I am rejecting this response because: as of today an online pharmacy had not contacted me regarding a prescription! I do not believe this is a legitimate business and if it is their practices are unacceptable! The timeframe is totally unacceptable and there has been zero follow up or correspondence from this company!

Push Health advertised themselves as assisting patients with real doctor ************************** appointments to obtain prescriptions for a new weight loss drug Zeppro on the market. What they didn't explain is that they don't actually do what a normal doctor would do which is provide a pre-authorization or accept actual health insurance. They connected my wife with a ************************** doctor after my wife paid a fee of $69.99. Then they basically immediately send a prescription to *** without a doctors pre-authorization which is completely useless. Then after all of this the "doctor" told my wife that we could pay $563 and they would not help with any pre-authorization. We called and immediately cancelled the *** order related to it since it is useless without pre-authorization. This is very unclear on their website and is false advertising. You only find this out after you have paid this "consulting" fee. Likewise I am filing a complaint as well against *** ***** for sponsoring this company who is doing nothing to assist patients and is basically scamming them even though the patients have actual medical insurance and prescription coverage. I want a refund back to the card associated with it and have attached the receipt. It is impossible to get in contact with Push Health after they have taken your money.Business Response

I was charged for a consultation and was told I would be receiving a prescription. No prescription was ever placed at my pharmacy even though I was told it was sent twice. I would just like my fee refunded . And I will forget I ever tried this sight . $69.99Business Response

I ordered my refill and my pharmacy said that they never got it. I asked for push health to resend and they wont respond! I have asked MANY times and no one will answer me. They still charged me $90!!Business Response

I have tried to contact this company for days. I have left multiple messages. I paid them for a service and it requires pre authorization. I am unable to fill the medication because no one will return a phone call to be able to get the form filled out. I paid $69.99 fee for a prescription request for face cream on November 30, 2023. Today the pharmacy reported that they have no prescriptions for me. There is a message waiting on Push health that if I approve the prescription I will be charged an additional $117. This does NOT include the medication which wasnt received or prescribed. 11/30/2023-Patient ID: ******** submitted a request via Pushhealth website for a prescribing doctor to prescribe ******** for weight loss. I was notified that I would have to have a telehealth/virtual visit with the MD prior to prescribing this medication. i schedule a visit at 20:15 and it requested payment at time of scheduling that could be paid then or to schedule without paying. I opted to pay the $50 at that time. I had the appointment with MD *********************, who reviewed my medical history and told me that they were restricted about prescribing ******** to nondiabetic patient and she discussed other options for weight loss medication and that I could decide on which one to go with. After the appointment, she pushed through a prescription for ******** to my pharmacy and specifically stated on the prescription not to run through insurance, essentially making sure I would have to pay full price for the medication, which we had already discussed would not be possible. The fee for PUSH Health was advertised at $***** and that includes prescription and doctor **** but I was charged ***** by company when she pushed through the Mounjaro prescription, also it was added to my other options for semaglutide so that was another ***** fee. I ordered the one-month supply of semaglutide that she prescribed to be shipped, but later asked for refund after I noticed I had been billed ****** for med, ***** for her pushing through Mounjaro prescription and then the $50 for scheduling visit. I have asked multiple times for full refund and have been given the run around by messaging the physician via patient portal. I have also emailed the company and tried to call with no response.Business Response

At the recommendation of a friend, I went to do the teledoc to get a prescription. I visited with the ********* wrote a prescription. The prescription is expensive & insurance would not cover it, so I worked a little extra time over a few of months to save money. Went back 6 months later & they told the pharmacy that my prescription was no longer valid. Prescriptions are valid for up to a year after they are written. When I wanted to know why, they stopped responding to me. I spent money on the visit only to have a prescription THEY wrote rejected after they got my money.Business Response

I spent $69 then another $99 and then another $125 just to not get treatment. The provider was extremely rude when I brought this up. I want my money back, no medication was picked up by me from the pharmacy.Business Response

I paid for a prescription that a dr called in but when the pharmacy reached out to him because something was missing from the prescription, he refused to call back. Then in order for him to call in a new prescription, he wanted me to pay again! I want a refund and there is no way to contact the company directly.Business Response
