    180 days ago I earned a ******* e card gift card for ***** corporate said go to virtual rewards that ecard never expires since I had 2 deaths next to each other in family so it's been tough on me and they refuse to give me the info I really trusted and enjoyed survey junkie never had an issue til now and a theft off my account they completely avoid I'm disabled a single mom and homeless and need what I honestly earned the theft amount was 20 dollars which I never redeemed so total of 45 dollars I'm owed no it's not alot but in my situation it is I could at least get a bite to eat as I haven't been eating much since on the streets if I have to I will report to fcc if they don't resolve this immediately I hate too but after a few years of being a loyal player my opinions matter they need to be more understanding and reasonable and not avoid theft matters this is wrong keeping earned promised cash

    Our records indicate that the member already claimed their $25 ******* e-gift card on 03/25/2022 at 06:19 PM EST; however, if they have yet to use it, the only solution at this point is to contact ******* for assistance.

    Regarding the $20 redemption, it was redeemed via a $20 e-**** card, and it was claimed on 09/18/2022 at 08:41 PM EST. When members redeem from Survey Junkie, a verification code is sent to their email as a 2FA verification. The e-**** card was also sent to their email address. Meaning if their Survey Junkie account was "hacked," their email was also hacked. We recommend they reset their passwords to their email and Survey Junkie accounts; however, members are solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of their password, and Survey Junkie is not responsible for unauthorized redemptions.

    However, as an exception, we have added 500 points to the member's account as gratitude for being a loyal Survey Junkie member.

    My account was put on hold until I sent In documents to verify my identity. I sent the required documents and was told it would only take 5 minutes for verification. I know from past experience that Survey Junkie takes forever and doesn't communicate at all.

    In order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one-time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
    a) verify the account (regardless of previous verification statuses)
    b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
    c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability).
    This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one-time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. That being said, the member has since verified their account and they have been able to continue taking surveys and have since redeemed their points.

    It is a scam. They have you complete surveys for money. You do the entire survery and then they get all your data and they say you do not qualify or the survey is full. This is after they tell you that you do qualify. They get all your information for free, when they should be paying you for the time. They are still using the data and they are not compensating people like they say they will.

    Survey Junkie is a safe and secure website, trusted by millions of members who take surveys and redeem on a daily basis. That being said, even though it can be disappointing, getting disqualified from surveys is a common occurrence and a part of survey taking. It is possible that during the survey, as the survey providers were gathering information, they determined the member was not the kind of participant they were looking for, so they terminated the survey. This can happen at any point in a survey, regardless of how much is completed. Please note that Survey Junkie has no say in members getting disqualified or terminated from a survey and it is up to the sole discretion of the survey providers. However, to reward members for their time and effort we award 2 or 3 points for every disqualification. That being said, third party survey providers do not receive the information a member provides on a survey, if the survey is terminated, meaning a member's answers are only saved if they successfully complete the whole survey and receive full points.

    I have redeemed my points on Survey Junkie and they tell me it has been transferred to my bank account......My bank has no record of it being transferred. I have reached out to them, but they keep telling me it has been transfered.

    This service is supposed to provide you points (that eventually are transferable to money) for completing surveys listed on their site/app. I've now completed 5+ surveys (in full) that I have been given 0 points for. Most recently, I completed a survey for a phone company today that was worth 140 points. I completed the survey, and know this because I was able to provide feedback of the survey and was taken to a screen saying "thank you for completing our survey, please press the button below to be taken back to the home screen". I pressed the button and it simply took me to another plain white screen with small text saying "welcome back" , giving me no other way to navigate back to the app other than pressing the "return to survey junkie" button that is always at the top right corner of the screen. However, this forces you to abandon your progress and get 0 of the points you have earned, regardless that you have fully completed the survey and have no way of navigating anywhere else. This is a serious issue as it wastes a lot of the users time and takes away what they have earned. Quality control needs to be increased and surveys need to be better screened and tested before they are put on the app for users to complete. I have had this experience at least 5 times now and I've only had the app for 2 weeks. There should be a way of reporting this throught the app because there is no way of knowing this issue is going to happen until you have completed a survey and theres no real way of proving it than through the app and the survey id numbers(which disappear when you return to the app).

    I registered for an account on Survey Junkie and they are a complete rip off. I sat for almost 2 hours completing surveys in hope to redeem for cash or gift cards. I would start the survey and it would say on one of them start survey for 120 points. And after 20 mins of doing the survey It gave me only 3 points. It has done this every single time I would click on a survey the most they ever gave me to do the survey was 2-3 points when I have clicked on surveys from ************ and a couple I can't remember. But they didn't give me them points and only gave me 2-3 on every one. I also have screenshots of them to prove that I am correct and they are wrong for doing this to me. I am considered homeless and living in a hotel and just trying to get some extra help this Christmas for my 6 year old son, so he can have a Christmas. I am a full time college student and a single mother and was hoping this survey junkie would help me but paying me the points I have EARNED!

    surveyjunkie.com is a website paying for people taking surveys. I have repeatedly had problems with getting paid. My last problem is the site giving me this message.Coming soon...We'd like to meet you too, but right now Survey Junkie is not available in your country.We're growing fast, so stay tuned and follow us on social media for the latest updates.I have tried doing all the recommends to fix this problem. I have gotten 3 previous payments from my country (USA). I have tried their support, but nothing works. My desired resolutions is for them to pay me the $20 they owe me.

    Waste of time. I would say 80% of the time, you get "disqualified" from the survey, often when you are MID TO ALMOST FINISHED with the survey, and Survey Junkie only "compensates" you with 2-3 points - a mere fraction of what you are initially promised for spending 15-30 minutes of your time. Do this a few times, and you're making pennies on the hour, which is far less than minimum wage - just go work at literally anywhere else, do anything else with your time, this is NOT WORTH IT. Survey Junkie needs to regulate when a company can "disqualify you;" it's not okay to take your answers for 30 questions (some personal!), collect the data, and then kick people to the curb without adequate compensation. That is some major BULL.
    Also, Survey Junkie - please do not respond to this complaint with "unfortunately, thems the rules blah blah blah." Save it. Make the rules better. Do better.

    SJunkie is a company that claims you can make great money completing tasks they ask you to complete. Everything seems legit until you go to collect your money. You attempt to claim your money and all the sudden you've got to meet all this criteria. Once the criteria is met, they make you wait a couple weeks. When that pay date comes up, they put it off another week. Once my criteria was all ********** watch them kick it off a week at a time for the last hundred days. I've got about 14 payments due for a total of $4409.00

    The company issues surveys through an email link, and when they are completed, people are issued points that convert to money or gift cards.

    The problem lately is that the surveys are being issued with "guaranteed points" and I'm clicking the link to take the survey a very short time later. I'm being given a message that the survey is filled or shut down. Their previous responses to me is that the survey filled up or a list of other excuses. I believe that Survey Junkie is being deceptive when offering "guaranteed points" when they really are not guaranteed.
