    I paid ***** for the consultation on 11/05/23. The Dr said the prescription was faxed in on 11/06/23 I called the pharmacy multiple times and they don't have the prescription. I asked the Dr to send another prescription and she has not. I would like a refund for this. This company is a scam

    Sept. 10 I paid for a consultation and was paired with ************************* out of *****. She didnt ask for any medical background from me and offered a rx that could be sent to a commercial pharmacy $900 or her own compound pharmacy through mail order. I attempted to get the commercial pharmacy covered by insurance and paid $50 twice to the provider and both were denied. At that point I requested to transfer the rx I paid for to a local compounding pharmacy that I trust instead of her affiliated pharmacy. Since she wrote the rx for a brand name only, the pharmacy needed her approval for a compound. Although she said she would approve it, she did not. The pharmacy attempted to contact her 4 times via fax and phone. Once I contacted customer support I found out the really bad part of this business, there is NO oversight of providers. They cant see the conversations and they dont do anything to rectify the situation.

    I want to know why this site is not taking new providers. Is there something going on with the site that is might be fraudulent and cause the providers worries. I keep hearing something about Surescripts but nothing else has been said. Should I be worried along with the other providers on your site???

    Ordered the 10th of October was told my meds where sent to the pharmacy nothing there tried sending messages an calling I get no reply

    I corresponded with a nurse practitioner who works for Push Health and she said that she would call in a prescription for Allegra-D for $64.99. My pharmacy refused the prescription because the ** does not have a *** number which is required because Allegra-D contains pseudophedrine. She offered to call in a prescription that did not contain pseudophedrine, but those do not work for my allergies. I was shocked when my credit card was charged for the prescription that was declined. I wrote the ** and told her that my credit card was accidentally charged and could she reverse the charge and she said that they cannot reverse charges. If they can debit a credit card, they can credit a credit card. No service was provided. It was her mistake. How did she not know that she could not prescribe allergy medicine containing pseudophedrine? If the roles were reversed and I made a mistake that cost her $64.99, I would send her a chashier check using my own money if my boss would not pay it. I feel like I was scammed. I see that there have been many other complaints against this company. Under the way they operate, they can promise any customer any medication, have it declined, and then refuse to refund the money. One other comment. The ** did call in a different prescription that she said was $85, but they charged me $99. I have the message telling me that it would be $85. I saw other complaints by people who had the same experience. This company cannot be allowed to keep scamming people.

    Paid the $65 to submit our request and it was quickly routed to pharmacy which seemed great. After many calls and having the medical provider submit the prescription twice, it still never showed on the pharmacys end. We need a refund for this.

    PushHealth charged me ***** on 10/6/2023 and sent a prescription into my pharmacy. I checked with them and they did not receive any prescription. I tried to email and call PushHealth about getting reimbursed for the consultation fee since the consultation was non existent and the verbiage on why I had to pay the ***** was to authorize the prescription itself. My Medication Rx (#*****-2151370) on 10/6/2023 is for you PushHealth to make this issue not escalate. I will be calling my bank to ban all charges from this platform. THERE IS MOST DEFINITELY FRAUD GOING ON WITH PUSHHEALTH. Do not use!!

    I paid $64.99 on 9/20/23 for a consult that never happened, or I guess I should say, happened via a chat messenger. The provider sent a prescription for ******** on 9/20/23, a medication I have used before and was very satisfied with.First, I was told I needed to pay an additional $50 for a prior authorization. I already knew my insurance didnt cover it and refused to pay for the PA.The pharmacy could not fill the medication due to the shortage and I was given alternate options, including compounded tirzepatide. Which is supposed to be the same active ingredient as Mounjaro.After looking at dozens of options, I chose to pay $350 for one month of 2.5mg weekly compounded tirzepatide injections.Payment made September 29, 2023 for #*****A6369.Not only was the actual total $379.50, but the medication arrived, I injected my first dose, and it is NOT even close to similar to Mounjaro, if it is even tirzepatide at all. No nausea, which I had when I began and went up on Mounjaro doses, NO appetite supression, NO ceasing of the obsessive food chatter in my brain, NOTHING. None of the effects I experienced on Mounjaro at all.I then researched further and found the manufacturer for ******** has filed lawsuits against several compounding pharmacies selling tirzepatide, and I suspect this pharmacy is selling a false version of it as well.I am OUTRAGED at the prices I paid and lack of effective, valuable care.I have been using a compounding pharmacy for another med for 5+ years and gotten quality medication and care.The scam this company is running is unacceptable.

    Sept 24 ***** Medication Rx #(461877-2126707) approved by ***************************** MSN,ARPN,FNP-C Push Health. Script was shown as approved sent to ****** Specialty Pharmacy ***************************************************************. They were to transfer script to CVS ********** **** *****. There is no script at either pharmacy. I was charged ***** for the consult. I would like my money back as I did not receive my script and there is concern that others have been charged for provider services and not received their scripts as well.

    Did not receive medication prescribed and paid for. Many other complaints online that this company is a scam. First inquiry I was told it hadnt been long enough then in another inquiry that they forgot my order but were fixing it and to allow another 12 days. I just want a refund for the visit and the medication.
