    In order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one-time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
    a) verify the account (regardless of previous verification statuses)
    b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
    c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability).
    This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one-time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. Once the member passes Photo ID verification, they will be able to redeem their full points.

    It is a survey company that is supposed to pay you for taking surveys. I took the survey until they owed me 108. Dollars and have asked for it several times they have not put into my pay pal account and am on the fourth person from their company saying I will be paid but then it just doesnt happen

    I have tried several times to verify my account and was not able too. I did provide my **** State Drivers License and use the ** scan code with my phone and provided my Credit/Debit Card for verification and that was rejected. Then 1 minute later I got a notification from my bank about fraudulent activity and an attempted charge of $39.99. The bank closed that card and had to reissue a new one.

That being said, in no way is passing verification on Survey Junkie related to the member's fraudulent bank activity as their data is securely processed and stored. In any case, please also note that in order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we have introduced a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one time verification tool for our panelists.     I have been answering surveys on this site for a while and had already received my first reward. However, when I attempted to collect my second reward, I was suddenly asked to provide a picture of my drivers license and a selfiejust to get a $5 Amazon gift card? I dont feel safe sharing my important documents with strangers over the internet, especially for an Amazon gift card, since I know Amazon ONLY requires an email address to send a gift card. So I checked their privacy policy, and it says, You have been selected to participate in our identity verification trial. You may decline to participate in this trial at any time. Yet there is no way to select I decline, and no other options provided on their site. I contacted their customer support and they reiterated that I must go through this ridiculous and unsafe process just to get the gift card I earned. When I refused to take these unnecessary risks with my identity, privacy and security, they asked me to provide a phone number so they could call me and verify my identity over the phone. They claimed they would respond within one business day, but of course they did not. They have received a lot of really bad online reviews recently, and apparently they are locking peoples accounts, failing to respond to emails, making members jump through hoops, and basically doing anything they can to delay or get out of paying people the money they are owed.

    They are phishing and requesting personal information, requesting IDs. A survey site does not need this information unless it intends to use it for illegal purposes.

    Hi there, Ive earned 5 $ in my survey junkie account and when I requested for payout I was asked to verify myself and I gave my number. I was said that Im in the queue but its been 2 days and I havent received any call to verify.

That being said, we were not able to verify the member's account via Photo ID verification because they provided an official government-issued document from an unsupported country. If they do not have a *************/******/*********/** government-issued ID card or drivers license, as an exception, they can provide an official proof of work, proof of stay, or study permit confirming their residence in *****************/******/*********/**. If they will not be able to provide the above-mentioned document, they will not be able to continue on Survey Junkie.

    I take surveys on this site all of the time. After it states that Ive completed the survey, it suddenly says that the survey is full. AFTER Ive completed the survey it is suddenly full strange. I think that survey junkie is making money and not paying people accordingly.

    Please note that though it can be disappointing, getting disqualified or terminated from surveys is a common occurrence and a part of survey taking. It is possible that during the survey, as the survey providers were gathering information, they determined the member was not the kind of participant they were looking for, so they terminated the survey. This can happen at any point in a survey, regardless of how much is completed. Please note that Survey Junkie has no say in members getting disqualified or terminated from a survey and it is up to the sole discretion of the survey providers. However, to reward members for their time and effort we award 2 or 3 points for every disqualification. That being said, third party survey providers do not receive the information a member provides on a survey, if the survey is terminated, meaning a members answers are only saved if they successfully complete the whole survey and receive full points.

That being said, the member has successfully completed multiple surveys and has redeemed multiple times. In any case, as mentioned, please note that though it can be disappointing, getting terminated from surveys is a common occurrence and a part of survey taking. It is possible that during the survey, as the survey providers were gathering information, they determined the member was not the kind of participant they were looking for, so they terminated the survey.  Also third-party survey providers set survey quotas, i.e., a certain number of responses are required for each survey. The message the member received means that while they were completing the survey, the quota of responses needed was met, and the survey was closed. This can happen at any point in a survey, regardless of how much is completed. Please note that Survey Junkie has no say in members getting terminated from a survey and it is up to the sole discretion of the survey providers. However, to reward members for their time and effort we award 2 or 3 points for every disqualification or quota full case. In any case, if they have questions about a particular survey, they can reach out to us directly, provide the survey ID and we will be glad to look into the survey.

    I am a panel member of the Survey Junkie survey site. I have been for about a year. Redeeming my points was easy and ******-free. Now all of a sudden they want me to send them a photo copy of my state ID along with a selfie. I feel this is unfair. I do not have a cell phone for one. And my email should be enough like it was before to prove who I am. Why do they need this stuff? I am 72 years old and this is the way I make extra money. I am on a fixed income and I need this. I do not feel comfortable giving them this information. My lawyer also advised against it. Too many people out there preying on the elderly. I don't know what to do. Just wanted to let you know that I think this is an unfair business practice.

    I can't not cash out my redeemed points. Survey Junkie cut me off because I don't have a Passport. I registered in 2022 with my driver's license and everything worked okay, now they want a valid passport what I don't have.

    Hello, i unfortunately find myself here again to find a solution for an issue that survey junkie refuses to solve and instead deflects and gaslights with "multiple accounts usage" I have been attempting to collect money for two completed surveys one "survey id ****** worth 360 points on 8/08/23 " and "survey id ********** points on 8/10/23" and they refuse to send me the money i am earned. I have noticed that every time they decide to not help a customer find their money they fabricate a lie of multiple account usage just to avoid the the problem and not hand you your money. It is a fabricated lie that i guarantee they will use as a response. ironically about a week ago i was sent a standard ID/account/picture request to verify my account,to once again CASH OUT MY OWN MONEY , which did not bother me because i am THE ONLY USER, AND HAVE ONLY USED THIS EMAIL and low and behold it was cleared seamlessly.. Now all of a sudden as i attempt to collect my earnings i am dodged with a fabricated lie i am sure hundreds of users have complained about. this is unprofessional and continues to happen without it being rectified. I want my money that i worked for and refused to be dodged with a false accusation. this has been happening for too long to so many workers and the nothing has been done about it. I ONLY USE ONE EMAIL/ACCOUNT i repeat i ONLY USE ONE EMAIL/ACCOUNT. which proves there has to be an automated system not solving customer issues over there

As explained in the notice you received before they began the surveys, the points will be applied to their account once the review process of the survey is finalized.
