    About 5 weeks ago I completed a survey and went to take another and my account said there was a problem and to contact them which I did. No response after a week, contacted them 2 more times and no response. (I used their balloon contact us to do this). I decided at that point to cash out, I have 1249 points I could redeem. I tried to redeem them and got this message: Here's a tip Gift card redemption is currently not available. Please try again in 24 hours. Contact us. So I waited 24 hours and got the same message. At that point I contacted them again, again, no response. Last Mon, Oct 27, I contacted them and in my message said if I didn't hear from them by the end of the week I was going to contact BBB. I did not hear from them. I don't know what the initial problem was but at this point I just want to be able to cash out, this is money that I earned from doing surveys.

    I created survey junkie in October 14th 2025 to pay for my additional bills of my kid. I have been answering survey honestly ever since then and today I tried to login my account and it says my password doesn't match anymore and I tried to change the password, they refuse to send the email and I have points on the platform that I need to withdraw. Also I placed a withdrawal before i was logged out of my account of ***** points. Please I know this a long shot, they won't probably answer me but please if you do see this. If I have done something wrong please forgive and help me open my account back.Thank you

    I have been a member on Survey Junkie for a few years. Most recently, they have requested I provide them with ID and a selfie video to verify my identity. I have done this several times. I have emailed their support@ email address. I get back emails telling me I have to provide my ID/Selfie Video to be verified. Fast forward to now. The amount is negligible in the grand scheme of things however.they have gone from being a seemingly reputable company to scamming, according to all these complaints. The companies who pay them to run these surveys needs to be aware and NOT continue to compensate Survey Junkie, if they are not going to pay out the funds to those who spend time doing the surveys.

    The Defendant refused to pay the plaintiff $7.62. and the plaintiff was forced to verify GOVT ID for such small amounts.

    On September 21st I started using the site Survey Junkie. I honestly and thoughtfully answered each survey and the site sent me links to many more. I had a lot of spare time the next few days so I participated in several surveys. I finally accrued enough points to earn a $5 reward.When I went to the site to redeem, I received a message that there was a problem with my account and to contact them. I did so. What I received as a reply was accusatory and full of lies. " Please be informed that your Survey Junkie account has been suspended due to unauthorized and fraudulent activities on the Survey Junkie website, which is a violation of SJ Terms and Conditions. Such activities include masking identity, accessing from unsupported countries, giving contradictory and inconsistent answers, etc."I did absolutely none of those things! I was flabbergasted that a site I just joined to pass time was now accusing me of wrongdoing. I tried very hard to be very considerate in my responses and never once was untruthful or deceptive. As to the claims I was masking my identity, this is both outrageous and ridiculous. Why would I do that ? The surveys took up quite a bit of my time and after taking many surveys I only "earned" $5. What I did as a way to pass time and maybe earn a small reward became a very humiliating and dehumanizing experience. I'd advise everyone to avoid this site. Oh, and that $5 I earned? I guess that is gone forever .

    I have been a member of Survey Junkie for nearly 5 years. I have accumulated over ***** points on their site. Meaning I have redeemed nearly 200 dollars with no issues. Today I try to redeem the ***** dollars I made with 6 hours of work doing surveys on their site. They ask me to send a copy of my ID which IS fine and I comply. The verification doesn't work. 6 hours later I get a email saying I'm suspended for fraudulent activity they do not tell me why when I ask. They will not give me my money to the ****** account I have already redeemed nearly 200 dollars to in the past 4 years. They need to address my concerns and give me an honest answer as to why my account was suspended and why I am unable to get the 11 dollars and 32 cents I earned ont their site.

    i am on survey junkie earning points and want to cash out but they say i need to take a picture of my id, front and back and take a selfie. all of this for cashing out on some points??? they are already tracking me through cookies and now they want all of my personal data and a picture of me??? is this even legit??

    Survey Junkie requires photo ID verification in certain cases as a security measure to protect our members and their earnings. This process helps us confirm that rewards are being redeemed by the rightful account holder, and it prevents fraud, duplicate accounts, or unauthorized access. We never request this information without a valid reason, and all data is handled securely and in accordance with our privacy policy.
    That said, we also respect your comfort level. Since you expressed that you are not comfortable submitting a photo ID, we have already emailed you with an alternative verification option so that you can complete your redemption without needing to provide your ID.

    On August 26, 2025 my redemption points hit 5060. Ive been trying to redeem a $50 **** card. I contacted survey junkies support via email. They responded requesting a W9. I sent in a W9 via email to ******************************************* A week later I contacted support team again; and again I was requested to submit a W9. Overall between August and today, September 18th, Ive submitted 4 W9s.

    I have been on Survey Junkie early this year and I have redeemed the amount of over 7266 points. I sent a copy of my driving license to **********************, and I was told it didn't match. they send me an email dated August 29, 2025, and I haven't heard thing from them since.

    I have been a consistent user of the platform ********************** and have always been verified as such. They suddenly ask me to verify again and when I do, they say I failed the verification. Note this comes at a time when I spent hours on their platform sincerely filling up surveys. When I tried to redeem my money, they denied. I contacted customer care and they mentioned they are not in a position to help me because I am in a country they dont operate in BUT I LIVE IN ***************** and I know they operate here so what are they talking about?
