    I have just found out that Beachbody has been charging me twice for receiving the same service. I have been consistently charged for an annual and three month subscription simultaneously. I contacted Beachbody customer service and was told that I could not be refunded for either charges, because it was beyond the 30 day money back guarantee. I am not a new subscriber to Beachbody. I have been a member for, at least 3 years. Well, now I am not, since I have requested a cancellation of my membership due to customer service's intractability in refunding me, at least one of the subscriptions that they have been charging me for the years of membership.

    I paid $104.94 on Nov 12, 2023 for my annual subscription to Beachbody (now BODi) and they removed access to my service stating that they did not have record of my payment. The attached credit card statement shows my payment.

    Renewed my Beachbody membership first part of August,2022. In March the company decided to reboot their company under the name Bodi. I decided in March,2023 I would up grade my program to the new platform. Very easily online I did it and also received a credit from what was left on my other membership. My bill totaled $126.00. Fast forward to May 1 2023 I go to log in on the app and was completely locked out of all programs. I called customer service to find out why and was immediately hung up on by that one. I call back again and got another person who simply said they couldnt charge my card as it was expired. I asked why they didnt charge the secondary card and they didnt seem to have an answer. I replied I would like the programs turned back on or a refund of my monies towards my old account which was still in good standing till this August 2023. I was told that would not be happening. All I wanted was my account back since it was their fault for not contacting me or charging the secondary card listed in my account. This company who I once would have recommended to anyone, has turned into nothing but a bunch of scam artists. Buyer beware!

    BeachBody: **** has tried to charge my credit card for $179 every few days but luckily my credit card has denied it each time. I am afraid it will go through eventually though. I have NOT agreed to the charges nor have I agreed to an annual subscription. I tried BB last year on the suggestion of a friend. Its very sad that you cant trust companies anymore. I have tried to cancel by my coach, no response. I have emailed, no response. I have cancelled my subscription, still trying to charge me. AND unable to take out payment information on my account. Its such a SCAM! Its disgusting. I will be looking into legal action if an attempt to be charged again is shown on my credit card.

    Upon reviewing your account, we have confirmed that on April 20, 2022, you purchased an annual Beachbody On Demand membership. Prior to completing your purchase, you were required to agree to the terms and conditions. Within those terms you agreed to automatic renewals which required you to cancel with BODi to prevent future charges and eliminate access.

    We were unable to locate any prior cancellation requests for the annual BODi membership.

    On April 20, 2023, your membership attempted to renew; however, the payment was unsuccessful.

    Your membership was successfully cancelled on May 2, 2023, and no charges have been processed.

    I purchased my myx bike in 2021. The programming went from myx, to open fit to Bodi by beach boy, I never had any issues until the last transition. I lost my debit card and my payment was declined. I updated my payment information on the beach body website as instructed on my myx bike. Well apparently this payment information is there for no reason and is not used to pay for my Bodi membership. I was not told, I did not receive any communications that my payment info still needs to be updated in another place so because of this they were still not able to take payment. They then took to upon themselves to cancel my membership and when I spoke to NUMEROUS people they pretty much told me to kick rocks, I either pay $180 on the spot or I dont have a membership anymore. They claimed that in ********************************************************************************************************** to pay monthly. I am literally willing to pay more yearly because this is what Ive budgeted for. Not a single person that I spoke to seemed to care

    I canceled my BeachBody membership YEARS ago and realized they have been charging me once ever 3 months since 2020. Beachbody doesnt have my address on file nor do they have my current card on file or my current ccv. They are using a card that expired in 10/2020. On top of that, I am not receiving any emails or post mail that has statements showing they are collecting money. I canceled this membership AGAIN today, hoping they will stop, and will call my bank tomorrow to report the charges and card number.

    We have thoroughly reviewed your account details and have confirmed that on January 8,2020, you purchased a 14-day free trial of Beachbody On Demand. After the 14-day free trial, the subscription would renew every three months until cancelled as outlined in the terms and conditions upon purchase. Like all subscriptions,Beachbody On Demand will renew regardless of usage until you cancel.
    Upon further review of your account and contact history, we were unable to locate any prior cancellation requests for the quarterly Beachbody On Demand membership.  Your membership was cancelled on April 24, 2023. A refund for the most recent charge within our 30-day money back guarantee was processed on the same day.

    A customer's credit card information (account number and/or expiration date) may be updated in Beachbody's records if their bank participates in a credit card verification program.     I signed up for Beachbody in 2021. I used it only a few times. In 2022, I was charged $108. This reminder that I had an account prompted me to cancel my membership. I have received zero communications from Beachbody since 2021. Not a single email. Today I was charged $196. I once again went in and cancelled my membership. I am contacting my coach to see what it says on her end. Just in case for whatever reason my account didnt actual cancel last year. But nevertheless, I know they recently rebranded (Ive seen it on social media) and am wondering if this sparked closed account to reopen or allowed them to upcharge without permission. I have once again cancelled and have filed a dispute with my bank. I have not used this service in two years and would just like my $196 refunded and my account (that I swear Ive already cancelled) to be closed permanently.

The package included a monthly subscription of Performance Pack, an annual Beachbody On Demand membership, Digital Starter Kit (purchase of a Coach account) and a ****** free trial of Nutrition Plus membership.

    On March 12, 2021, you contacted Customer Support requesting the cancellation of the Coach account,the Nutrition Plus membership and the Performance Stack subscription. The cancellations of the specific items were processed as requested. During the interaction you mentioned that you would like to keep the annual Beachbody On Demand membership active.

    The Beachbody On Demand membership renewed on April 19, 2022 and April 19, 2023 due to no prior cancellation requests.

    Your Beachbody On Demand membership was cancelled on April 24, 2023 and a refund of the most recent charge within our 30-day money back guarantee was processed. Please allow five days to receive the funds depending on your financial institution.

    Beachbody has been taking money out of my account with an expired debit card and an invalid billing address since 2018. I have a totally separate Beachbody account that I use with up unexpired cards and a valid address. The charges from the scam account a started at $40 every three months until 2022, then went up to $80 on 2022 and finally up to $90 in 2023. This is a recurrent charge every three months. I have a legitimate account where I pay $99 for the year. This is criminal and you are stealing money. I attempted to go through your escalations department and was denied a refund of $873.48. It is illegal to withdrawal money from an expired account and with an inaccurate billing address. Those safeguards are in place for customer protection. You are scamming people! I want my money refunded. My claim # ******** for your reference and investigation. This is what I received from someone named *************************** ******** Hi ********,After a thorough review, your refund claim has been denied.We have no prior cancellation request, and the order is no longer within our 30-day money back guarantee. Clearly a thorough investigation has not been completed or you would have found the expired card and invalid billing address to determine the account is fake. This must be rectified.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Per your dispute, "A customers credit card information (account number and/or expiration date) may be updated in Beachbody's records if their bank participates in a credit card verification program." I contact my bank, and they do not participate in this program. This was their reply. "I called our accounting department to confirm, we do not give that information to merchants." Email reply is attached. I am still requesting money be refunded from July 2019 until December 2022 for a total of $705.11 minus the $319.83 you are trying to return for a grand total of $385.28. It is absolutely fraudulent to remove money from an expired account. Thank you.

Per our initial agreement, in which we made a onetime exception to our policy by granting you additional refunds (unwarranted),this is all that we can offer you at this time.     We offer a very generous and one of kind money back guarantee of 30-days after each billing.
    The charges requested for an additional exception are years after the money back guarantee has expired.
    A onetime exception was provided outside of our policy (three annual BOD renewals refunded May 2, 2023).

    Our systems are not able to bill an expired card. The billing information was provided from a program that your bank participates in. The program in which your bank participates provides companies with whom their clients do business, such as Beachbody, to inform those companies when there is a change to the client's credit card information. The intent of this program is for you to avoid service interruption and ensure that your subscriptions continue without a pause.

    I provided my email to my beachbody coach for the purpose of conducting beachbodi business and enquiry. She later used my email for her personal business and I received unwanted money solicitation emails from her. I have made attempts to contact the company to enquire how my privacy will be protected and ensure my information is not misused. I have received no response to emails and phone calls. On top of it when I asked the coach to delete my information or I would report her to the company her response was clear she knew the company would do nothing.
