I have been a member of the online survey junkie for numerous years. August 25 I had participated and earned bonus rewards of five dollars and noticed that it did not update to my account.. I contacted customer support and I was then informed that my account would lock up after $655.35 I was told by customer support that *** reached the threshold and would have to provide a photo ID verification and I questioned why because they alreadyhad my tax form as verification. This went back-and-forth through about 50 emails where I was told that I had to cash out some points to reset it and get my five dollar rewards as well as several surveys that I had completed that it was not rewarded for . There were approximately ************************************************ this email where some stated eventually that I no longer needed to verify that they would manually verify my account based on my tax form. Then I received an email stating that I did have to verify from a different person. then Im told that I cannot have cash access to my account through my bank transfer for which is on their website. They are telling me I need to do ****** which I do not want to set up and I do not want a gift card. Ivebeen requested a check which one person said I could now *** is saying I cant. They are trying to force setting up a ****** account for which I do not want to for security reasons and when I contacted customer support in January, she said numerous members go over $600 and that it was not a problem I was expecting a bank transfer. Now they are trying to tell me that I cannot do a bank transfer on a manual transaction because they cant do it. They are refusingto pay me my money of over $650 Nowhere on their website does it state that you cannot do a bank transfer for receiving funds over $600. I see that there are other numerous complaints against this business for the same exact reasons. They have since locked out my account and refused to pay the money I have earned.

After continued communications following my complaint , survey, junkie finally sent a check for my earnings. For which I have received. However, it should not have taken approximately 50 emails and 10 different customer service support to resolve.

I have completed multiple surveys where the amount is 80 points or higher and what Ive been noticing is that when Im at the end of the survey, it either kicks me out or the screen goes blank and I do not get my points. Ive reached out to customer care however I get a robot to respond, never an actual person so nothing is actually resolved. I believe that I am being scammed into giving my opinions with the thought that I would receive payment at the end and thats not the case. Also, there have been times where it says that I am lying, but all I did was press on the button to start the survey and then it kicks me out.

We want to clarify that Survey Junkie is a survey hosting platform. The surveys themselves are created and managed by third-party research providers. This means that the decisions to end a survey early, mark a response as disqualified, or flag a technical error are made by the survey providers and not by Survey Junkie directly. We do not benefit when a member is exited from a surveywe are only compensated when surveys are successfully completed.
That said, we do take these experiences seriously and we have processes in place to help. When surveys fail to credit correctly, members can report the issue directly to our support team. While our initial replies may be automated to help guide members quickly, our human support agents review reported cases and, when possible, issue compensation points as a courtesy for incomplete surveys.
We are constantly working with our partners to improve survey quality, reduce unexpected exits, and ensure that members have the best experience possible. On 8/12/25 I noticed that there were no survives for about three days. I emailed them to find out why. They answered back saying that my account was flagged because I had two accounts. This not true. They will not give me an answer. I have emailed them several times and left messages at their phone number. No one ever gets back. They owe me $422.97.

Survey Junkie wants a copy of my id and a photo of my face. I do not feel comfortable giving them this. They owe me money. I never agreed to sending a copy of my photo id and my face. Please tell me how I can redeem my points that are owed to me and how I can continue to do these surveys. Thanks.

I earned 2548 in points doing surveys on survey junkie, provided my id, then was told I couldn't redeem.

Our records confirm that you created four duplicate accounts, which is a direct violation of Survey Junkies Terms of Service. You were previously informed of this issue; however, you continued to create new accounts despite those warnings.
Because of this repeated violation, your account has been suspended and you will not be able to continue your activities with Survey Junkie going forward.
That said, we do want to acknowledge the effort you put into completing surveys. As a one-time exception, we have arranged for you to redeem your remaining balance. Instructions for doing so have already been sent to you by email. Please follow those directions in order to complete the redemption process.

This is a survey company. I can't tell you how many surveys that I have totally completed and was told at the end that "I did not qualify". This company does not follow through what they promise. You spend your time answering questions, numerous questions only to finish and be told that I don't qualify. This is theft in my opinion. I don't do survey's just for the heck of it, I do them to receive compensation. I expect that they need to be investigated, as I can't be the only one who has this problem. It is a crime that companies such as this are allowed to get away with this false representation.

Survey Junkie is a survey hosting platformwe connect our members to surveys that are created, managed, and evaluated directly by third-party research providers. The decisions regarding qualification, disqualification, or rejection are made solely by those survey providers based on their research criteria. This is not something Survey Junkie has the ability to override or change.
While we do our best to partner with providers who maintain fair and transparent processes, disqualifications can occur if a members responses no longer fit the target audience the client is looking for, or if certain quality checks are not met. To help offset this, we provide small disqualification points for many surveys so that members receive at least some credit for their time when possible.
We are committed to providing a trustworthy experience, and we regularly review feedback like yours to improve the quality of surveys available on our platform. I have been doing surveys with Survey Junkie since 2018, I have redeemed points with no problem. Until 7/23/2025 when I tried to redeem 2871 points to cash out now, I have to provide the front and back of drivers licence and a selfie. I cannot not take that chance with everything that's going on with risk of fraud and identity theft, having my data breached and my ID stolen to submit a verification there has to be a better way.

I have been participating in Survey Junkie surveys for several years. I have received rewards for several years. Now all of a sudden, they want a copy of my id and a photo of my face. I have contacted Survey Junkie numerous times, but their customer service is horrible, and I have not received any replies to my problem.A few days ago, in order to verify my account, I used my photo ID(driver's license) with my selfie, but after verifying, I am not sure whether I made the right choice or not. I contacted Survey Junkie, asking them if they are able to delete my ******* that I used as verification, but so far, no satisfactory response from Survey Junkie support.What I want to do is in order to protect my Identity/privacy, I want Survey Junkie to somehow delete my *******, if it is possible.
