Survey Junkie has locked my account for absolutely no reason and has NO WORKING phone number to contact only an email and that takes however long they feel like it to respond. Absolutely horrible business practices, I spend Alot of time doing surveys for extra money MOST which I don't even qualify for based on survey junkies decision. I WANT ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT **************************, so i can withdraw my funds, this is absolutely ridiculous that a customer should have to go through this just to get a simple reward that he earned through their program.Business Response

Survey Junkie is a safe and secure website, trusted by millions of members who take surveys and redeem on a daily basis. That being said, in order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool -this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
a) verify the account ( regardless of previous verification statuses)
b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability)
This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. Ive had an account for years. For no reason and without notice, my surveys to complete for money have stopped cold. I have money to access and also no way to complete surveys to then retrieve what Ive already earned. I have been faithful. I have done my part. I am a participant of a website called surveyjunkie.com.The way the company works is that users are invited to participate in surveys. Once they are invited, they answer a series of questions. If they successfully complete the questions and the entire survey they get the allocated points. I completed a lengthy survey that was supposed to give me ***** points. This is equivalent to about $15 US dollars. Although the system tells me that I qualified and completed the ***** points and their customer service representative even says that I did receive the **** points, I never actually received these points. I have attached screen captures that show that despite the alleged credit, the main screen on their system does not reflect these points. Company is simply giving me the runaround, despite conceding the point that I did qualify for these credits. Normally I received the points right away after completing the survey. In this instant, I never received the points, despite their system purporting to say that I did receive these points. I am not able to redeem the ***** points because the system doesn't recognize the points on the main page. So I have not been properly compensated despite the representations of the company that I earned these points. The pictures show that in the points history, I earned ***** points. However, this does mean no good because on the main page I cannot redeem these points. I am only able to redeem points after the ***** points and for surveys I did later on. The **** points have ever been available to me to redeem. I want the **** points credited. I did contact the company directly and they told me that I should have received these points, but I told them that I never did. So they are just giving me the runaround.Business Response

i've been a member of survey junkie for over 2 years... never had issues... i even sent them a copy of my drivers license and state id too... i took some surveys tried to cash out and not all of a sudden it said needed to confirm... i was confused... i emailed them... got a response from "*****" a few days ago and said its all fixed... i try to go on and cash out and it does not work again so i email back and get a response from "****" that says I need to send id info which I already did multiple times... so if they need it again I am happy to provide for a 4th time but someone needs to walk me through this since it does not seem to be working on their end!!! I had been doing surveys through Survey Junkie for a little over a month. I noticed on Thursday, September 21, 2023, that I was no longer getting any surveys. I went to redeem my points and got a message saying my account was under review. I sent them 2 emails that day and have yet to get a response. Their website says they will respond to emails within 24 hours. It is now September 26, ****. I would at least like a response as to why my account is under review and if I will be able to continue doing surveys through them.Business Response

I was asked to verify my account with a government ID which I didnt have a problem with, however once they had a picture of my photo Id and was verified a few hours later my account was blocked now they have a copy of my government ID and Im blocked from my account, seems like they get the id and are done with youBusiness Response

In order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool -this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
a) verify the account ( regardless of previous verification statuses)
b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability)
This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. Survey Junkie has not paid me the money they owe me. Approximately 30 dollars. I've verified my identity with them more than once sending in copies of my state IDcard front and back and also a self photo which I've done 2x They have not contacted me for anything as promised when there is a concern such as the mowing me money for time spent completing surveys. Our records indicate that the member had multiple accounts which is against our Terms. We have deactivated their other account and left their main account, active. We recommend them to refrain from creating duplicate accounts as this is against our Terms and will result in permanent account suspension. How are you guys going to require me to verify through Photo ID when your policy says I can opt out? I will not provide my ID. When I called you guys to verify my account after continuously emailing you guys to provide me with an alternative option when you guys told me that a ID was required, I gave the correct information that turned out to be wrong. As of recently survey junkie has decided to change its policy and require verification to redeem your awards. Im fine with verification but I put in my Id and it didnt accept it. It told me I had to call to verify identity. Now I have put my number in to call and everytime its says your number has been put in the queue but no one calls me back. I been trying to redeem for the past two or three days now ands have tried contacting survey junkie many times and still havent gotten a response. I hope someone can get back to me.Business Response
