    I have spent $112 to get my prescription filled just to find out it now requires prior authorization and will not be able to be filled based on the criteria. I reached out to my provider and was told I can pay an additional $60 which I originally agreed to until I found it wont be approved and I will be charged the full amount from my insurance company. It has been less than 36 hours and now I am out $112 for a medication I now dont meet the criteria for. If I cannot get this medication it is crazy that I cannot get a refund a day later now that I know I cannot be approved based on the prescription written and the authorization needed. I should also not have to pay an additional $60 and cross my fingers and potentially be out even more money. I believe that it is only fair to refund me for a medication prescription that cannot be filled and with no guarantee that once I pay the additional $60 upfront that the provider will actually submit the prior authorization. I would love the medication but I believe it is not right to be charged for something you cannot fill and not have the opportunity to get a refund.

    I did an online visit with push health. My prescription never arrived at the pharmacy. I emailed the appropriate addresses multiple times but have received no reply. When I try to call, I get sent to a voicemail box. I have now been trying to contact them for 6 days. I paid $65 for the visit. I want my money back. This is wildly unprofessional behavior on their part.

    I used Push Health services to connect to a physician to provide a prescription on 03/16/2023, the physician connection and prescription was issued very quickly and I was charged $64.99 for the service. I was never contacted by the physician, and the prescription was not written in the way that I requested, or in a way that I can use. Ive been attempting all afternoon to contact the physician and Push with no luck - neither are answering or responding to my attempts.Medication Rx (#******-1661975

    I have been using Push since mid July with no issue. A few weeks ago my debit card was hacked and my bank immediately froze my card and disputed 3 of the recent charges for fraud. One of those charges was to Push through PayPal. The charge was for$70.99. It was for the cost of my provider calling in my script. It was legit, my bank just made a mistake. I had no idea it had been disputed UNTIL I tried to get on my account with **** and it was like I had been erased from existence! Without any warning or explanation. I was due for my medication refill on Thursday and have been unable to even access their website at all. I emailed the help center and they replied after 24 hours. They told me that if I wanted to get my account re-activated I would need to pay the $70.99, which I was more than willing to do. I explained what had happened and apologized. They will not reply to my emails. I have emailed probably 6-7 times and they will not reply. It has been since Wednesday and nothing. Its very frustrating and disappointing.

    Hello, on March 1, 2023 I **ntacted Push Health and requested my provider ******************************* to please refill my prescription for Wegovy 2.4 mg and send the script over to my local pharmacy. In order to do that and have my prescription filled I have to pay $89.99 . The prescription was sent to my pharmacy but they informed me that my ** pay would no longer be $30 it would be over $1,300. Which of **urse I cannot afford. They suggested I call my insurance who is Express Scripts and find out what is going on since I have been approved with a prior authorization for this medication. When I spoke with Express Scripts they told me they can no longer fill my prescription for 30 days and I would have to get a 90 day prescription written and they will **vered it at $75. Great ! So I reached out to my provider at Push Health and was told to have my insurance send the request. When I reached back out to my provider to advise them that my insurance sent over the request, **************** informed me she cannot write that prescription because I need to weigh in monthly with her. I asked for a refund since they cant write the prescription and I was told they did and it was a pending charge on my ac**unt and I should have my money back. When I reached out to my bank the money has been debited and is no longer a pending transaction but a posted transaction. When I let my provider know she said to reach out to customer service and they will refund me. Well, I cant reach anyone over the phone I have tried over 10 times. I tried ******* and email and nothing. I am writing this because I need my money back. I found another Telehealth **mpany who was able to write the prescription and my insurance has since mailed my prescription of Wegovy. I cant reach a singular person at this **mpany and I want my money back.

    I used Push Health services to make a request for a medication. I have not received my medication because the health care provider employed by Push Health will not respond to me or my Pharmacy. I have requested a refund. I have not received a refund for the ***** I paid for the unfulfilled medical services. Push Health advertises for patients to email their help line, or message the health provider through their app, with any questions or concerns. I have communicated through both, and I have also called and left messages through their customer service line. Still, no response. I have been making contact for 3 days. It is as if the healthcare provider knew my Rx would not be filled but took my money anyway and now she will not respond to my questions or concerns. My pharmacy faxed her requesting Prior Authorization, in order for insurance to pay for the medication and for the medication to be filled. She will not respond to them either. I followed the Push Health online instructions and have requested that the health provider, ***************************, transfer me from her patient roster, that has not happened either. When registering on the Push Health app, I was given the option to choose a doctor, nurse or nurse practitioner. I chose a doctor and instead, the nurse practitioner, ***************************, picked up my request. The company advertises "easy, safe and fair" treatment for their patients and I have not experienced any of the three.

    Hello, The request for my prescription to be resent has never been fulfilled. Ive been asking for several days now. The healthcare provider has not gotten back to me. Id like my provider to be changed and my prescription to be resent to my pharmacy and or I want a refund. Ive sent 6 email I have sent to Push Health. Along with 3 voicemails, No one seems to be getting back to me. Ive paid over $264.98 to Push-health

    I messaged the concierge prescription service to continue a prescription that was initially prescribed by a different provider. I paid around $90 for the service and spoke with a ************************* although it seemed like an automated response. She stated she would prescribe a different medication with a dosage was far too lower than my existing medication. I asked her about it and she did not respond to any questions I had. The service has completely ghosted me and will not respond to emails. They had indicated the (too low of a dose) prescription had been sent to my pharmacy, but once I checked it turned out it has not. I did not get the prescription and am getting zero communication yet I have already been charged for the service I did not receive. I would like a full refund and do not want to continue with this company.

    I joined push health to get a prescription and paid $64.99 for them to send the prescription. I never got it. Then I had to pay another $114.99 for it to be sent a different way. The pharmacy said they never received anything from my provider- even though it says it was sent. The provider since hasnt responded to any of my messages. The company will not answer the call nor will they call back! No emails are answered. Now I was charged another $64.99. So I am ****** in the hole because of their scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    i paid $64.99 for a doctor to write and ******************** said she sent the rx via e fax ****** said they never received it on 2/27 emailed the doctor back no response. such a scam.
