Paid the $65 to submit our request and it was quickly routed to pharmacy which seemed great. After many calls and having the medical provider submit the prescription twice, it still never showed on the pharmacys end. We need a refund for this.Business Response

PushHealth charged me ***** on 10/6/2023 and sent a prescription into my pharmacy. I checked with them and they did not receive any prescription. I tried to email and call PushHealth about getting reimbursed for the consultation fee since the consultation was non existent and the verbiage on why I had to pay the ***** was to authorize the prescription itself. My Medication Rx (#*****-2151370) on 10/6/2023 is for you PushHealth to make this issue not escalate. I will be calling my bank to ban all charges from this platform. THERE IS MOST DEFINITELY FRAUD GOING ON WITH PUSHHEALTH. Do not use!!Business Response

I paid $64.99 on 9/20/23 for a consult that never happened, or I guess I should say, happened via a chat messenger. The provider sent a prescription for ******** on 9/20/23, a medication I have used before and was very satisfied with.First, I was told I needed to pay an additional $50 for a prior authorization. I already knew my insurance didnt cover it and refused to pay for the PA.The pharmacy could not fill the medication due to the shortage and I was given alternate options, including compounded tirzepatide. Which is supposed to be the same active ingredient as Mounjaro. After looking at dozens of options, I chose to pay $350 for one month of 2.5mg weekly compounded tirzepatide injections.Payment made September 29, 2023 for #*****A6369.Not only was the actual total $379.50, but the medication arrived, I injected my first dose, and it is NOT even close to similar to Mounjaro, if it is even tirzepatide at all. No nausea, which I had when I began and went up on Mounjaro doses, NO appetite supression, NO ceasing of the obsessive food chatter in my brain, NOTHING. None of the effects I experienced on Mounjaro at all.I then researched further and found the manufacturer for ******** has filed lawsuits against several compounding pharmacies selling tirzepatide, and I suspect this pharmacy is selling a false version of it as well.I am OUTRAGED at the prices I paid and lack of effective, valuable care.I have been using a compounding pharmacy for another med for 5+ years and gotten quality medication and care. The scam this company is running is unacceptable.Business Response

Hi,
We understand your frustration and disappointment. That being said we'd like to make it very clear that we are not the pharmacy nor do any pharmacies have influence on our platform. We also are not in a position to offer a refund if you received your medication. We're sorry to hear that the medication was not the right fit for your needs but due to the information you have given us we do not see proper cause for a refund. In the future if alternative options are not for you please seek help outside of our service.
Thanks,

- Date of transaction - 09/11/2023 - AMount of money paid - $64 for consultation - Business was committed to have a healthcare provider do consultation with me and send a prescription to pharmacy - nature of dispute - prescription was sent 4x to 2 different pharmacies, contacted both pharmacies and both stated they never received it. Business' interface showed it was sent and successfully received 4x.- Business did not do anything else besides supposedly sending the prescription to the pharmacies again. I emailed them about my concern about everything being suspicious, never got any reply after that.- tracking for you Pushhealth - September 11, 2023 - Medication Rx (#******-2101055)I work in the healthcare field and sending prescriptions to 2 different pharmacies should have been enough to get the presciption through, but neither pharmacies did. I suspect something FRAUDULENT is going on here, and similar incidents have happened based from this complaint page. this needs to stop, I may contact other agencies and will be waiting for a refund or will file dispute with my bank.Business Response

I submitted a request for meds for nail fungus. The nurse practitioner took forever to respond, asked me two day ago if I wanted oral medication or topical. I answered oral and heard nothing back. This has dragged on way too long for such a simple thing. I finally cancelled this do to not receiving the service I paid for in a timely manner. I will go to the urgent care instead. More expensive but at least Ill get the medicine I need.Business Response

***I have FILED a COMPLAINT with the *** about this scam company, and encourage everyone else who has a similar experience to do the same***Push Health advertised that they can get you a prescription for Vuity eye drops for age related presbyopia. I paid the $65 and in a matter of hours, the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Seemed ok at first, even though I never spoke with a doctor AT ALL.BUT - It turns out - there were ************ for this medication, and to get a refill, I would have to pay even more than the original charge - an additional $108 each and every month that I need a refill. This is NOT what I was led to believe would happen. They advertise NO SUBSCRIPTION needed, but make you pay $$$ for refills??? That sure seems like a racket to extort more money from unsuspecting patients.Further - the healthcare I received was pathetic. If I needed anything other than simple prescription eye-drops, I would have been very, very worried. There was a basic drug interaction questionnaire, no actual correspondence with the doctor who wasnt even an eye doctor - and amounted to no more from them than writing the prescription and faxing it to my pharmacy. I brought this all up with Push Health, and they proceeded to tell me that the doctor is fully responsible for everything, and that Push Health is powerless as to what may happen amongst other excuses. The only remedy they had for me was to match me with a different doctor who *might* charge less. None of these additional costs were disclosed when I signed up. If they had been - I absolutely would not have given these people a single dime.Business Response

Hi,
We're sorry to hear of this misunderstanding. Push Health is a platform with the goal of matching you with a licensed health care provider licensed in your state. We are not a subscription service as we do not charge monthly/yearly fees for patients nor do we store your credit card information.
Thanks,

I am rejecting this response because: This answer does nothing but pathetically attempt to absolve Push Health of responsibility for their misleading and fraudulent advertising. There is no information on the website or the app of how Push Health actually works, or what it is that a customer is paying for. It is only a matter of time until this company gets sued.
Sincerely,

Hi,
We apologize for the lack of clarity in our first response. Each payment a patient makes is for an individual prescription. We are not a doctors office nor are we a pharmacy. All refills or follow up requests will cost money. The cost is provided before you pay so that you can decline if the price isn't for you.
Thanks,

I paid the initial $69 fee to be connected to my nurse. I worked with her and we decided on a medication (Wegovy), and then she advised me that I had to pay her a prior authorization fee in the amount of $100 "as it is a lengthy and time intensive process" and she outsources it. I paid, and my RX was routed to the pharmacy/insurance timely. Insurance denied me. She advised she could appeal, but to call *****. I called them and they told me to have her send a different RX for ********. I got my medicine timely and insurance paid for it. I asked her to send me another prescription for it for next month so I can begin the titration process promptly due to the shortage. Next thing I know, I am getting a Push Health request to pay another $200.11. I was concerned but I paid it after I asked her to make it a 90 day refill instead of 30. Fast forward, ***** says no to continuing Mounjaro. I asked my dr. to please give ***** a call per their request, as they wanted to discuss ******* on the phone with her. She told me it would be another $100 PA fee, as she charges that fee PER medication! OMG. I called Aetna back - they have never heard of a provider charging for a PA ever they said. They said it takes the provider less than 6 mins of their time to make a phone call. WHAT in the world?!I then message my dr. and ask if she works with compound pharmacies, and she does! She would be willing to write me an RX for a compound pharmacy...but only if I pay a provider consultation fee of $250 first! And the bonus is that on top of that? I would have to pay a $95 "Push Health" processing fee! WHAT?! This feels like a massive scam. I want my money back and I'll go somewhere else that doesn't do a bait and switch.Business Response

I've been using Push Health, *******************************, PA-C, to get a prescription for the past 5 or 6 months with no issues until now. My last refill request was charged to me at $94.99, and the app shows that my prescription was e-Faxed to my pharmacy. The pharmacy did not receive it. All attempts to message ******************************* or get ahold of customer service (who never picks up, and you can't get ahold of an actual human) are ignored. I would like a refund given I have not received the prescription I paid for.Business Response

I contacted Push Health in order to be prescribed Ozempic, however, they took my money and never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. There is no way to cancel on the website and customer service as well as my provider do not respond to my queries. The pharmacy has no record of the prescription being sent. I am concerned because this company now has my credit card and personal information and it is clearly a scam.Business Response
