I purchased an MYX fitness bike on 1/11/2023 for $1977.94. It was delivered on 1/26/2023. It arrived damaged and was making a terrible noise. I notified Beachbody the same day. I was given troubleshooting instructions that I followed. It did not resolve the issue. I was told a tech would come out to fix the bike, and I would be contacted. I have yet to hear from anyone. I received a part in the mail and need instructions. I contacted Beachbody again. They said a tech would call me to replace the part. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I reached out a 3rd time. I was told they needed some approval to fix the bike. At this point, I want my money back, but I can't get a resolution.Business Response

I have realized that I have been charged three consecutive years by beach body on a credit card that they have on file with a passed expiration date. I have not been using the product wrongly thinking that is was cancelled.Business Response

On July 16, 2018,you purchased a Liift4 annual BOD and Shakeology Challenge Pack. The package included an annual subscription to Beachbody On Demand and a monthly continuity for a Shakeology Chocolate bag. On December 11, 2018, we have confirmed you contacted customer support requesting to cancel the ********************** Chocolate bag continuity. The Shakeology Chocolate bag continuity was cancelled on that date.
On February 10,2023, you contacted customer support requesting the cancellation of the Beachbody On Demand membership as well as requesting a refund. During the interaction,you mentioned that the card on file is an expired card. The representative processed the cancellation of the membership and advised that the most recent charge,which processed on July 16, 2022, is now outside of our 30-day money back guarantee timeframe.
Please note, a customers credit card information (account number and/or expiration date) may be updated in Beachbodys records if their bank participates in a credit card verification program. This company refuses to delete my credit card information. This company has refused to close my account. They send you through all these ridiculous hoops to close your account and refuse to remove your credit card info. I am LIVID. After years of issues with Beachbody overcharging and having horrible customer service, I received a charge on my credit card for $165 from team Beachbody. They took a few seconds to look and told me to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. They didn't investigate any further and just wanted me gone. I am so disheartened by this company and how they have such a terrible rating on the BBB site yet no one is doing anything to stop them from scamming. I called the company on January 26 at approx 12p.m. seeking assistance to reset my password for my Beachbody on demand account. I have been a member for several years now and always paid my fees without question. The customer representative I talked to was named ****(unsure of spelling). From the start he was rude and condescending, to the point he made me cry, and that does not happen easily. Yesterday I was charged for the Beachbody on demand membership without permission. For years, however, I was charge for different things without my permission through my different cards on file. I removed all of my card information and I thought I solve my problem. Every so often I keep receiving emails about failed card payments. Now someone figured out they could charge my PayPal account without permission, even though I've never provided them with that information. I called Beachbody support, which I have always had problems with for almost 10 years because most of the time I've connected with someone who I have to keep repeating myself with even though I enunciate and speak at conversational speed. A few minutes after placing this call, I'm denied a refund. They admit the payment went through even though my PayPal debit information is NOT entered into the account. They denied my refund since the email-based transaction didnt tae place through my debit card on my BB account.Business Response

Beachbody On Demand charge made for an annual subscription on 10/7/22. Subscription canceled on 12/27/22 so that membership would not be charged 10/7/2023 on auto-renewal and so that BODi trial membership wouldn't roll into a membership. Membership language is misleading and does not state that you will lose all access to the On Demand feature immediately once you cancel AND that you will not be adjusted for the unused portion of membership. There is no adjustment and there's no clarification as to when the access will be discontinued. I only wanted to continue to use the membership I paid for and simply not renew. I lost membership access ($119.88 annually) and wasn't refunded for any portion. I called on 1/27/23 at 2:01pm EST to resolve and the associate, BJ, would not at least reactivate access to finish out my digital subscription or pro-rate a refund. After a thorough review of your account history, we see that your Beachbody On Demand subscription renewed on October 7, 2022. The subscription was cancelled on December 27, 2022.
When navigating through the Beachbody On Demand cancellation process, you are presented with two options: Turn Off Auto-Renewal or Cancel Membership. Selecting the turn off auto-renewal option allows access to Beachbody On Demand until the end of your billing cycle or free trial, at which point your membership will be canceled automatically. You will not receive a refund, even if you were otherwise eligible for our money back guarantee. When selecting Cancel Membership, you will lose access to BOD immediately. You will receive a refund if you are eligible for money back guarantee.
Upon reviewing your account, we have confirmed that you selected the Cancel Membership option, which removed access to Beachbody On Demand. A refund was not processed due to the most recent order being outside of the 30-day money back guarantee timeframe.
We have reviewed your account and confirmed that your access has been reinstated. You will have access to Beachbody On Demand until October 7, 2023.

I have been ordering workout videos for over 20 years from Beachbody LLC. When I purchased them, I would pay for the LIFETIME DVD replacement. I called to get one replaced. After being sent a Spanish version and then the incorrect dvd I was told there are no more of the one I needed. They wanted to offer a year of their online services. I explained that doesn't do me any good, once the year membership is over I would have to pay. I shouldn't have to pay for a membership when I paid to have a workout video for a lifetime. Hello, I paid $315.88 for my beachbody programs from 12/29/21 until 12/29/22. I no longer have access to the programs that I paid for. They want me to pay another $120+ for a new year/ new programs. I do not need new programs, I want my old programs that were paid for and that I used. I should still have access to something I paid for. If you pay for the new year $120 then you get access to 2023 programs and your previous ones! Which makes no sense. I am simply asking for my last year workouts/programs that I paid for. Our FAQ for the **** Myx Fitness Bike mentions, A BODi membership is required for BODi cycling classes and more. It also mentions, A BODi membership is required to access the classes, workouts, and programs on the tablet. On December 29, 2021, you purchased access for one-year to the program materials. To continue with the access, a membership is needed. Currently, we do not have the option to allow access to specific workout programs without having a BODi subscription.
Your membership expired on January 14, 2023 due to nonpayment. To access the platform, a new membership would need to be purchased.

I am owed my 2022 classes, I want and am owed what I paid for. I was told the 2022 classes are still there you have to pay another $150 to access them and whatever 2023 classes.
I do NOT want new classes. I want my 2022 programs that I already paid for.if you are not giving a refund then, you can at least give me 1 year free membership.
