    Yesterday I hot on Push Health to get a prescription for my chronic pain...I answered all questions on my chart and asked for a medication that I won't reveal on here...it said on Push Health that my prescription was approved...so this morning I called my drug store to see if they have my medication and they don't....I've tried to call Push Health and can't talk to a person...recordings only...they charged me *****....

    I went through Push Health to get medication that I needed. I was charged $69.99 on May 8th ************************************************************************************ the request to pharmacy but I was not able to pick up my prescription. My pharmacy and I have have talked NUMEROUS time about my medication during this process and has told me they have been trying to contact my doctor out this prescription and what is needed for the doctor to do. I finally reached back out to the doctor personally and told them exactly what my pharmacy told me. I was charged $93.99 on May 15th, 2025 simply for a change in medication order due to be NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THE FIRST MEDICATION. All she had to do was change the prescription. I have now paid $165.00 for medication that I am STILL UNABLE TO RECEIVE because it needs a prior authorization form that they wanted to charge me ANOTHER $179 dollars for. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EVER EVER ENCOUNTERED with a "doctor" in my life. I got charged $165 for medication that I can not even pick up from the pharmacy! Outrageous. Would most definitely never recommend and I sure I will never receive my money back either! Do not use Push Health!!!!

    Push Health is a complete scam. Dr. Tun took my money then skipped out on my treatment. Kept trying to sell me infinite pens and vials though I was repeatedly on record telling him that I did NOT WANT injections. Never answered questions asked, just circled back to vial and pen sales. He closed the communication portal in the app and totally abandoned my treatment. Attempts to contact Push Health's "Help" resulted in continuously being ignored: they just didn't answer emails. Filed complaints through BBB and contacted listed CEO to express how disgusting and scamlike this service is.

    My experience with the Doctor I found through Push Health was more than satisfactory. I was contacted almost immediately after I signed up, and from then on I was helped to get the exact prescription I was seeking. Very professional treatment.

    I use Harmony ****** She is amazing and really cares. She gives great advice and response is very prompt. Love her and this company. So good if you are out of town or cant get into the doctor.

    I filled out all forms, medical history and sent the requested amount ($69) for a prescription for low dose **********. After a week, I was sent a provider name. Not hearing from the provider or company after another week, I emailed both the company and provider. I did the same a week later and then every other day and have never heard from anyone. I am considering a legal notice to the company. Not so much because of the money, but because never getting a response.

    I decided to use this ******************** for convenience. Bad decision!!!I have been taking my high blood pressure medication for the last 16 years. My blood pressure is well regulated and stable. I was led to believe by them asking me the medication name, dosage, and the quantity that I desired that I would receive a 6-month supply for $69.99 or less -- which is a little less than going to my local physician. The doctor actually said that it would be $64.99, but in the end he still charged me the full $69.99.The bigger problem was when he filled my prescription he only filled it for a 30-day supply, and told me my next visit would cost $99.99.I dealt with this company in good faith. They countered with a misleading representation of what I was purchasing. Which in reality, was literally was suposed to be, their PERMISSION for me to go and PURCHASE a 6-month supply of my necessary medication. This is a typical BAIT-&-SWITCH SCHEME. Designed to get the patient to return far more often than is medically necessary at a much higher cost. This is FRAUD and CORRUPTION. I highly recommend not using this ********** for me, the next time I will go back to my local primary care physician. At least she's never tried to cheat me. I will never use another ******************** ever again.
