    In June of 2022 I downloaded and started playing SJunkie to earn extra money. They assured me that after all my commitments were fulfilled I would receive payment for everything thing I did. So on September 5th I cashed out $1600.00 and my pay date after a few days was October 07/2022.
    Today I checked now it says the 13th. All my checks were green they said 2 weeks ago they were going to do manual checking. Nothing was fake nor was anything deleted. They are pushing the day to pay because they are a scam place. Nothing is fake and I passed everything. I am contacting my lawyer in the morning since I'm not getting paid.

    I guess I sent it to the wrong site. It's SJunkie although they fancy themselves as survey junkie I feel like it's another run around attempt. Since my post my pay date has changed 4 times. I can't believe it.

    I did the required surveys and I was not paid. I have attempted to talk to someone at the business but I cannot contact anyone. I have sent several emails. Please help me get the money I am owed.

    Our records indicate that the member had multiple accounts which is against our Terms. We have deactivated their other account and left their main account, active. We recommend them to refrain from creating duplicate accounts as this is against our Terms and will result in permanent account suspension. That being said, the member can continue taking surveys and redeeming their points.

    I have been trying to redeem my points (845) on 10/5/22 yet it would let me take photos of my driver's license but for some reason when it came to taking a self photo this sight was unable to find my camera, can someone please clarify what's going on

    In order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool -this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
    a) verify the account ( regardless of previous verification statuses)
    b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
    c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability)
    This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. That being said, the member has since verified their account and they have been able to continue taking surveys and have since redeemed their points.

    I figured it out, I had downloaded the app and the app is more user friendly than using it on my browser

    I have been doing surveys for this company for about 3 years or more. Occasionally they will stop your account to review your account making sure it's legit. Well, a couple days ago they did just that. I decided to create a ticket with them for customer support. I heard nothing. Today I decided to message them. I finally got a response stating that my account has been permanently suspended for unauthorized use of survey Junkie Services. I replied with I have not used your service in any unauthorized way. If I have prove it. I then told them I'm going to report them to the BBB. I have yet to get a response from them.

    The member's account was marked for potentially fraudulent and/or unauthorized activities based on quality control measures that the Survey Junkie system has in place. However, as an exception, the member was given a last chance to recover their account and continue benefiting from our services and they can continue taking surveys and redeeming their points. We would like to recommend them to be consistent with their answers, take more time to give quality answers and provide detailed and thorough responses.
    We advise to follow the above given recommendations, as well as note that repeated offenses may result in additional flags which may put their account at risk of permanent suspension.

    Regarding this complaint it can now be closed. They messaged me saying they are giving me one last chance. Since then I've been able to redeem my points and continue to take surveys.

    I signed up for survey junkie a long time ago and took multiple surveys earning nearly $500. The surveys I earned the points for before they changed their policy, are now requiring a drivers license be uploaded as well as a picture. I am a certified fraud examiner and work with victims of identity theft, and this is very dangerous. I am not on social media for this reason. I will not provide my drivers license nor my photo to take online surveys. I don't have any proof that this company has a secure method for storing drivers license or photo information. Information like this can be hacked very easily for companies that do not have proper storing methods.

    I would like the points that amount to $9.63 that I earned prior to them switching their policies sent to my PayPal WITHOUT this additional step. I never agreed to these new terms and conditions.

    I will no longer take surveys on their site based on this, but deserve the money I earned prior to this change.

    Please also close my account once the money is transferred.

    I have been emailing SurveyJunkie for days with no response. Every time I reach a certain amount of money in one day they start blocking me from taking more surveys until the next day. It seems like they don't want you to get past 12 or so dollars. When bringing this up to their attention I received an email from their support saying it's a technical issue on my account and they were trying to fix it. Now for the past 5 days I have once again been blocked from taking surveys and they won't respond to my email requests to fix the problem. I also have reached out about another account my husband and I made together before I knew the policy was not to have more than one account. I have made them aware and in order to stay within policy asked if they could transfer the points over to my main account and delete the 2nd one or transfer that account fully to my husband. I still have yet to get help with that and it's been 2 weeks.

    I did not know that I could not have more than 1 account and first and with that being said they completely helped and fixed the problem. This was a misunderstanding and I thank them for the solution provided!

    I have been doing surveys for survey junkie since 09/01/22 steadily. Over the course of this month I was able to do enough surveys to earn $38.30 on 09/13/22. After earing this redemption I began taking surveys again and planned to redeem funds again at the end of September. I have been attempting to redeem funds for over a week & survey junkie will not allow me to continue answering surveys nor will they redeem me the money that they owe me. I have contacted customer support multiple times with absolutely no answer. I am not angry; however, I just need customer support to review my account and open it up so that I can redeem my available money and continue answering surveys.

    Been doing surveys since early this year. Suddenly I am told through the Survey Junkie website that my account needs a review and to contact customer service and I would hear a response within 24-48 hours. I still haven't heard anything yet. I have points that can redeemed but at this time I can't as long as my account is needing a review. I don't know what's going on, but I would like to continue to do surveys and redeem mu current points. I have done nothing different that would place my account under review.

    Yes, My Problem Is That I Let A Friend Use My Computer Two Saturday's Ago. And, Survey Junkie ABRUPTLY, Stopped My Survey's From Coming Into My Online Account. Now, They Are, Asking Me To Identify Myself And, I Think That's Very FRAUDULENT On Their, Behalf! As, Soon As, My Friend Set-Up Her Online Account Using Her Name, Her Telephone Number And Her Own Address, This Is When The Problem Started. What Difference Does It Make Who I Let Make/Or, Set-Up A New Account On My Own Computer? All Of Our Addresses And Phone Numbers Are, Completely, Different. I Want Back Into My Account So, I Can Redeem My Points For Cash! That Money Was Helping Me Out With Paying For Gas To Get To Work, Running Errands, Etc. Thank You For Your Consideration In This Matter!

    Hi, I take surveys with Survey Junkie. We survey Junkie members are informed if we go over $50 to contact customer service. I made $95 and would like my money. We are informed Customer service responds within 1-2 days. Survey Junkie's Customer service is pretty much non responsive. They breach their own rules and pick and choose when to respond. It's going on two weeks and I have not been able to receive my earnings. Customer service sent me a email (which I have attached a screenshot) informing me that it will take 48 hours before my funds would be transferred to my PayPal account. I have never been told that usually money is transferred the same day of. Survey Junkie had been giving me the run around for two weeks now. I'm questioning if my money was sent to the proper PayPal account. Survey Junkie took my money out of my Survey Junkie account and now where is it? I have $95 dollars. Nothing could have gotten misconstrued because my email is the same email associated with my Survey Junkie account. I'm not too happy right now. I have not received my money. This is highly unprofessional and fraudulent please look into this. Thank you
