    I signed up for Push Health and was matched with a provider (*****************************). I submitted a prescription request and it was approved with no consultation and I was billed $64.99. I created a new account on 2/18/2023 under a specific provider (******************) and requested a prescription from her. Push Health changed my provider mid-request to ********. Then the prescription was again charged from ******** when I did not request it through her for $79.99. I tried to contact Push Health via email and multiple phone calls but have not got a response on any channel. This was a service that was poorly "provided" on both charges (Since there was no actual discussion in any consultation) and the 2nd one more so, since the provider was changed without authorization. The files: Notification Request sent shows ****************** as the name on the bottom where it was sent to. The Receipts show both of the charges from ******** as a provider with 2 different patient IDs proving they forcefully rerouted my request without approval.

    I utilized push health and was not sent the prescription i requested and no services were rendered. I have been emailing push health since that day, 2/9/2023, and they refuse to help. Additionally, you are unable to reach anyone via phone. They took over $100 of my money and Id like it refunded due to no services rendered. They refuse to respond to my multiple emails.

    I paid the initial fee of 67 dollars. I did not think I would be charged right away. When I realized I was I went to cancel and could not. A provider right away messaged me. I messaged back with concerns and she blocked me. Horrible customer service and the way to treat a patient. I have no way of knowing the answers to my questions that I would have likely moved forward with. Then I get a message from another individual saying I needed to provide ALL of my medical documents and personal information and pay over 500 for a prior auth. I am very upset. And now they have my account information and do not have my permission. I would like an apology and a refund.

    Paid for this service, app is tricky and there is no way you can cancel. Tried to speak with someone there but there is no contact information.

    tried to get them to change my provider they just ignored me the reason for a change is the new provider they switched me to refused to write my asthma inhaler with a refill I am poor with no insurance 63 using same rx entire life i use on average 2- 3 inhalers in a year first time i used this service my rx had 2 refills when I came back they change my caregiver and she said she could not write a rx in that manner now they wont return my e-mails

    This company is a scam. Very responsive initially but once they charge you, they drop all communication. The provider supposedly sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I wait 2 hours and call to follow up. Pharmacy states they do not have it. I followed the instructions on the email and sent 5 emails, called the customer service number, left a voicemail, and attempted to message the provider on the portal. No response and I had to find somewhere else to get medical care and pay another fee.

    I requested a consultation for weight loss medication. I was charged $64.99 for the "doctor" to ask me a handful of questions and say she sent the prescription to the pharmacy requested. I contacted the pharmacy hours after she sent it, nothing. Contacted the pharmacy today, still nothing. I get automatic or generated responses when asking questions and still have yet to receive a response explaining why the prescription has not been received yet. I just received an invoice for paper work the "doctor" filled out for pre- authorization but I don't even know if I need that because the pharmacy has never receive the prescription. The service, professionalism and respect for patients is awful. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

    In November 2022 I signed up for PUSH Health, ***********************, MD. I was charged a monthly membership fee. At that time a prescription was written for ******** after a text chat through the app with the provider. When I needed a refill, pharmacy informed me there was a prior authorization needed. The paperwork had been sent to **************. After 5 weeks of back and forth, the provider states that she returned the **. I was charged for her to complete the PA. My insurance company has no evidence of the PA. The provider stated that we could try an alternative. I paid the upfront fee. One day later she replied and stated that I wasnt eligible for a weight loss med due to my BMI, which was exactly the same as it was when I joined in November. I was taken advantage of. If you reading other complaints you will find additional situations just as mine. The *** would find this program out of compliance with state regulations regarding telehealth as well as the scam.

    On 2/10/23 I had an appointment with *********************************, NP at Push Health. Originally I requested a prescription for ******** but my insurance will not cover it because you have to have a diagnosis of diabetes to be prescribed. **************** then charged me another $5 and sent a prescription for Wegovy to my pharmacy. My insurance did not cover only because it is a drug that has to be preauthorized and approved. I have had numerous text message conversations with **************** explaining what is going on with my insurance. She has basically told me lie after lie that she has sent the pre authorization request to my insurance but I called my insurance and she has not sent it over. She basically took my $65 and another $5 and does not want to finish the job so I can get my prescription. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and would love to file a formal complaint with the medical board on her conduct.

    I reached out to Push Health on February 3, 2023 seeking an online/virtual visit with a doctor to get a prescription filled. Online there plenty positive reviews. In order to use the service, I had to pay upfront and out of pocket before getting started (even though I have medical insurance). I paid $67 for a consult for a doctor. I never received any interactions/calls/virtual appointments/consultations with said Dr. ***** paying $67, they sent my prescription to CVS. No medical history conversation, nothing. I never met with a doctor. The prescription couldnt be filed because my insurance was requesting more information. I then receive lab request from Push Health but before they will review your labs, you have to pay them $132.26 (on top of the fees the lab charges). I never went with it because it didnt seem right. You can only send messages to the doctor, there are no contact numbers on the website. I reached back out to ********************* MD PA about the prescription. She then advises me in order for Push Health to send a Prior Authorization to my insurance company, its $50 each prescription. These fees are not made available by the company before you sign up, other wise, I would have not signed up. I pay the $47 on February 8, 2023 so I could get my prescription and I sent them my prescription coverage information she requested. Well Im still waiting and whenever I question anything ********************* MD PA answers annoyed as if I know this process. I asked on February 13, 2023 to check the status. She stated its still waiting determination. It is impossible to get a hold of anybody else besides this doctor. I want a refund for both of my charges.
