    I have been without medication since 12/2024. My provider ****** ****** has not been responsive to my insurance/pharmacy for prior auths. She went one month without communicating with me. I decided to get my records and go elsewhere but Push Health the company and the provider are not providing them. This has been over 30 days since that request. This is neglect, liability, harm and damages.

    I was on wegovy but as of 2025 the price went up to over $700 so I was looking for an alternative that was similar. ******* is similar and my insurance will cover it for $35 month. Mr ** ******** *****, at the ************ said he could get it for me. I enrolled in his program for ***** and then he submitted it to *** but he did it wrong so the charged me another 5 dollars to resend it, and then it was disapproved so he told me he could get it if I prepaid for $37 so I then paid that. Then he said my insurance disapproved but he could get me something similar for more money. I realized I was being scammed and asked for refund and he has refused to do.

    I am extremely disappointed with the misleading and deceptive experience I encountered with your service. During the initial intake, I was asked several detailed questions regarding my prescription needs, yet this process proved entirely meaningless, as my specific request was ignored. Instead of fulfilling what was discussed, your team unilaterally decided on a different course of action without taking my initial request into account.I was charged $75 under the pretense that this was merely a hold, with the final amount to be determined after the consultation. However, this turned out to be misleading, as the $75 was retained, and I was only provided with a single prescription for the smallest size of the medicationwithout any refills. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I had clearly requested ********** (60g) with six refills from the start. If my request was not going to be honored, why ask for it in the first place?At this point, I expect one of two resolutions:1.Fulfill my original requestprovide the ********** 60g with six refills as I initially specified.2.Issue a full refund of the $75 fee since the services I paid for were not delivered as expected.If neither of these resolutions is met, I will dispute the charge with my credit card provider for services not rendered as promised. Additionally, I will share my negative experience across multiple platforms to warn others about these deceptive practices.I strongly urge you to be more transparent about your conditions upfront so customers are fully informed before signing up. The fact that I now have to pay $275 for another consultationplus approximately $300 for the medicationdue to your lack of transparency is unacceptable.This is the only opportunity I am giving you to resolve this matter. Please respond promptly with a resolution.

    Thank you for letting us know! First, we'd like to assure you we can process your refund so long as you have not picked up the medication. Secondly, we'd like to clear up any misconceptions regarding how Push Health works.

    Push Health is designed to give healthcare providers a space to connect with patient's and expand their practice. This can be done through our Private Practice plan that allows providers to invite patients they know to our platform. This can also be done through our Open Practice plan that allows providers to be set up with interested patients who are looking for the next available provider. We vet our Open Practice providers to make sure they can take adequate care of the patients we provide. That being said these healthcare providers are not employed by Push Health and are free to practice how they deem fit. If a patient thinks their provider is not a good fit for them they can always email us at ******************************* and we will connect them to the next available provider.

    It sounds like your experience may not be up to the standard of care we expect from our Open Practice providers. If you're willing to send us screenshots of your conversation with the provider we'd greatly appreciate it. We'll respond fastest at our customer support email ******************************* where you can also confirm you haven't received the medication for your refund. We'd like to make sure this gets taken care of as soon as possible.

    Push Hralth advertised $125 a month for prescription weight loss. I paid a consult fee of $64 and then $99 as a prescription fee. When the pharmacy called me they wanted $325 to fill the prescription. I want my money back.

    This business advertises that they are physicians office that also specializes in prescribing the injectable weight loss drugs as long as you meet the conditions just as you would in physical setting. I asked before hand if they accepted my insurance and was led to believe that the medication would be cover only to find out by the pharmacy that I needed at PA first in order for them to filled the prescription. They knowingly took my money knowing that I would be able able to get the medicine anyway. A Pa was never brought up During the consultation. This place is scamming people out of money knowing that the we will never the medicine, I want a refund .

    I needed a 90 day prescription. I was connected to a doctor for my prescription request, but he prescribed 30 days. I was told I would have to sign up for some quarterly subscription to get the 90 day, after I already paid the full fee of the visit. I was told by PUSH that they are not a subscription service, so I will not be paying extra to get the 90 day that my insurance requires.They told me they sent the prescription to my pharmacy, I needed to fill it before my benefits ended for the 2024 year, and the pharmacy closes early for holiday. I kept checking with the pharmacy, even going in person multiple times and they told me Push had never sent them anything at all. I will need to go elsewhere, get a 90 day prescription as I have NEVER received the 30 day prescription. After letting the doctor know that the pharmacy never received anything he wanted to charge me $5 for each time he "resends" the prescription. I'm not paying him an extra $5 for him to send it! He never sent it in the first place! Why would they charge me for not fulfilling their end?I need a full refund of the services. I am not giving you MORE money when you haven't even sent the prescription at all. You have taken my money for the prescription request then never sent the prescription. I wasn't even trying initially to get a 30 day prescription, I needed 90 days, and now I can't even get the 30 day because you're trying to get $5 more here and there stringing me along for days.

    Push health scammed me out of 80 dollars over a *********** prescription due to a tooth infection I am currently dealing with. They claim they sent a prescription to my local ********* but it never happened .     On Nov. 9, 2024 I approved a MC payment of $74.99 to ********, as I was led to believe that I could obtain a weight loss drug that my PCP prescribed and justified to my ***************** a few months earlier (the cost was beyond my financial means) and I did not get it. ******** advertises getting this drug (Mounjaro) at less cost to me after insurance approval (for an additional *****), which I did not proceed with. This was not true, and in fact the price was $600.00 higher, without a "discount card". When I contacted PUSH they (******* *****) advised me to ****** "Mounjaro discount coupon". I did this and the only ones I qualified for (I am on ********* was only for $25.00.Can you please assist me in a refund of the $74.99?Thank you, ***** *******

    I contacted Push Health to get a prescription of ******* 200mg. Paid around $70 right away in order to continue with their process. Dr *** contacted me was unprofessional and unethical. He failed to send the prescription to my pharmacy. Waited over 13 hours to get some sore of explanation as the doctor approved the prescription but the doctor and Push Health failed to contact me back. The doctor finally messaged me back with retaliation. Said he was about to submit my prescription to the pharmacy but because I mentioned if I dont get a response I will contact my bank to report the transaction as fraudulent. The doctor cut the communication by obstructing the message system (only way I can continue with this order). Company never responds or answer any of my calls or emails except for one where they stated they do not accept immediate request. I paid for a service I did not received. Push Health is retaliating towards me as I did not accept their lack of ethics and negligence. I requested an explanation and they still to continue to ignore me. The doctor has terrible reviews outside this company, I gave the opportunity to Push Help to resolve this matter; however, they took my money and abused my trust. I still have no money refunded and no prescription. How can this be legal?
