    Another online business with no clear head of the company. Rips off consumers trying to make an honest REMOVEDand sells information to corporate shareholders. These people should be ashamed of themselves, go out of business and never to return.

    Poor. I just took a survey that offered 100 points and said it would take 20 minutes. After 17 minutes into the survey, I was told that the survey just filled up and was given 2 points.I complained to Survey Junkie and was told I need to be faster. I'm done with them. The survey is 20 minutes long, but I need to finish faster than 17 minutes (and about 50 questions that I answered)? Beware, because you could be wasting your time, and SJ won't have your back

    Ive been doing Survey Junkie for months now and since before today no problem has occurred. Today Ive done surveys that earned me $5.23. Its been almost two hours and Ive still havent received my payment in my REMOVEDaccount and I want to know why?

    It's no surprise to see such a low rating from reviews. Consistent glitches that result in no compensation regardless of the time and energy wasted. How is it ethical to complete a survey and then receive nothing for your time because of technical issues on their end?

    On April 7th I Completed a 470 point 1 hour and 40 minute long survey.they gave me a banner saying it would take 2-3 weeks to hand me the points.a month passed and they still havent given me my money.just a automatic response we are waiting for the third party to review and gives us the approval. This is turning into a scam

    At least REMOVEDtimes in the past week I have done a survey that was "disqualified" at 95-100% completion and went unpaid. When you contact Survey Junkie about this, they give you a song and dance that they can't control when the companies using them disqualify surveyists.Explain to me the ethics behind continuing to work with companies that waste hours of people's time and dont' have to pay out. Does this not affect Survey Junkie's bottom line as well?Not only is it unethical, I am willing to bet it falls under Deceptive Business Practices, which would make it illegal according to the REMOVED. For this reason, I have filed a REMOVEDOFFS

    After reading these other complaints Mine is exactly the same. You can take a survey advertised at 10 minutes for REMOVEDthe survey in 30 minutes time get the disqualification message and when you report the survey only end up them saying sorry but the survey disqualified you, I'm thinking duh that is what it is going to show and the best they can do is 10 points and sorry this is frustrating but rest assured were not getting compensated for the survey. I emailed them telling them I am not concered with them getting compensated and there is no way i would do a 30 minute survey for 10 points. This is the latest example as this practice has been going on for years!!!

    No smart phone.....They will NOT redeem your points!I just got ripped off on my first redemption. I had worked for the 500 points, and attempted to redeem them. I was denied, because survey junkie insisted on verifying my identity, (or my existence) with the use of a smart phone, I do NOT have one at the moment, so they will not pay me as promised. It seems discriminatory to deny a participant their rightful reward, simply on their ability to afford a smart phone.

    this company constantly keeps dq you or kicking you after you have finished the survey. I have worked for surveys before they get paid on partial completes. then when you try to talk to customer service they just say sorry you dq get REMOVEDis thier attitude. REMOVEDspeciaflly just talks down to you. I cussed him out for it. but they just get paid for your work recieve nothing

    I 100% believe this business is a scam and soes not represent themselves honestly. They employ misleading events that wastes your time and is often glitch filled.
