07/25/2023 I initiated services with this company requesting medicine for weight loss. I was partnered with ***************************, MD. I was charged for $ ***** for services never rendered to me. I was under impression that medicine was sent to pharmacy CVS in ******, **. To date, that pharmacy has no prescription to fill for me. I want a full refund and to make sure that my credit card is not stored in Push Health's records.Business Response

Date of Occurrence: 07/22/2023 Invoice ID: There is no invoice ID in my chart as I notified Push as well as the provider immediately once I realized the error. Therefore, there was no services rendered. No consultation nor prescription written/given. The total charge to my card was $850, yes $850. The actual charge was $425, but I was charged for two consultations/prescriptions. I contacted Push as well as Dr. A. ----- regarding explaining the situation and the error that had occurred and to request a refund. I have yet to hear back from either one. According to ****'s refund guidelines, they will issue a refund if there has been no prescription or services rendered. I received neither one. It is almost impossible getting in contact with anyone at this establishment. I have called the customer service number over 5 times, each time leaving my name and number. I have also emailed the helpdesk several times, as I was informed to do, and still no replay. I just want my money back in my account. I have used Push since January 2023 and have never had an issue up until now. I actually had no reason to reach out to customer service until now; I had no idea it would be this difficult getting in touch with someone.Business Response

This company advertises that they can provide you with a weight loss drug call wegovy. After they charge you$64.00 they send a prescription to your pharmacy however this drug is not available due to shortages. They are aware of this and charge you anyway. I had started with Push Health to lose weight. The first month I was started on Semaglutide . It work wonderful . Then the next month , I asked for it to be reordered. *********************** said she sent the order . After 2 weeks I notified her and asked where my order was . She finally sent me a message back and said there was a glitch in the system and she would have to reorder it , finally after a month my order came . It was the wrong medication. Not what I had the first month at all , this was not even discussed with me in changing my prescription. I have sent a message many times to Ms ******* about this and she just continues to send me a new invoice for the correct prescription. I have email the company and ask for a refund or an exchange for the correct prescription. And they refer me back to *********************** . I was charged $165.00 for a medication that was wrong and doesnt work . I am so flustered. I am an RN and quite understandable how prescriptions work . Please help ! This place scammed me. I used them to get a weight loss med. They charge me then tell me I have to pay more because it need a prior auth for the meds. so i pay for that. they said they sent it. ive talked to my insurance company 3x and the pharmacy and they said no they have not. they took my money and did NOTHING FOR ME! DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM. They will lie and say they did things and they didnt. so im here out all the money will no meds still. DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY! It's literally impossible to get ahold of ANYONE on the phone and the doctors are super flaky. I repeated asked them to change my pharmacy because Rite Aid does not stock follistim *** I needed it sent to an online pharmacy so I could afford it better. I explained why I couldn't change it as the app won't let me and though the app says it was sent to Rite Aid I checked and they haven't received ANYTHING. I was seeking medication for weight loss and came across push health. I was assigned to *********************** MD as my provider. She recommended a compounded medication but failed to tell me the key differences of the medication. I went through with the order and ****** let me know that the pharmacy would reach out to confirm shipping in 10 buisness days. After doing my own research on the medication prescribed, I decided I did not want to try the medication. I reached out to ****** and push health for assistance cancelling my order the very next day, which I figured wouldnt be a problem since ****** told me it would take ***** hours for the prescription to get to the pharmacy. Once I voiced I wanted to cancel the order ****** became less and less responsive but she did finally respond and say she would reach out to the pharmacy to see if they could cancel, and confirmed that if they could I would get my money back. After not hearing back from her for a week and not receiving any updates from the pharmacy I reached out again to see what the status was. ****** told me that she cannot cancel the order at this time because the medication is already being processed. I then reached out to push support because I believed ****** was purposefully being lackadaisical and deceptive. **** contacted her and she gave a different reason for not being able to cancel. Push essentially dismissed my concern for her being dishonest and told me theres nothing they can do. I reached out to the pharmacy and they were able to confirm that they CAN cancel the order, and that they havent received payment from the provider! I have since contacted push and ****** requesting my refund since I was told if the pharmacy could cancel the order I would get my money back but have not heard back from them. I basically caught the provider lying trying to retain profit. This is unacceptable. Please make this right.Business Response

I would like a refund. I spoke to a doctor and was prescribed a medication. It was send to to preferred pharmacy, but needs to be authorized by the doctor. I have sent the doctor 2 messages and have heard nothing. I was looking to get help with weight loss. I started off paying $64.99 for being asked a few questions by a doctor. I was told I needed to weigh myself with the numbers clear, show my face, and have an id to match my face. I did not have a scale so I was not able to do that. I was told she needed that to proceed. I asked to switch providers and was switched to a medical doctor. She asked me some questions and approved me for wegovy. I then asked for a prior authorization for insurance and had to pay $65.99. I sent the information on May 18th and had to message again on May 22nd because I had not heard anything. They messaged me back on May 24th and told me my insurance was asking for a little more information so I sent it. Never heard anything so I messaged them again on June 6th and I found out on June 7th that my insurance denied the wegovy. They told me I would need to call my pharmacy and see how much the cost would be out of pocket for the medication, or I needed to contact my insurance company to see which medication they would approve for weight loss. All that being said, I paid $130.98 for absolutely nothing but messages that did not help at all. Push health is a scam and I do not recommend it to others !Business Response
