    I checked my credit statements and found out Beach Body renewed my membership that I havent used in over a year. I am 30 days plus 5 days outside refund window. I am fearful I am going to lose ******. I am 70 and Beach body is too young for me. I filed an exception request but I read rarely does that happen. If I got an email from them notifying me of renewal I didnt see it or it went to spam now that they rebranded. This is very upsetting Would like refund

    In the last year, the price has gone from 60 to 130 dollars. I havent used this item for more than a year, and its my fault for not monitoring my statements. But, last night I was charged 130 for a new subscription, when last I checked it was 60. Upon speaking with customer service, I was provided the generic you received an email, this product is better response. I looked in my email, I have received 12 emails in the last 35 days from beach body. They overload your account with spam emails so that you hopefully dont notice the price increase. I havent used this product in more than a year, and thats my fault, but to double the price and barely let people know, thats sketchy. I have already cancelled my membership, but I would like a return on my money, especially since I never use it.

    I purchased a program last year from beachbody back in March 2022 and had cancelled shortly after #********* as I did not want it to auto renewal in 2023. I received my statement yesterday and noticed and auto renewal on my credit card for $242.95 that I did not authorize and cancelled that on the beachbody website as well # *********. I tried to call and speak to an agent who was not helpful and just kept telling me in their policy there is only a 30 day cancellation allowance. If I only received my statement this week how would I even know about the charge? This is not professional at all. I would like my full refund as the company shouldnt be auto renewing something without consent. Per my knowledge everything was cancelled March 2022. I have not logged into the website since 2022 as I completely stopped using the service with the understanding that I already cancelled the auto renewal.

    On March 8, 2022,you cancelled the monthly BODi membership online via self-service. On March 10,2022, you contacted customer support requesting the cancellation of the Go and Glow subscription. The Go and Glow subscription was cancelled as requested.During the same interaction you asked the representative to confirm that the monthly BODi membership was cancelled and the representative confirmed this specific membership was cancelled. The representative also advised you that the annual Beachbody On Demand membership was active.

    Your annual BODi membership renewed on March 7, 2023. The membership was successfully cancelled on April 17, 2023.

    Our 30-day money back guarantee eligibility window starts from the date of delivery for a physical product or order date for a digital membership and applies to most products and programs.

    As a one-time courtesy,we have processed a refund for the most recent charge of BODi on April 25,2023. Please allow five days to receive depending on your financial institution.

    I have paid for an annual subscription and am still unable to access any of the programs. I have waited the 3+ hours for the subscription to show up on my account, logged in and out, cleared caches etc. but it still does not show or allow access. I have tried to reach out to their customer service via their call/text options and even though it was during their listed hours those functions did not work on the website. I had cancelled my account in the past a few years ago due to similar issues but was hoping this time would be different.

    I was charged nearly double the cost for subscription than the previous year. When I called, I was told you were notified by email and it was past the 30 day money back. If you use a credit card it can take 30 days to get your statement. Seems to be a big problem that I was charged way more than I approved and the fact I will not get any money back that I did not approve.

    I'm unable to have the option to unlink my credit card to my account. I missed the 30 day cancelation for the automatic *************** learned. I logged into my account to remove my credit card information so this doesn't happen again. BeachBody LLC or any on-line payment portal should have the option to remove payment information while still keeping your account active--this is not the case.

    I paid for a 12 month subscription of Beachbody on Demand, I havent been using it so I cancelled the subscription. Now they refuse to give me a refund for services not rendered for the following months. Subscription was purchased december 2022 and cancelled April 2023, I do not want the product just my refund. 30 back guarantee should not/cannot be applied to a 12 month purchase.

    Similar to many other recent complaints, I paid for a ONE YEAR subscription on November 18th 2022. A little over two months later while in the middle of a workout routine I found myself locked out and unable to access the content any longer. Assuming this was obviously some sort of error with my account I called customer service. To my surprise I was told I needed to pay for a new one year membership and that they would not reinstate my account. I explained to numerous customer service agents that I had already paid for a one year membership less than 3 months ago and that my service should not have ended. I provided copies of my subscription receipt and credit card receipt and was still told this was "not good enough" and again refused to reinstate the service I paid for. Aside from the major inconvenience of having your workout routine abruptly canceled for no reason, I honestly can't believe how awful the customer service is. Unfortunately I was left with no other choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Extremely dissatisfied with their deceptive subscription practices.

    I have had a membership for several years and my membership is scheduled to renew shortly. I received an email that my membership will be upgraded at an 80% price increase to include services that I do not want. I contacted customer service and was informed that there is no option to refuse the upgrade as they no longer offer the membership that I originally agreed to. Loyal members should be allowed an option to continue with the agreed-upon plan and not forced into a membership at such a large price increase.

    I signed up for beach body in 2021 on a yearly subscription and canceled it. 2023 I am noticing they charged for another year. I have no other emails from this company about any renewals or receipts outside of the first order email and stupid marketing emails about their products to squeeze more money out of me. This is very unethical to not only charge people after they canceled but to renew people on a yearly subscription without any email notification or receipt. They had the nerve to ask me if it went to spam. I checked my spam because how did I suddenly get the cancel email today after calling that went straight to my inbox? They tried to tell me about it's outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee when they don't even email to let people know that they were even charged in the first place. I am still on hold trying to get my money back as I write this. It's been 35 minutes and counting. The rep is just wasting time and I bet he isn't working to get anyone else on the line. He needs to be fired too after I get my full refund for this last charge. PROCESS MY REFUND ASAP. This is fraudulent and deceptive.
