I used Push Health services to make a request for a medication. I have not received my medication because the health care provider employed by Push Health will not respond to me or my Pharmacy. I have requested a refund. I have not received a refund for the ***** I paid for the unfulfilled medical services. Push Health advertises for patients to email their help line, or message the health provider through their app, with any questions or concerns. I have communicated through both, and I have also called and left messages through their customer service line. Still, no response. I have been making contact for 3 days. It is as if the healthcare provider knew my Rx would not be filled but took my money anyway and now she will not respond to my questions or concerns. My pharmacy faxed her requesting Prior Authorization, in order for insurance to pay for the medication and for the medication to be filled. She will not respond to them either. I followed the Push Health online instructions and have requested that the health provider, ***************************, transfer me from her patient roster, that has not happened either. When registering on the Push Health app, I was given the option to choose a doctor, nurse or nurse practitioner. I chose a doctor and instead, the nurse practitioner, ***************************, picked up my request. The company advertises "easy, safe and fair" treatment for their patients and I have not experienced any of the three.Business Response

Hello, The request for my prescription to be resent has never been fulfilled. Ive been asking for several days now. The healthcare provider has not gotten back to me. Id like my provider to be changed and my prescription to be resent to my pharmacy and or I want a refund. Ive sent 6 email I have sent to Push Health. I messaged the concierge prescription service to continue a prescription that was initially prescribed by a different provider. I paid around $90 for the service and spoke with a ************************* although it seemed like an automated response. She stated she would prescribe a different medication with a dosage was far too lower than my existing medication. I asked her about it and she did not respond to any questions I had. The service has completely ghosted me and will not respond to emails. They had indicated the (too low of a dose) prescription had been sent to my pharmacy, but once I checked it turned out it has not. I did not get the prescription and am getting zero communication yet I have already been charged for the service I did not receive. I would like a full refund and do not want to continue with this company.Business Response

I joined push health to get a prescription and paid $64.99 for them to send the prescription. I never got it. Then I had to pay another $114.99 for it to be sent a different way. The pharmacy said they never received anything from my provider- even though it says it was sent. The provider since hasnt responded to any of my messages. The company will not answer the call nor will they call back! No emails are answered. Now I was charged another $64.99. So I am ****** in the hole because of their scam! Transaction date is 2/16/23.Paid *****. I was promised a video consultation thereafter a prescription for Ozempic.There was NO CONSULTATION. After taking $65 of my money and only chatting with me on the platform, the provider claimed they sent a prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy. 6 hours later, the pharmacy still hadnt even received the prescription. I tried calling push, and after being on hold for 10 minutes, they ended the call. I emailed for help, and the provider merely kept insisting that they had sent the prescription and didnt provide any other assistance. I found many reviews and claims online that this business is fraudulent, so I gave up and ********** elsewhere. But my infection (and immense pain) was delayed hours just for someone to fraudulently take my money. This business should be ashamed.Business Response

I placed an order with this company for medication for my infected gums so that I wouldnt have to spend time waiting for an appointment. That was February 22nd 2023. I called the Pharmacy closest to my home where I had the prescription sent, unbeknownst to me it would be sent via fax. The pharmacist claims to have never received multiple fax to this day, February 24th 2023 I was told that if the provider could just call the prescription in, it would solve the issue. I logged back into the PUSH Health app to notify the provider, ***************************** of my issue who then make me aware that she was busy seeing patients and could not call however, she was able to message through the app. I had my prescription faxed by her to another Pharmacy, which is ********* who still had yet to receive such prescription either. Being as though I found this website via ******* I started to think maybe Ive just been scammed? So I messaged her via PUSH Health app again and stated *** been trying to get the prescription since I ordered it with no luck, This is really starting to seem like a scam. Apparently that trigger her because after she messaged me back PRESCRIPTIONS can only be sent via fax until PUSH HEALTH fixes things It is not a scam. Thats ridiculous I told her Id be filing a dispute with my bank because its more so ridiculous to me that I cant get any real assistance with this prescription she said to me Ok you do that. If you want to be nasty then I dont need to waste my time trying to help you If anything I was frustrated and concerned. Never nasty after thinking Ive been scammed out of the $73.00 I paid. Im upset more than anything but this was a ****** learned. I will never use a service like this one ever again. And I hope that no else receives the type of service I did which lacked compassion or concern. ( I do have screenshots of the entire conversation )Business Response
