Ive tried calling and emailing push health for 3 weeks now. No one has answered and the health care provider does not answer. I paid for a prescription twice ***** twice and never received the prescription.I want a refund. And a response to my email or a call back.Business Response

On February 11, 2023, I paid $89.53 to obtain a Provider from Push Health to get a prescription. The response time was almost immediate. Later that day, I received an message from the provider stating in order to receive the prescription, I must pay an additional $64.99. I paid it and once again, immediately it was sent to my pharmacy of choice. I messaged her to ask a couple questions and responded to one and later disappeared. I went to get the prescription and my insurance company said, the provider is not in their network which it should be because the provider thats is selected for you upon registration is paired to your state. With that being said, I messaged her a few more times and she has not responded. Now Im left with paying $1100 for a prescription and lost $154.52 to Push Health because their providers dont exist in the States System! Thats a Scam they are obviously doing. I was taken advantage of by this scam. There is no customer service number to call and no one has yet to respond to my messages.Business Response

I used Push Health to try to renew a prescription that I had for Gabapentin on 2/2/23. I paid them $89.99. The first pharmacy that they claimed to have sent the prescription over to never received anything from Push Health. The second pharmacy that was sent the prescription told me that they could not fill the prescription. I have tried numerous times to contact Push Health via both phone calls and emails. I have left them over 5 voice-mails and 5 emails at this point. Despite this, Push Health will not contact me back. I want Push Health to refund my purchase ASAP.Business Response

I have been receiving medication for weight loss through this push health . They tell you that you must wait 24 hours to obtain a refill , its been more than 24 hours. I have messaged my nurse practitioner ******************** no answer . I paid a monthly fee to have access and a response. Absolutely horrible service and I would never recommend them .Business Response

I requested medication for my diabetes. They prescribed the medication but listed dx as weight loss. The insurance denied the prescription and I reached out to the prescribing physician for a diagnosis correction multiple times with no response. I have been on diabetic meds for many years and have never had an issue with this. I paid the doctor $89 for nothing and no response. This is extremely frustrating and I would like a refund.Business Response

I had an appointment which they charged me almost $70 for. I never talked or met with the doctor. I had a prescription less than 15 minutes but when I went to pick it up, they said that it had to have pre-authorization. I messaged the doctor on the app and he told me that it was gonna be $108 more for pre-authorization and had a sey copy/pasted reply that hes had, so he knew it needed pre-authorization and didnt say anything. This is how these doctors make their money I guess. nowhere does it say that there is a preauthorization charge of $108. Its too bad that these doctors are like this because it seems like its a good application for people needing a prescription.Business Response

Push Health promotes helping you get a prescription, but they do not do a great job of explaining the formalities. They assigned a consultant who easily provided the prescription but even though I have health insurance they did not cover because it did not have a code on it. I paid $64.99 for that, I reached out to the PA , which I had to pay another $99.99 , only for it to be declined. I reach out to the PA again and she sends another invoice for $89.63 to resend the prescription with the code to the pharmacy. I paid it and now she will not send the prescription or respond to anything. I will never EVER utilize Push Health again and will make sure to let everyone who is thinking about using it know what they are getting themselves into. A scam!! I tried to contact them at their customer service number- it is fake, hangs up on you. I would like to be refunded $254.61 ASAP.Business Response

Transaction date is 2/4/23.Paid 64.99.I was promised a video consultation thereafter a prescription for Ozempic.There was NO CONSULTATION. I WAS PRESCRIBED Ondansetron 4mg tablets. There is no OZEMPIC PRESCRIPTION AND I HAVE SPOKEN TO NO ONE. Received some weird long message via the Push Health app. Stating me having to contact the pharmacy and my insurance to ask them to send a preauthorization to the doctor. THAT MAKES NO SENSE. I have been using Push Health since Sept 2022, I get a monthly prescription and tried to get it refilled this month, I messaged the provider numerous times for 4 days and never got a response. They gave me a new provider, and unfortunately this provider messaged me the first day, but I have not heard from them again. I then messaged PUSH to please assign me to a provider that was recommended to me, and now I can't get a response from them, I've emailed, commented and called and I never got a response. This is my last resort. I still am not able to get my script. I dont understand how hard it is to respond to an email after your website says they respond in two hours!!!!
