    I have been using push health.com to receive prescriptions for a drug called mounjaro. The fee is ***** every month to have this prescription sent to my pharmacy. This month i requested a prescription for the month of january but was denied by my insurance..It was my understanding that they would be refunding this amount after the prescription was denied. I would like my money back. I never read anything anywhere that they would get to keep this if prescription did not go through. Thank you in advance

    On about November 6, 2023 I spoke with a provider a Nurse ****************** via the Push Health platform and after discussing my health history Nurse ******* agreed that Tirezparide Compounded at ****mg was the correct medication for me. Prior to giving my approval, the ok to sent the prescription to the pharmacy, I told Nurse ****************** that I didn't want my medication to come from *******************, which is well known for heavily diluted Tirezparide Compounded. (former customers have complainted on Tik Tok, **************** etc) I asked Nurse ******* the name of the Pharmacy my Tirezparide Compounded would be coming for she replied Bell Pharmacy. The Tirezparide Compounded was from ******************* the Tirezparide Compounded was in a container and box that read *******************. I contacted ************************ and asked for a refund she replied am not issuing a refund, even though she lied. I emailed Push Health ******************************* several times, and was told I had no proof that Nurse ******* didn't say my Tirezparide Compounded was coming from *******************. After providing proof that I was told Bell Pharmacy would be the Pharmacy I would receive my Tirezparide Compounded from Push Health refused to do the professional, ethnical, and right thing and issue a refund. Push Health have behavior in such a unprofessional matter. Push Health handling of this issue will reflect negatively on their platform and Push Health to attract future customers Thank you for your cooperation and consideration concerning this very important matter.

Secondly, after reviewing all emails and attachments sent during this case it looks as though there is nothing we, Push Health, can do in regards to your refund. Due to the original nature of the complaint being the quality of the product after it's use we can not justify a refund. In the future if you have received any medication from a pharmacy that was not agreed upon please let us know before using the medication.

    I paid Pushealth $69 for an on-line ************************ consult and they approved a prescription RX#*****-2317607 for Paxlovid for my husband, ****************************, and said they submitted it to my Pharmacy. My husband is 90 with COPD and really needed this COVID medicine. My Pharmacy never received the prescription even though I contacted them Push 3 times over a two day period and the Doctor said "he was resubmitting it now." each time. Finally, I had to take him to the hospital to get care. These people should be SHUT DOWN!!! At the least, I want my money back. I am considering legal action. They do not provide the service they advertise. People are being scammed and could die!

    *** tried contacting the provider multiple times through website. Shes not responding to me at all. The pharmacy can not locate my prescription. There can be an error on her end and its day two shes still not responding to my messages. Is there any way I can get a refund or a responsive doctor without having to pay again. I feel scammed. No on is responding to me through site. They charged my card and didnt render service.

    I paid for 3 different prescriptions and 1 prior authorization. None of the prescriptions were actually able to be filled by the pharmacy because of drug shortages. I feel that the provider should have known these drugs were in short supply and should not have prescribed them, then kept prescribing other things that were also in short supply. I feel like this was done in order to rack up more and more fees as Push operates on a pay-per-prescription and pay-per-authorization model. I feel like I am a victim of fraud at worst and negligence at the least, and that I deserve a full refund on the services I paid for.

    I have signed up for push health and it said it was $69.99 for a provider. I gave them description of the medication I was needing for pre diabetic that needed authorized by our insurance. When the provider sent the prescription to the pharmacy it ended up being $****** for the provider fee and not $69.99 as it showed in the beginning.. I had paid the $******. I messaged her back and said the medication needed a prior authorization, I sent her all of my labs that shw requested. She then stated I needed to pay $50 more for her to send the prior authorization. I have never had to pay my healthcare provider to send a prior authorization. I want refunded in the amount of ******. This is a scam.

    On 12/23/2023 I made a Telehealth prescription request for my husband and myself with Dr ************************* who had written the prescription for both of us in Sept of 2021. The prescription written in 2021 was for 30 single dose capsules to a local compounding pharmacy. The prescription was to have on hand to use for Covid prevention or Covid treatment depending on the circumstances. After reading my request & the number of capsules I was requesting ************* sent a prescription for 5 capsules for each of us. I would NEVER have paid him $89 a piece for a prescription for 5 capsules. I NEVER APPROVED THIS ******************** site says they will refund the consultation fee until buyer approves the prescription. There is a long chain of discussion between ************* and me after the pharmacies involved 1) agreed to fill the 30 pill refill 2) had no problem with supply 3) asked me to have him tweak the way it was written since it was written differently than in 2021 and based on that they could only fill 5 capsules instead of what I requested. He REFUSED to make the change saying I was requesting a DANGEROUS dosage when I was requesting an EXACT refill of the previous prescription he had written and both pharmacies had no concerns refilling the same previous prescription. Then he REFUSED to refund my $180 (2 $90 consultation fees) knowing that he was refusing my initial prescription request and then keeping my money. The very long message chain shows that I did all I could to resolve the situation, either fulfill my request or if you can't, please refund my consultation fees. He owes me a $180 refund because he refused the refill I requested yet it IS A REFILL OF ONE HE PREVIOUSLY WROTE. I did not approve paying $89 for 5 capsules (x2 for me and for my husband) when I was requesting a refill of 30 pills the same as previously prescribed. He knew that, charged me anyway, & now refuses a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    If I accept the response it will close the case. All they said is they would reach out via their customer service via ******************** and asked me to tell them AGAIN what the state of the issue is currently. Nothing has changed on the state of the issue therefore they did not look at my case, at the thread of communication between me and ************* or issue a refund.  I will respond to them via Push Health with a COPY of the complaint that I left here to see if they respond to that with a refund. 

    For the record, this is the email I received, "Please let us know the most recent info on your situation so we can work towards a solution. Once again we appreciate you getting in touch with us to get this solved."

    I will copy the complaint & send to them but for now, no, this has not been resolved. Should they resolve it I will come back here to note that.

    I was told I would receive a prescription for my high blood pressure. I contacted the pharmacy multiple times and they mentioned they never received it.Push health mentioned mentioned they sent it but they are didnt. This is a scam I want my $70.00 refunded as soon as possible.

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received in attempting to obtain a prescription through the Push Health platform. Despite numerous attempts to resolve discrepancies between the Push Health Medical Provider (******************) and the pharmacy, I'm stuck in a cycle of miscommunication. The pharmacy consistently claims the prescription they received was written incorrectly, while the Push Health Medical Provider (******************) insists the prescription she sent is accurate. When I informed the Push Health Medical Provider (******************) of the pharmacy's repeated attempts to contact her directly to clarify the prescription, the Push Health Medical Provider (******************) abruptly stopped responding. This has left me without medication and consumed valuable time. I request immediate resolution and prompt processing of a refund for the inconvenience caused. Clear communication and accurate prescriptions are crucial aspects of healthcare services, and the current experience I am having falls significantly short of expectations.
