    I had a subscription with this company years ago which was cancelled. I started receiving charges again but cannot find a way to speak with anyone about why these charges are occuring or to re-cancel. In April 2022 I received a charge of $39.00, which I disputed with my bank and they issued a stop payment but my money was not returned to me by my bank. Beachbody charged me again in Oct 2022 and Jan 2023. When I called my bank, they advised that the name for the stop payment was Beachbody but under a different name than what was showing now, with the amount of $39.00 being the same.I have tried calling 3 different numbers to speak with them. 2 found on the internet and 1 that is showing on my bank statement. The number on the bank statement is disconnected and the other number tells you to visit their website at www.beachbodysupport.com. Here you can cancel your membership, which I don't have, so I cannot sign in. Whatever e-mail I had years ago (probably a work email), I no longer have access to so I use "Forgot my password" option and cannot log in, which is required for them to even contact you. It is impossible to get in touch with them to even have a discussion.How can I re-cancel and receive a refund?The numbers I've tried to reach them at are: *****************-883-9003, and ************. When using the name of OpenFit, there is no number provided on my bank statement. Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    Upon reviewing your account, we have confirmed that you were a subscriber to Openfit. In July of 2022, Openfit merged with BODi. Your membership was active at the time of the merge and continued to bill quarterly. Notification was sent to all active Openfit members prior to the merge.

    We have cancelled your membership on April 19, 2023, and issued a refund for the October 2022 and January 2023 charge.

    Please allow five days to receive depending on your financial institution.

    In September 2022, I paid for a one year membership with Beachbody on Demand. I paid ****** on Sept. 2nd. That fee entitled me to a full one year on-line full access to workouts and nutrition guides. In March 2023, Beachbody rebranded itself and became BODi. Members could upgrade in March with a prorated rate to receive new content or wait until their yearly dues were due and upgrade then. I chose to upgrade in March with a prorated rate of 109ish dollars. My debit card online through the company was trying to charge the upgrade amount, however it was declined. I had cancelled the card due to a compromise of my card with the bank. I never received an email or any contact from the BODi company telling me my card was declined or asking for a a new card. Due to the card not going through, **** terminated my entire membership. I have zero access to any BODi content; even the old content which I paid for through September 2023. I have contacted customer service 4 times to no avail and no resolution. They tell me all I can do is sign up at the new rate of 180 for the year-which is unacceptable as I've paid for a service through September 2023. It is robbery. Deleting a membership that is paid for. I want my original account restored OR a refund of my ****** even at a prorated rate, that I paid for back in September 2022 and can no longer use or access.

    4/3/23 BODi charged my Shakeology subscription. I read on their website as long as I renew my nutrition subscription by March 2nd or after, I would have access to April ***** Block. This subscription is $130/mo. When I logged in to workout, the block wasn't there. I talked to a customer service rep who said I should have access. He tried resetting my account. I logged out and in many times. He escalated to tech support, said I would wait up to 15 minutes. I waited 40 and nothing. Reached back out to our text thread for an update, it was a new agent who said oops, previous agent incorrect. Then escalated me to "corporate escalations" which did nothing. I asked for a simple accommodation; I have been a loyal member for YEARS, I just spent $130, why would I spend another $29 for the block when it is supposed to be included with the subscription?! The whole point of me moving up my order was for access to the super block. The third agent then said I unlocked May instead of April. Ok, why can't you switch it?! I don't want **** I only wanted April. This is a simple solution, but all resulted in me cancelling my membership because customer service can't accommodate something so simple. I work in a company with ****** employees, ****** of which I help support, do not tell me that you cannot accommodate. Beachbody, you are getting too big for your own good and this is where you make big mistakes with your customers. You are losing the trust of your members. Check my billing history and how much money I have contributed to your company. Just to get treated like this? All I ask for is the simplest accommodation, I do not understand the reason behind why this cannot be done which I'm sure IT will tell you is a simple fix. I'm not asking for a refund. I'm asking for access to April. Instead of switching May with ****** you choose to lose out on my $200+ worth of membership per year, plus Shakeology on top of that. Shame. All because you can't manually switch from May to April.

    Our Super Block FAQ explains, if you purchase or renew any other combination of nutrition subscriptions totaling at least $109 ($133 CAD, 109 GBP, 109 EUR)* in one month, you will receive the following months Super Block for FREE. Each month you stay on your qualifying nutrition subscription, you will earn the next months Super Block for FREE (limit one total per account). A qualifying nutritional subscription needed to be processed in the month of March 2023 to receive the 21 Day Fix Super Block for free.

    Since there was no nutritional order processed on your account in the month of March, you do not qualify for the free 21 Day Fix Super Block. Alternatively, you can purchase the 21 Day Fix Super Block separately for $29 ($35 CAD, 29 GBP, 35 EUR).

    04/02/2023 charged $****** + Tax for a recurring subscription that started at *****, raised to ****** some time later then baited and switch to ****** by FORCE - no option to remain on the service signed up for Beachbody on demand is the only service that is wanted. The company will not respond to calls emails or social media posts of people in outrage. Say they offer a 30 day money back guarantee but lie and deny requests. Bait and switch and forced upgraded all customers to a service that is 50% + premium than year prior and nearly DOUBLE the original sign up cost. SCAM tactics and will encourage all to file a complaint until the company reverses course and allows BOD only to continue and not force BODi scam!

    Upon reviewing our systems,we were unable to locate an account under your information. However, were able to find an account associated with your home address and last name.

    Our records indicate that we have not received a contact from any of the customer information associated with the account.

    BODi takes pride in being readily available to service our customer in a timely manner. Our current Average Speed of Answer is less than 20 seconds (Phone and SMS/Text).

    35-days prior to the discontinuation of BOD and your renewal, we sent email communication to the email address associated with the account on February 26, 2023. We assure you that the email communication met the necessary requirements of communicating the migration of BOD to BODi.

    Unfortunately, BOD has been discontinued and the product is no longer available for purchase. It has been replaced with our new and improved product, BODi.

    BODi does offer a 30-day Money Guarantee for which the account is eligible for a full refund until May 1, 2023.

    I am rejecting this response because: You've discontinued the service and forcefully baited and switched all users to a "premium" service. that if my service was renewed one month prior would still be on BOD. so telling me BOD no longer exists is BS since you still have customers on BOD until 2024.

    On March 28, 2023 I had to contact Beachbody to inform them that my service wasnt working. I was finally told after speaking with three people that my service was canceled because I changed my credit card. They told me that they would no longer provide a month to month service but now only offered a quarterly or annual membership. I said fine, lets do a quarterly then. They processed a payment for a quarterly membership and the service still would not work. I contacted them again and after about an hour on the phone with a representative she said it wasnt working because I didnt get an annual membership?? So then she processed a payment for an annual membership and still didnt work. I have been a member for 2 1/2 years and this is unacceptable treatment. I now have a bike I paid over ******** for and cant use the content/membership.

    I am rejecting this response because: I got cancelled because my credit card changed, no other reason. I am stuck with a bike I paid around ***** dollars for in addition to the last two years of constant ownership changes that have been terrible. When I purchased my bike the company was Myx Fitness and was great, this is the reason I purchased and the reason I paid my monthly membership for three years. I kept hoping they were going to get it together, but its terrible. The changes that have been made, the lack of trainers and rides, and most definitely the awful customer service. If they arent interested in retaining their customers I think they should refund and take the bike back.

    Haven't had a membership for over three years now. Cancelled the account and haven't used it since. Just saw the transaction come up on my credit card. Funny thing is this card is a different number from the last time. I moved and ended up getting a whole new card. I disputed it with the credit card company as fraud. I checked my account and there is no information in my account anymore. It even says free account without a single payment method saved. After reading some of the similar complaints, apparently the company collects new numbers from the credit card companies and continues to charge. I want all additional information removed. This membership was cancelled over three years ago.

    After a thorough review of our systems, we have confirmed you purchased an annual Beachbody On Demand membership through Apple Itunes on June 17, 2018. The annual membership was cancelled on August 13, 2021.

    Upon further reviewing our systems, we were able to locate an additional account under a different email address. We have confirmed that on March 29, 2021, an annual Beachbody On Demand membership was purchased. The subscription renewed due to no prior cancellation requests.

    I already did this once and was told it was taken care of and fixed. I followed the instructions and ** STILL locked out of my account. It has been 7 days and I have no answers. No help. Im annoyed and have no clue what to do. I provided proof of subscription. Why is nothing workingx

    I renewed my beach body subscription through apple on March 22. I have been locked out the whole time. *** tried getting help through chat. They have done nothing. So then I call customer service and they said it should ** resolved or I should get a call back in ***** hours. Once again a lie. I have zero answers and wasted my money. I had an important event this past weekend and couldnt do my workouts beforehand. I havent even received an apology or a promise that my subscription will be extended. They just said its happening to a lot of people.

    I applied for beach body's on demand service for a one year schedule. when I applied and paid for the service on 8/17/2020 I noticed the program I wanted wasn't available. I called beach body, they said it wasn't available until December 2020. I told them that I wasn't interested in any other on demand service as I had the DVDs of the other programs and was very busy. I asked for a cancellation and they said to wait up to 72 hours later. I received too many solicitations from them and moved them to my spam folder on an email address I don't typically check.fast forward to 2023. I'm filing my taxes and look back on my credit card statements. I notice that I was charged for the membership for beach body on demand. for three years I have been charged for a renewal fee for a service I requested to be cancelled within the same week of signing up for. I haven't signed into the account since the first week of membership and did not sign up for autorenewal. I wanted a full refund. The customer service person told me I had to wait for an email to write a complaint which would then go before a review board to decide if they were going to refund me anything. I want my money back and I want them to leave me alone.

    I have been with beachbody for 3 years I renewed my subscription october 20th and paid for a year but has been locked out of my account all week. I have contacted beachbody and apple. Neither seems to deliver me the content that I paid for and I would like at least half a refund or to be logged back into my account for the remainder of the time
