    I began doing on line surveys with Survey Junkie. After acquiring enough points to do an initial cash out, I did to see if it would work. I was successful redeeming just over $6. I then spent multiple hours completing surveys and accumulating another $18 and some change I again tried to cash out. I received a message indicating I would need to do a photo ID verification which I completed only to then be told I would need to call to verify my account. No phone number is provided and after giving my number I was "put into a callback queue". I have yet to receive the call back or have any success redeeming my points.

    In order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool -this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
    a) verify the account ( regardless of previous verification statuses)
    b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
    c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability)
    This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. That being said, the member has since verified their account and they have been able to continue taking surveys and have since redeemed their points.

    I have been trying to redeem my points in the amount of $40.35 for 2 weeks. I have called survey junkie numerous times and left messages. I have emailed support five times and I have not received a return telephone call nor an email. The app asked you to enter your telephone number and a representative will call me back in 24 hours. I have entered my telephone number 8 times and no return telephone call. I take my time to do the surveys and have never had a problem redeeming my points until now. I would like to have my money direct deposited into my savings account like I always have done. I would like for someone to contact me please. I need my money.

    We require a W9 form from our members when they approach $600 in a calendar year. We are required by the *** to report members that reach this amount of earning on our site, it is not an arbitrary rule determined by us. That being said, once the member provides the required W9 form they will subsequently be able to continue taking surveys and redeeming their points.

    I have been using Survey Junkie for about 3 years and suddenly my email address ********************** stopped launching surveys to take for money. I have a balance of $4.30 which I can not add to or redeem.I set up another email address ************************ which has a balance of $5.35. I am not able to redeem these funds either. Messages for support are answered with unrelated automated replies and then they stop responding. I have provided hours of effort and want to be paid $9.35 owed to me. I have contacted PayPal, who is Survey Junkie's 3rd party payor and they were able to verify my identity and indicated my account is in good order free from errors. I sent this information to Survey Junkie but received another automated unrelated response. I also contacted them at their business number but had to leave a message.Dates involved: 10/18 to current 11/5 This practice is wrong on so many levels and it may be impacting hundreds or thousands of people, cheating them out of money they were promised for taking surveys.

    Our records indicate that the member had multiple accounts which is against our Terms. We have deactivated their other account and left their main account, active. We recommend them to refrain from creating duplicate accounts as this is against our Terms and will result in permanent account suspension. That being said, we have also transferred their points from their old account to the new one. The member has since able to continue taking surveys and they can redeem their full points.

    My account was suspended without reason and $28 was left UNPAID to me. I keep getting the same message in response to my several emails claiming that my account is fraudulent and suspended but they have provided me no response as to why this is. All I want is the money owed to me but they refuse to provide it. This company is a SCAM.

    The member's account was marked for potentially fraudulent and/or unauthorized activities based on quality control measures that the Survey Junkie system has in place. However, as an exception, the member was given a last chance to recover their account and continue benefiting from our services and they have since been able to continue taking surveys and redeeming their points. We would like to recommend them to be consistent with their answers, take more time to give quality answers and provide detailed and thorough responses.
    We advise to follow the above given recommendations, as well as note that repeated offenses may result in additional flags which may put their account at risk of permanent suspension.

    I started a survey junkie account in September, and almost every day I have been completing surveys. After reaching 500 points that is $5.00 on survey junkie, I cashed out and reedemed my money. After cashing out, I continued to complete more surveys to earn more points and I planned to not spend my points until I had reached a certain goal. When my points got to **** points, i was not able to see any new surveys. Instead of being able to see new surveys, survey junkie suggested that I continue earning more points and money through other platforms, in the mean while until more surveys on survey junkie shows up. I did this for a while, completing surveys through different platforms, but after a short while I returned back to the survey junkie platform because I preferred its platform as a better way to continue earning points. However when I chose to open back up the survey junkie app to see if I can now complete more surveys, it did not have any more surveys, and kept rerouting me to the same page that suggest I take surveys on another platform. I was not able to see any new surveys and I wanted to know why. Trying to figure this out, I browsed through my account settings, and it said that my account needed to be reviewed and verified by providing my ID. On Oct, 22nd, I provide a picture of my ID and followed its instructions and submitted the information. After I submitted the information, it says that my account needs a review, and to contact the help center if I have any questions. After a week had passed of my account not allowing me to see and complete any new surveys because it says it needs a review, I contacted the help center. The help center only takes message emails through the Survey junkie website. I contacted the help center twice that week, but they have not reached out to me. The next week I contacted them again, but still no response. My account is locked saying it needs a review and I havent been able to see any more surveys since from the 22nd.

    I take online surveys with a Company by the name of Survey Junkie. Survey Junkie members are informed after reaching $5 dollars to reach out to Customer support through email to have our account verified. I have $14.75 dollars which Id like to received. I reached out to customer support and received a copy and pasted email unrelated to verification. Survey Junkie also banned me afterwards. I believe I am being discriminated against for the color of my skin. There is no other reason as to why I am banned without reason. I provided a screenshot. Prior to this incident I experienced Fraudulent activity from Survey Junkie stating my device wasnt recognizable. I also could not access their site through any internet browser. I was informed by customer support that all members had experienced this change which was a lie. I also have not had multiple accounts. Customer support informed me that its okay to create a new account. I created a new account, asked to be verified and now am banned without reason. My daughter had been banned without reason. I believe Survey Junkie has blocked my daughters I phone and banned me too for creating my account on my daughters iPhone which is ********** and Boils down to discrimination. I would like my money Please investigate this this kind of Fraudulent and Unprofessional behavior is never okay.

    I am rejecting this response because: Survey Junkie still wants to Gaslight and be dishonest despite actual proof of screenshots of their Fraudulent behavior. I have not had multiple accounts **** on the Survey Junkie support team sent me a copy and pasted email unrelated to verification after I asked to have my account to verified and thats okay? My account was banned without reason afterwards. It lets me know How Fraudulent, Unprofessional and  Nasty you all are. I have a screenshot of a Survey Junkie support member ****** who deactivated my account and informing me that its okay to create another. You all got exposed for discriminating against people of color, banning our profiles without reason and here you are trying to justify it. F off

As explained in the notice they received before they began the survey, the points will be applied to their account once the review process of the survey is finalized. The review process typically finalizes after 7 business days. However, kindly note that the full-time frame of one month may be used by the survey provider if necessary.

    First of all, I have had a multitude of problems with this company over the last several months, but this problem is the biggest and the worst! For the last two days I have been trying to redeem my points that I earned as a result of taking surveys. The redeemed points are converted into cash and the money is transferred into my PayPal account. Unfortunately, this time I was unable to do this because Survey Junkie claims that they need verification in the form of my phone number to verify my identity. As a result, I am unable to redeem my points and get the money that I earned. It makes no sense that they claim to require any type of verification since I have been taking surveys with them for almost two years or more. They have had all of the verification that they need since I have been taking surveys. When I attempted to redeem my points I was unable to do so because a message appeared stating that I needed to provide my phone number for verification. It also stated that i would receive a phone call from someone at Survey Junkie to verify my phone number. I have not received a phone call at all! I have contacted them via email multiple times, but I have not received a response! I have also performed the aforementioned action multiple times by clicking the form to provide my phone number, but to no avail! I was unable to call them since they do not have a phone number listed anywhere on the website. However, I discovered a phone number when I was your website. I contacted them using that phone number, but I only got a voicemail message. I left a message on the voicemail, but I probably won't receive a response. Whenever I have had a problem before, and I have had plenty of problems with them, as I have previously mentioned, I always contacted them via email and I always received a response. But, for some unknown reason, Survey Junkie is being ridiculously unreasonable and they are refusing to respond at all!!!I want this resolved as expeditiously as possible!!!!!

    I am unable to redeem my points for cash even though I have provided both license and passport and selfie. At this point I a owed $28.59. I have provided a call back number and several requests to customer service. I am still filling out *********************** but have no other way to know that I will be paid. All this took a great deal of my time and I went with Survey Junkie on the basis of being reliable.

    I redeemed my points for a 20 dollar **** card. I received an email with instructions on how to activate it. I've tried multiple times with no success on receiving the code I need to activate my card. I'm also getting a message telling me my email address is invalid.I've contacted Suvey Junkies and received a response from them telling me to contact support @virtualrewardscwnter.com. I've tried multiple times to email them with no success. I get a message they've rejected my email as it's marked spam. I've also contacted them by phone and all I've been able to do is leave a message. Once again no response from them.

    Please note that after a member makes a redemption attempt on Survey Junkie, the request is sent to the third-party transaction processing system. The system carries out the entire transaction processing. Hence, once the transaction has been processed, Survey Junkie has no access or decision-making power over it. As per our records, the member has already claimed the virtual **** card. Therefore, we recommend that they contact the ********************** (VRC), as the virtual **** card is serviced by them. It's important to note that in order to use the virtual **** card, members need to create an account with the Virtual ****************** and register the card there. This process allows members to manage and utilize the card for online or in-store purchases.
