    On 8/12/25 I noticed that there were no survives for about three days. I emailed them to find out why. They answered back saying that my account was flagged because I had two accounts. This not true. They will not give me an answer. I have emailed them several times and left messages at their phone number. No one ever gets back. They owe me $422.97.

    Survey Junkie wants a copy of my id and a photo of my face. I do not feel comfortable giving them this. They owe me money. I never agreed to sending a copy of my photo id and my face. Please tell me how I can redeem my points that are owed to me and how I can continue to do these surveys. Thanks.

    I have been participating in Survey Junkie surveys for several years. I have received rewards for several years. Now all of a sudden, they want a copy of my id and a photo of my face. I do not feel comfortable giving them this. They owe me money. I never agreed to sending a copy of my photo id and my face.     Took many surveys. Went to redeem and told to send a copy of my ID, which I did. They say they cant verify and refuse to pay

    I have contacted Survey Junkie numerous times, but their customer service is horrible, and I have not received any replies to my problem.A few days ago, in order to verify my account, I used my photo ID(driver's license) with my selfie, but after verifying, I am not sure whether I made the right choice or not. I contacted Survey Junkie, asking them if they are able to delete my ******* that I used as verification, but so far, no satisfactory response from Survey Junkie support.What I want to do is in order to protect my Identity/privacy, I want Survey Junkie to somehow delete my *******, if it is possible. Any help would be great.Thank you.

    I am done with dealing with Survey Junkie Support.  No matter how much times I have emailed them with my issue, I have gotten zero response, and they always say they will get back to me as soon as possible, but I have gotten no response for 2 days.  I don't think there is any way to solve the issue.

    App requests personal information. It matches u with surveys that require u to enter the same personal information over and over again sometimes multiple times in one survey. Sometimes it matches with surveys that completely contradict your profile; eg: u arent even eligible for. And other times the surveys require u to answer a significant number of questions only to freeze on the last question meaning they have all of your data but dont need to pay u the points for the questions or they stop the survey midway through and tell u the survey is now full. Why do they let people start and waste your time? This is a scam to collect personal information and data for free.

    I registered on the Survey Junkie site a few days ago and have been taking surveys, building my profile and taking advantage of the extras offered to users. I surprisingly hit 1010 points today and when I tried to redeem them was informed that I have to present my driver's license and a selfie to verify myself. This is completely unacceptable because it poses serious risks for id theft. I need the company to provide a safer mode of verifying my id. I put many hours into those 1010 points. And, if that is all I get then so be it. Just get me what I've earned and you can close my account if you need to. Give me a safe method to verify my identity and allow me to redeem those points to my ****** account. The point value is $10.10.

    I have been doing surveys with Survey Junkie for only a couple months. I have redeemed points for gift cards with no request for "verification" until this week when I tried to redeem 3701 points for a gift card. I looked up complaints here from people who have had the same experience and you stated that there is an alternative to sending a photo of a driver's license accompanied with a selfie to "verify" who you are. I am not at all comfortable sending a photo of my driver's license to **********************. Please assist me in obtaining an alternate verification process.Thank you.

    I have been a member of Survey Junkies panel since 2016. I recently began taking surveys on that platform again, following a hiatus. On April 27, 2025, I took several surveys, generating $7.32 for my time. When I attempting to cash out those funds, I was prompted to verify my identity. Per the websites instructions, I took a photo of the front and back of my Pennsylvania issued drivers license and uploaded those images to the website. I was then prompted to take a video selfie, so that my face could be matched to the image from my drivers license. I followed these steps twice, only to receive a message (from Survey Junkie), informing me that I could not be verified. I then received another message informing me that a member of customer support would be contacting me with 48 hours. The following morning, I received an email from Nush (member support), informing me that my account had been suspended for violating Survey Junkies Terms of Service. I responded to that email, explaining what had occurred on 04/27/2025 and requested more information regarding what, specifically, I violated. On 04/29/2025, I received another email from *****, informing me that my membership had been PERMANENTLY suspended, for violating Survey Junkies Terms of Service again, no clear explanation of what, specifically, was violated. ***** went on to state that she would be closing my inquiry. My issue remains unresolved, and neither representative provided any explanation! Survey Junkies verification process is flawed and as a long time panel member, I am very disappointed in the process.

    I received a gift card from survey junkie and went to use it at *** and found out from the manager it was fraudulent. I just phoned survey junkie and the person was very nasty and told me I never had one (gift card) and then slammed the phone down.
