    I have a few transactions that I am seeking refunds for. These occurred on 10/24/22, 11/13/22, 12/10/22, 12/30/22. There are others but I have already been refunded for those.This business is extremely shady. They charge for prescriptions with no exam/video/call or anything. I obtained a prescription from them on those dates and then received a letter from my insurance that the doctor was being investigated for fraud. She was over prescribing and put me at risk of losing insurance coverage.

    Hi,

    The prescriptions from 2022 were not prescribed by the provider you currently have. We will need more clarification on who you were told is being investigated for fraud. Since it has been **** months since these transactions occurred we are hesitant to refund. We hope you can understand our caution.

    We have looked into the prescriptions and due to the fact that you received them you are not eligible for a refund. We understand this is a serious situation and will discuss what you have told us with the provider but unfortunately that is all we can do. Please in the future if you are having an issue with a provider tell us as soon as possible.

    On June 20th I did an online consultation with *********************. I paid $300 and was told I would get my medicine within 2 weeks. After repeated attempts to reach them, I was told the pharmacy that they use has closed. I requested a refund and no resolve has been made. My money has not been returned and the medicine has not been delivered.

    The doctor asked me 1 question then never came back it replied or sent in a prescription. I tried to call and you had leave a voice mail. I want my ***** stay far away from this place.

    I ordered 800mg of ibuprofen to be sent to my local pharmacy Ive been over two hours and they still dont have it, Ive tried to get ahold of customer service an no one ever picks up, Im gonna just assume I was scammed and file a junction on my credit company, I payed over $70 this is absolutely ridiculous

    The provider did not listen to anything I had to say. When I disclosed my autism diagnosis she began talking to me in a condescending manner calling me friend. I told her specifically what types of meds I am unwilling to take because of bad reactions. She completely disregarded everything and prescribed them anyway. I went along with it and accepted the prescriptions she wrote only to end the horrible interaction. She was completely unprofessional! When I told her that *** had a lot of problems with different psych meds she raised her voice, gaslighted me and told me she knows what she is doing because she has X years of experience as an addiction specialist and psych nurse. She prescribed me an SSRI even though I have a history of an attempted suicide while on these types of meds. This person should not be prescribing anything, much less psych meds!

    I paid my $64.99 on June 30th to get ******** and never heard a word from my health care provider I was assigned to, *********************, APRN, FNP-BC. I messaged and didnt get a response . I cancelled the prescription on august 1 and then did another request on August 3rd , at that time I paid $89.99. Again no response. Its now August 6th and I still have had no response. Is this a scam? I hope not because I would like the Mounjaro medication for weight loss .

    I went through Push Health for an issue that I was having and was paired with *****************************, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC who provided me with a prescription. The location that was supposed to be where I pick up my prescription is non existent, nowhere in *****, **, and the business that my prescriptions were sent to DOES NOT give prescriptions to non-patients that are cared for at their facility (Pharmerica). When I called Pharmerica, I was informed of these things, and the number that I called that can be seen in the photos attached, is for Easly, **, not Elgin. Im requesting my money back.

    On 7/25/2023 I paid ***** to Push Health and was assigned ***************************, MD. I was led to believe he sent my prescription for Ozempic to ***************** but the prescription is not there. I want a complete refund immediately. Thank you.

    07/25/2023 I initiated services with this company requesting medicine for weight loss. I was partnered with ***************************, MD. I was charged for $ ***** for services never rendered to me. I was under impression that medicine was sent to pharmacy CVS in ******, **. To date, that pharmacy has no prescription to fill for me. I want a full refund and to make sure that my credit card is not stored in Push Health's records.

    Date of Occurrence: 07/22/2023 Invoice ID: There is no invoice ID in my chart as I notified Push as well as the provider immediately once I realized the error. Therefore, there was no services rendered. No consultation nor prescription written/given. The total charge to my card was $850, yes $850. The actual charge was $425, but I was charged for two consultations/prescriptions. I contacted Push as well as Dr. A. ----- regarding explaining the situation and the error that had occurred and to request a refund. I have yet to hear back from either one. According to ****'s refund guidelines, they will issue a refund if there has been no prescription or services rendered. I received neither one. It is almost impossible getting in contact with anyone at this establishment. I have called the customer service number over 5 times, each time leaving my name and number. I have also emailed the helpdesk several times, as I was informed to do, and still no replay. I just want my money back in my account. I have used Push since January 2023 and have never had an issue up until now. I actually had no reason to reach out to customer service until now; I had no idea it would be this difficult getting in touch with someone.
