    I Purchased a ring camera floodlight for my yard at the end of 2023. It was installed and hardwired by a licensed electrician. I added a new transformer to my house. It stopped working and went totally dead after four months. I contacted Ring. They made me go through a circus act to try to get it to work. They then sent me a refurbished replacement as opposed to a new camera floodlight like I originally purchased. It was installed at the end of February and now again it is absolutely dead. I talked to the manager, *****, and he said its out of its ************************************************** a 35% discount to purchase a new one. Why would I purchase a new one when they do not stand behind their product? Ive had this refurbished one for six months and its completely dead and they said thats the best they can do. *** purchased many of these ring products for clients and family members. I will never purchase another Ring product. Zero customer service and their product is absolute garbage.

    I have called Ring on three occasions over the past month with no resolution of my problem. Mr ***** door device ********************** alert button will not stay on. The three representatives I spoke with keep telling me that technical support is working on the problem. When I ask to speak to someone in technical support Im told that cant happen. When I ask to speak to someone in management Im told the same thing. I have six Ring devices which up until now I was very satisfied with. It is a shame that this company has a good product but doesnt have the management support to help customers and resolve their problem.************

    When you ****** a specific product in ******, its advertised a certain price in order to mislead you and at check out its a higher price than what its being advertised, falsifying their advertisement.

    HORRIBLE... What a misleading company. I placed an order on Wednesday & the site said it would deliver Saturday. Yet, it's Friday and Ring just shipped the product...not expedited and it says 3-5 days for delivery. I needed this installed by Monday. Made several calls. Got a ************************* Supervisor after several attempts and was told she had no Manager and I could not escalate this call any further. Appalling. If they are this pathetic with just the shipping process, I can't imagine **************** when you have an alarm issue. One of the worst C/S experiences I've ever encountered. I tried their Corp Phone Number and it doesn't even go through to Ring.

    I've had ring for 15 years, I was hacked and have a police report number. My old email and phone were hacked, I had to buy a new phone and get a new email and phone number, Ring will not transfer my base unit to my new account. I suffered a lot due to Identity theft. I just ordered some new ring components and ring insists I have to verify my old account via email or phone number of which I cannot do because I'm locked out and my phone number changed. The new module is ****** and they are offering a 35 perfcent discount. My address did not change nor did the hacker move into my home. I've got well over ******* invested pus I just ordered another 300. I offered my picture drivers license with the same address as my old account, I spoke all the way up to supervisors. Instead of moving my module to my new account the still insist I pay with a 35 percent discount and next I will have to replace ******* in cameras etc. Why would I buy anything from these people?? I hope this message wakes someone up Identity theft isn't fun and ring wants to profit off it.

    Re: cancellation. Very pleased. Was with them for 8 years and moved. Forgot to cancel and was billed. I cancelled online in 30 seconds. I received a majority refund without asking.I will not hesitate signing up with them in the future because their cancellation process did not make me pull my hair out.

    I have ring protect, 1 ring doorbell, 3 stick up cameras, and chime pro and none of them have worked since June 2024. Ring has admitted their MAC address does not work with my router/modem. They claim their technical ***** is working on it.I have made numerous calls to both my internet provider and Ring, even had a conference call between them. There is nothing wrong with my router, its the ring products. I would like them to reimburse me for my doorbell, my 3 ring stick up cams and my ring protect plan, so I can get a security system that actually works! Its 3 months currently that I have been without my security system and looking at the other complaints it appears its happening to a lot of people. Ring needs to do better and stand behind their products.

    I gave four Ring devices. Have been a loyal customer for over seven years. They have been a great company to **** with until now. Cant even get a supervisor or manager to talk to. I have been paying one hundred dollars a year for their protect plan all this time and now that I have problem with my floodlight I get the run around telling me it will be escalated. When I ask why I just get double talk.

    The premium plan at ring is the biggest scam ever! Im having issues with a camera and they are refusing to replace under the warranty that Im paying because I missed a month before renewing!

    I was double billed by Ring for four years. My issue is Ring does not and will not verify billing even if you provided them with a confirmation number through your bank. I provided this and my bank statements. Customers cannot speak directly with accounting to rectify the situation. The only way to verify is through an email, therefore if someone set-up an account with your financial information Ring will just bill you until you figure out who obtain your financial information and what email they are using. This is the most ridiculous thing and this business practice is not in the best interest of consumers. In order to get them to stop billing me, I had to cancel my card. I had numerous services cancelled because of automatic payment. I suggest if Ring does not change this business practice then do not have them on automatic payment.
