I paid this business $89 and they never rendered treatment. The nurse practitioner will not answer my questions, and have not received any answers when I call their phone number and leave messages.I had a severe UTI that was ignored by this company. PUSH HEALTH On 9/11/25 i submitted request for Mounjaro Rx. The app charged me immediately which was odd usually it takes a few days. Then HEB pharmacy never received Rx. On app it says it was faxed to some 800 # not HEB even though email said it was. Before this happened my date of birth was listed wrong on Rx which also was odd. I messaged my provider and she replied that it was am error on my end because my profile had that DOB. I checked and No. my DOB was correct. Now she does not reply which she is so good at getting back to me. Im deeply disappointed with the service I received with this company. In filling out the patient questionnaire, I was informed that the price of the medication I requested, Zepbound, might vary depending on my insurance coverage. Despite this, I was prescribed the Zepbound and then informed that I could only receive it through *********** Self Pay Pharmacy Solutions Only use for ******** cash-pay. Was not given the ****************** I signed up with as an option. When I attempted to change the pharmacy location, it said I had exceeded my request, although it had only been my first attempt. This is a complete scam. I have no reason to pay such an exorbitant price $450 cash, when I have excellent insurance. This is a clear case of fraud, and I demanded a refund for the $65 I paid for this appointment. (which I was also told would be the maximum price, but may also be lower based on my insurance.) I was never given the option to add my insurance at any point.Business Response

I signed up for ******. Paid ***** then an additional ******. I received my first prescription a month ago, then requested a refill for the second month. I was unaware of the monthly fee of ***** for EACH prescription, but paid it. Push submitted the prescription but there were errors on the script itself per the pharmacy. I contacted Push, they made the revision and blamed the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy to pick up only to find out that Push cancelled that script and sent in another one which wasn't ready yet. Over a week of back and forth and asking for an explanation through their portal messaging, only for them to continually blame the pharmacy. The pharmacist showed me the email communication with Push and they were clearly at fault for this fiasco. After 3-4 emails asking why this had happened and asking for a credit for this month due to all of the miscommunication, now I can't read any of my emails as if they just deleted my account? They put me on a medication, took ****** from me, then dropped me with no explanation or reassignment of another **** if that was the issue. You can't call them and communication now is impossible! Now what do I do? Terrible, terrible customer service and what kind of **** just drops you? I want my account reinstated and assigned a new *** or full refund for my investment with this company.Business Response

Doctor took my money then closed the portal for service in the app and skipped out on my treatment. Repeat pleas to their "customer service" result in NO RESPONSE. Disgusting. I want my $70 dollars back under anti-trust provisions as I have not received the services I paid for. Doctor was unresponsive to questions and only sought to sell infinite pens and vials even though I repeatedly stated I did NOT want injections of any kind. TERRIBLE SERVICE.Business Response

This is in regards to push HEALTH online. I was supposed to receive an order of ********** from a doctor online. They charged me initial and then said they would send it to my pharmacy. They had the pharmacy correct the address correct the phone number and the fax number correctbut I have called numerous times to that pharmacy and they have not received a prescription I was supposed to get and paid for. I have been without medication since 12/2024. My provider ****** ****** has not been responsive to my insurance/pharmacy for prior auths. She went one month without communicating with me. I decided to get my records and go elsewhere but Push Health the company and the provider are not providing them. This has been over 30 days since that request. I was on wegovy but as of 2025 the price went up to over $700 so I was looking for an alternative that was similar. ******* is similar and my insurance will cover it for $35 month. Mr ** ******** *****, at the ************ said he could get it for me. I enrolled in his program for ***** and then he submitted it to *** but he did it wrong so the charged me another 5 dollars to resend it, and then it was disapproved so he told me he could get it if I prepaid for $37 so I then paid that. Then he said my insurance disapproved but he could get me something similar for more money. I realized I was being scammed and asked for refund and he has refused to do.Business Response
