I have been trying to redeem $10+ worth of points, when I click Redeem Now the page states "we couldn't complete your verification online. You must speak with our support team..." so I click on enter call queue as there is no physical phone number. Twice since, I have received an email stating my verification process has been completed successfully and PayPal redemption is now available for my account. Contradicting information. I wish to redeem my points and continue taking surveys.Business Response

In order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool -this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
a) verify the account (regardless of previous verification statuses)
b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability)
This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. That being said, the member has since verified their account and they have been able to continue taking surveys and have since redeemed their points.

I have made over 1000 dollars on SJunkie but I have yet to receive my money. I've been working hard to do what was needed. I've been depending on the money as well. The delivery date for payment keeps getting later and later.Business Response

On September 27, 2022, Tuesday, I was informed by Survey Junkie that I committed some sort of fraudulent activity. I did no such thing. They were not specific beyond this generalized accusation. I pleaded with them to let me know what I did wrong, when I know I did not. At least not intentionally. They owe me $25.59 for work I performed for them. They stated that I have been banned and I was very shocked and disappointed. I was always honest and careful with all surveys I performed. I needed an explanation and was not given one beyond a generalization. I want to have another chance to keep on working. At least I want to redeem my final amount that I am owed. I have spent the last two weeks trying to think what I did wrong, but I still do not understand. Please accept my apology if I made a mistake, but I sincerely do not know what I did wrong.Business Response

The member's account was marked for potentially fraudulent and/or unauthorized activities based on quality control measures that the Survey Junkie system has in place. However, as an exception, the member was given a last chance to recover their account and continue benefiting from our services and they have since been able to continue taking surveys and they can redeem their points. We would like to recommend them to be consistent with their answers, take more time to give quality answers and provide detailed and thorough responses.

We have checked our records and can note that per the member's request, we deleted all of their data and closed their account on January 13, 2021, hence why they can't redeem their current points. That being said, as a courtesy, if the member creates a brand new account with a brand new email, we will transfer all of their current points to that new account and they will be able to redeem them with the new account.Initial Complaint

On 10-5-22- I attempted to log into my account on SJUNKIE to get the $15 added to my account for logging in, cause you get $15 a day just for logging into your account. On this day, my account said *************************. I don't know why my account was blocked. I had $17,793 dollars in my account and I had been working on trying to get at least the required 5 people to sign and join SJUNKIE, I was having a hard time trying to get people to join because they said they believe the App was a scam. They also told me that they would join once I received money from SJUNKIE, but I explained to the people that I wouldn't be able to get any money unless they joined and completed some of the tasks as well. I believe the reason my account was blocked was because I had such a large amount of money sitting in my account and if and when I was able to get the required 5 people to join and I completed all the tasks, I strongly believe that didn't want to pay me the money I had earned. I spent a lot of time and energy on this App any taking a lot of surveys and signing up for some of those companies SJUNKIE are getting paid from for listing them on their App for us to try out and take surveys for them. I am beginning to think that SJUNKIE is a Scam and they are using us people to help them get paid from all the games and the companies they have listed on the App. I am going to look into this situation a little further to see what my options I can file against SJUNKIE.
The screenshot I've uploaded shows $16,837 but I had additional money added to my account after I sent this post out to my Twitter account to get people to join. the total I had when SJUNKIE blocked my account was $17,793.Business Response

I participate in online surveys and I did a number of surveys with Survey Junkie and they asked for my DL info inorder to be paid so I sent it to them and now they will not respond. I think they are stealing my info. They owe me $17.82 cents but again they will not respond. I think this place scams people.Business Response

In June of 2022 I downloaded and started playing SJunkie to earn extra money. They assured me that after all my commitments were fulfilled I would receive payment for everything thing I did. So on September 5th I cashed out $1600.00 and my pay date after a few days was October 07/2022.
Today I checked now it says the 13th. All my checks were green they said 2 weeks ago they were going to do manual checking. Nothing was fake nor was anything deleted. They are pushing the day to pay because they are a scam place. Nothing is fake and I passed everything. I am contacting my lawyer in the morning since I'm not getting paid.Business Response

I have been taking surveys from Survey Junkie for awhile now. I have never had any problems redeeming my points until this last time. I reached 4800 points which would be $48. I tried to redeem like I always did online line and a error popped up that I had to call customer support and get in the call queue. I did this 3 times. I emailed customer support 3 times and left them a VM at one of their offices. One of their office #'s states you've reached a non-working number. I don't know what's going on but I would like to be compensated because I know they are making money from the surveys I'm taking. I won't continue to take surveys because it seems to me that the business is a scam now. Please try and contact them and find out what's going on. We require a W9 form from our members when they approach $600 in a calendar year. We are required by the IRS to report members that reach this amount of earning on our site, it is not an arbitrary rule determined by us.
