    My account is under review and survey junkie wont tell me why. They wont tell me what rules Ive broken. I have a family member who has done extremely well with them and SJ always helps him when he has an issue and he has made over $200 with them. Ive only cashed out since $20 and they are now withholding the $15 I made with my account being under review. Dont I at least deserve to know what *** done wrong? Is there no hope of me getting my account back? This feels like discrimination. :(

    Our records indicate that the member had multiple accounts which is against our Terms. We have deactivated their other account and left their main account, active. We recommend them to refrain from creating duplicate accounts as this is against our Terms and will result in permanent account suspension. That being said, the member has since been able to continue taking surveys and should be able to redeem their points.

    I signed up with survey junkie using the "continue with ********* option, not knowing that the email address associated with my ******** account would be attached to my Savage on the account, and it is an email address I no longer have access to. This could be a common mistake made by people, and should be easily fixed on survey junkies end of the deal, but they refuse to allow me to change my email address and it seems like I signed up for survey junkie to take a bunch of surveys to redeem points and I am unable to redeem these points based upon a mistake that I made but should easily be able to be fixed by me instead of survey junkie holding that power which allows me to believe they are doing this on purpose to get people to sign up to take surveys and not pay out the points

    Please note that we have informed the member that unfortunately, the email they used to sign up is permanent and cannot be changed in our system. If they wish to use a different email address for Survey Junkie, they can create a brand new account with their new email address. After creating the new account, they can contact the Survey Junkie Member Support directly so that we can deactivate their old account and as a ****************** all of their points to the new one so that they can redeem.

    They won't verify my account and sent an email like they don't know what I'm talking about. This company is a joke!! They need to be non existent as in close down. They want ID for earning 5 dollars. It's a complete scam.

    Hello everyone, I hope I am not the only one that is experiencing this problem but I feel as if I am being discriminated against by survey junkie because they are not allowing me to redeem my points after I have submitted documentation that is required for their new verification process, all of my verification documents have been accepted, yet there has been a review placed on my account and I cannot redeem any points and I feel as if I am being discriminated against so please beware before you start taking surveys with survey junkie because they are now making it harder for you to earn points in an attempt to have higher profit margins

    I had earned $17.50 from doing Surveys for Survey Junkie and tried to send my earnings to my PayPal account on 11/15/2023, but the money never showed up in my PayPal account. I have let them know that it didn't show up. They told me that it got sent and I needed to contact PayPal. I contacted PayPal and it was not showing ** in my account. So, to verify nothing was going on with PayPal, I withdrew my rewards I had earned from my ibotta account and sent the money to my PayPal account. The money from my ibotta account showed up right away. I contacted Survey Junkie again to let them know about the circumstances. They said it shows on their end that the money went into my Paypal account. I told them that it must have went into someone else's account, because it didn't go into mine! The money ($21.00) that's in my account right now is from ibotta.

    Please note that the member requested a PayPal deposit in the amount of $17.50 on 11/15/23, which was successfully completed the same day and paid out to the PayPal account they provided on November 15, 2023 at 5:24:30 PM PST /Transaction ID: 7518911859701205J/. Once the funds are transferred successfully, we recommend that members contact the designated support team for further assistance in locating their funds. In this instance, PayPal support would be the best option. Please note that after a member makes a successful redemption on Survey Junkie, the request is sent to the third-party transaction processing system and processed there. Hence, once the transaction has been completed, Survey Junkie has no access or decision-making power over it.

    Have been attempting to contact Survey Junkie to redeem my points. Multiple phone calls and emails with absolutely no response even though their website states resolution after 24 hours.Please resolve promptly.

    Please note that Survey Junkie does not offer general phone support, but in the event a phone call is necessary, consent is required from the member via email before contact can be made. With that said, we require a W9 form from our members when they approach $600 in a calendar year. We are legally required by the *** to report members that reach this amount of earning on our site and as a measure to avoid this threshold from being breached, redemption is automatically disabled by the system. After review, it is confirmed the member has approached this threshold and our support team is currently waiting for a response from the member with their completed W9 form.

    I earned $18.92 on Survey Junkie and they will not pay me. They say they have to verify my idenity with a phone call. I have had an account with them for over a year, and cashed out twice before with no problem. I have put in for the call over ten times and emailed them twice. Nothing. I want my $18.92 please.

    Survey Junkie is a safe and secure website, trusted by millions of members who take surveys and redeem on a daily basis.  That being said, in order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one-time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
    a) verify the account (regardless of previous verification statuses)
    b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
    c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability)
    This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one-time verification check that users will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. However, as an exception, since the member was having difficulties passing Photo ID verification, we have tried calling them in order to complete account verification via phone call.  That being said, the member has since verified their account and they have been able to continue taking surveys and should be able to redeem their points

    I spent over 3 hours doing surveys for this company only to not get paid for it. They have a minimum requirement of points that you have to earn before you cash out which I did and was supposed to get a pay pal deposit of $6.31 cents I know it's nothing but it's the principal... It shoild not take 7days to deposit money in 2023.. im just saying

    The minimum required amount to cash out is 500 points, which is equivalent to $5 USD. The member requested a PayPal deposit in the amount of $6.31 on 11/21/23, which was successfully completed the same day and paid out to the PayPal account they provided.     I'm trying to cash out $5.35 now they're telling I have to use i.d. to cash out and I never had to do that before please fix this problem I've been using survey junkie now for 2 years and never had any problems I'm already going through financial tough times and I don't need any more problems please take care of this right away.     I acquired ****** on survey junkie, a message popped up saying I need to redeem before it gets to ********************************************************************************************** verification which was fine I snap pics of both front and back of my drivers license and it failed 3 times. I reached out to support and they said upon review the verification did pass and to send PayPal email. I did just that and waited 4 days as they said it would take 48 hours to show. I reached out to support again and they said my account was not verified/confirmed, I spoke with PayPal support and verified my account and spoke with my bank and made sure everything was verified on that end and it was. The last reply I received was ****** the representative saying it was not going through. I suggested sending it through my bank directly but no response. At this point I think I was scammed and this site is a joke, I took all of those surveys just to waste my time and receive nothing in return. If you all didnt plan to give me what I earned just simply say that seriously just sad. Never again, I will be letting everyone I referred know.
