    Been waiting on payout since the 17th they keep extending it not verifying the information that they say they're going to verify it's already been extended out three times and I don't appreciate not getting paid for what they say they're going to pay for

    On November 23, 2022, I took a survey through Survey Junkie that promised to pay for a 15-20 minute survey. Once I completed the survey (it took me 30 minutes and consisted of two different surveys), the survey company showed me a screen thanking me and letting me know I had completed the survey. However, when I was returned to my dashboard on the Survey Junkie site, I was shown a popup telling me I did NOT qualify for the survey I just completed and received no points.

    This is the first time I've been told afterwards that I did not qualify for a survey I had just spent 30 minutes completing. Unfortunately I did not capture the ID information for which survey it was, but I assume that Survey Junkie has a record of surveys I've taken or attempted to take. They don't provide this info to us. However, I did capture some screenshots during the survey because there is always a fear that something like this will happen. I believe the amount of points promised was either 90 pts or 190 pts.

    I have contacted the company through their Contact Us form. I am unsure when or if they will respond. I did not receive even an auto-generated email at least letting me know they received my complaint. So my confidence in them addressing this issue is not high at the moment. As mentioned, I assume Survey Junkie keeps record of the surveys we take and the status, so they should be able to determine the amount of points promised for that survey. My preferred resolution would be having the points credited to my account as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Please note that though it can be disappointing, getting disqualified from surveys is a common occurrence and a part of survey taking. It is possible that during the survey, as the survey providers were gathering information, they determined the member was not the kind of participant they were looking for, so they terminated the survey. This can happen at any point in a survey, regardless of how much is completed. Please note that Survey Junkie has no say in members getting disqualified or terminated from a survey and it is up to the sole discretion of the survey providers. However, to reward members for their time and effort we award 2 or 3 points for every disqualification. That being said, third party survey providers do not receive the information a member provides on a survey, if the survey is terminated, meaning a member's answers are only saved if they successfully complete the whole survey and receive full points.In any case, we have provided the member with bonus points to reward them for their time and dedication spent on this survey.

    Ongoing issues with this company have forced me to contact you again. Today I completed survey #******** for the company Survey Junkie I was sent back to their site with a completed survey screen. I saw that the points were not right on my account but waited because on occasion it takes a few minutes to credit points.I got denied by a few other surveys and went back to check to see what happened to *********. I took a screenshot of the completed screen as Survey Junkie has done things like not credit me in the past. I went to my point history on survey junkie's site and it's showing that it gave me 2 points instead of the 385 points it should have. I have attached two screenshots as proof of the issue.I want the points I earned. I have the proof I earned them and will not take anything less than the 385 points as promised. I shouldn't have to police this company and teach them right from wrong but this is just wrong.

    Yes, Hello My Name Is ****************** And, For The Last Two Day's Iv'e Been Trying To Redeem My Survey Points For Cash And, They ( SURVEY JUNKIE ) Aren't Allowing Me To Do This. Iv'e Identified Myself, Twice With My State I.D. Card And, I Also, Had To Take A Face Selfie On My Phone For Them As, Well. That Was Successful! And, They Still Have The NERVE To Say, I Need To Call Them To Further, Identify Myself With My Phone Number That They Clearly Already, Have On File. You Literally, Just Contacted Them About This Same, Matter Last Month! And, They DON'T Even Have A VALID CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT NUMBER/OR, E-MAIL ADDRESS That's Legit!     In order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool -this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
    a) verify the account (regardless of previous verification statuses)
    b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
    c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability)
    This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. That being said, the member has since verified their account and they have been able to continue taking surveys and they can redeem their points.

    This business claim to be an online marketing strategy business to review some companies and have innocent people like me who tries to make side money during a tight period to be able to use our time in earning extra dollars. The process is simple, you read, review each survey they send and God knows how long the survey are and how cheap it's get rewarded. For a 45min survey, you get 3points max. So disregard those tricky methods, I have managed to spend more than 27h , typically 1day and half and was able to get 522 points. Since the redemption only allows you to get until 500 points, I then stop so I can redeem $ 5 that I hardly achieve so I can withdraw my 522 points, they then have a system to freeze the account pretending the next step is to verify your ID , fone number, email, address, after filling out those extra documents, I'm still waiting anyone to reply that email or verify actually the account or unfreeze it simply. This process has been on since Sunday 11/15/2022 until today nothing.

    I joined a survey sight to make money online. The company has a set of chores that they require you complete to get paid. I completed all those, then they have a whole new set of chores that they have to complete for you to get paid. They give you a date you are supposed to be paid by, but the day before, only hours before the dead line, they keep changing the pay date to a later date. Well they say if you have problems to email them, which I have done three or four times, to find out what the problem is. They have not bothered to respond. I call their service number which is basically an answering machine that tells you to leave your email and they will respond. I've done that twice now, to try to resolve whatever the issue is so can get paid. They have not bothered to respond 1 time. I thought maybe it was an identification issue, so I sent them a copy of my i.d. They just keep changing my pay date to a later date, only hours before I'm supposed to receive payment. None of this is included in their advertising. They say you can get your money in minutes with PayPal, which is what I have. They obviously are trying to wait people out, so they just give up. They have obviously been paid for all my survey work. I am just seeking the pay they promised. I will do a real review for them when they post payment, which they have, and are hoping I get frustrated, and just give up. I'm not gonna be doing that. Next stop U.S. cyber crime division.

    I signed up for survey junkie cashed out once no problem then i earned enough to cash out again 10.93 they then asked for photo I'd verification well i don't have a valid drivers license or other photo I'd. This was not told to me in the beginning so now I can't even redeem my money

    I spent 55 minutes watching and answering questions about a episode for a show regarding a murder on an island. Then I got thrown out right when I would be finishing. The survey was 300 points. Credit my account with these points. This has happened before and I was asked for the survey # which was always gone. This time I copied it as this type of scam probably happens a lot. Survey was ***************************************************************************************************************************************************? Finish the job.
