge $10.61 a month for warranty. They told me that if I had any issues with any of my cameras, they will replace it free of charge. I called them three days ago because one of my spotlight Cameras has water in the bottom of the dome And now they dont want to replace it. Company is a piece of s*** Do not buy any more ring cameras to anybody.

    If there were a minus star, I would give it to the Ring company.I have never experienced poor service with any other company like I have with Ring. After speaking with a representative from another country, I informed them that I had not received my package after 12 days from placing the order. After the ***** research, the result was that the item is on backorder. Did I receive an email about the delay? NO! They mentioned that I would receive it in 6 days. 6 DAYS, that's 16 days from the original date!I recommend that whoever is reading this consider another company for your security camera needs.

    The cameras are unreliable. All five wireless cameras stopped connecting after three years. I contacted the company for support, but received nothing but daily unhelpful emails. Ill be switching to another brand that offers in-home technical support, as the repeated issues across multiple cameras indicate this is not a coincidence.

    If I could give them a negative rating , I would. I told them I needed footage for a particular date. They told me that since I wasnt paying for a subscription then they could only go back 90 days. Mind you , it used to go back 365 days for free. They said that since I did not have the subscription, then they could not go back. I needed it for a police report and they refused. We all know NOTHING is ever really deleted.

Without a Ring Home Plan, it provides live video viewing and notifications. Video history storage is a feature of the paid Ring Home Subscription plans that stores videos from 1 to 180 days with the paid plan. For the security and privacy of our neighbors, we do not store videos once they have been deleted or past the storage retention plan that is available on paid subscriptions. If there is no Ring Home Plan subscription, no videos are stored.     Would give negative stars if possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The cameras are great BUT The professional monitoring is NON EXSISTANT. I paid for monitoring for 2 years and found out today THEY NEVER UPDATED MY NEW ADDRESS 1700 MILES AWAY. My alarm triggered early morning and NO SERVICES only a recorded call. I guess we were lucky it was a false alarm or my entire family could be DEAD. JUST DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALL SIMPLY SAFE

    To update your address for a Ring Alarm system, open the Ring app, tap the menu icon (?), and select Settings. Then, find and tap on your current location or the address field under "Location Details" to Edit or Change Address. Enter your new address, follow the on-screen prompts to confirm it, and then save the changes to your location details
